If I could writer a review with ZERO stars I would.
Horrid company, horrid service. I used the SIM in a tracking device which worked great. However, topping up was always an issue as I needed to reply to a txt message to register. The device did not enable txt message interface and all my other phones were locked into other provides so could not SIM swap.
Moving on, they ask 3 security questions every time I needed to top up by phone. And all needed to be correct - In this instance I was asked my name, the amount I last topped up with and when I did this. Hell, my life is hectic enough with having to put this in a calendar!!!
In addition, the card is de-activated after 84 days of not topping up... so I have a card with unused credit that is de-activated that I cannot used... absolute daylight robbery.
When trying to get this to work again all customer services could do was ask me the same security questions over and over again with no real desire to help. Get it wrong then please call back and try again... and charged 19p per minute in the process - seeing that the first 9 minutes you spend listening to ads and menu choices before finally asked to "Wait" on the line for a representative.
How many ways can a company screw you is amazing!
