Sorry but I am really very disappointed in Lebara Sim Only customer service. Two weeks ago I would have an outstanding invoice with you, but I did not receive any notification. In the end, the outstanding amount was paid but I still cannot make full use of the calling, texting and internet services.

As soon as I get the chance to switch I will do that, I do not recommend anyone to take out a Lebara subscription. The last time I was on hold for more than 2 hours and currently for more than another half an hour and they cannot be reached in any way other than by telephone.
