Such an amazing facility! What great customer service. The sales guys were great, the paperwork went fast, the tour and overview of the camper was incredibly helpful, the insurance, the perks and more! The place is gigantic and fun to explore. Would love to come camp there for a weekend! Highly recommend. Have worked with other camper dealers and they didn t even come close to Lazy Days in every aspect!

My husband and I had talked about buying an RV over the years, but we had never even gone and looked at them. After talking to my nephew who was working with Nick Joyce at Lazy Days we rode over to their amazing facility. My nephew had given Nick such a glowing review we asked for him. We had no idea what we wanted, if anything. My husband thought he wanted one thing and I thought I wanted something else. Nick was very knowledgeable and showed us many different RVs. He answered our questions honestly and we were very impressed with him. We went home without making a decision. My husband did some research and we checked back with Nick to see if he had yet a different coach. We went back to Lazy Days the next day and test drove that RV, but we still weren t 100% convinced. Nick said that he had a better idea about what we wanted and he wanted us to look at one more RV. As soon as we walked in the door we looked at each other and said, This is the one! We bought our Winnebago Minnie Winnie three months ago and we already have a trip planned to the Grand Canyon the end ofJune. The only negative thing we have experienced in our RV purchase is my husband has said several times that he wishes we had done this 10 years ago! Don t hesitate to talk to Nick if you even think you might be interested in purchasing an RV. He will steer you right! Thanks, Nick Joyce!

Thank you to A Rice and our salesman Stan Johnson for helping us find and purchase our motor home. Searching for a quality used RV is not an easy task as there is a fast turn over. You listened to our desires and we were able to make a purchase that we are thrilled with. Thank you both for the constant communication keeping us updated through our entire experience.

I came to lazy days in search of a smaller travel trailer. I was pointed in the direction of where to go and that was it, no further help. Then I notice all the salesman giving people rides on gulf carts to go look at campers. These people instantly judged my husband and I because we were not interested in a $100,000 rv. I will never come back to this place again. Don t expect to be helped if you re not dropping some serious cash here.

While staying at the Lazydays RV resort, we walked next door to the Lazydays RV pre-owned 5th wheels. We had no intention of buying, we had a Grand Design 350M Momentum. With some tongue-in-cheek encouragement from friends to look at new models of the Grand Design. We were introduced to salesman Gary Green, who then showed us a Grand Design 351 Momentum. It was love at first sight! After discussing the numbers for trade in and new unit, we agreed to purchase the new 351. We took possession of the new unit and since we were staying next door at the resort, we were able to check and operate all the bells and whistles. Lazydays does offer on site lots to check out your unit.
During our time of checking the operation of our unit, we had a couple of issues. Because our delivery advisor was unavailable due to illness, we contacted our salesman Gary Green to help. Mr Green contacted the service manager, Andy Dietz. Mr Dietz had a tech come to our site to fix the issues. We are extremely pleased and appreciative of Mr Green and Mr Dietz and the help they gave to correct the issues. Thank you Lazydays staff.

Had our travel trailer services and a few problems looked at. One was a leak we noticed. The bedroom floor had a small soft spot. We were told the leak was located and fixed and twice they had to put it in a special rain simulator and were 100 % confident the leak was repaired. We got the travel trailer back and set it up. The spot was not any worse. Set the coach up and left overnight to visit some friends. Come back , the floor is terrible. We cannot get out of bed on the side with the previously small spot. The floor is bubbled, saturated. The leak is clearly not repaired after the rain we had. We are four hours away and have to start work. We are so upset , the floor was not damaged this badly before and now we are in a terrible position. Not to mention the service department had our coach over a month !!!

Great Experience! Bama was fantastic helping us pick out our rig. Mark Atwood, our delivery advisor, was phenomenal. Our initial advisor had some distractions, but Mark stepped in and saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and made several trips to the campground to check on us and help out when needed, which was often as this was our first rig. Thank you to Bama, Jeff Yoder, MaryLou and especially to Mark Atwood!

We have purchased two units over the past four years. Jason Brunner, our sales person is fantastic. Our experience the first time was beyond excellent and it was in August of 2012. So we recommended our friends to also purchase there.

This time, in March 2016 it was a nightmare for us as well as our friends. Our sales person Jason remains excellent, Their salesperson, Rob Vitalli was beyond unacceptable. He lied on several occasions and does not have a clue. His mother, Sharon answered a call for him and ended up hanging up on our friend. She was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. Why he and she are still employed at a facility that strives for excellence is beyond me.

The service department over promises and under delivers. We waited and waited for communication from our Delivery Advisors and neither one of us received it until we called them. Rick Wilson and Billy Black.

We arrived at lazy days on Wednesday to purchase two motorhomes and couldnt leave until Saturday evening. Granted we each purchased the Tyrons and Eco system so extra time was needed to complete these services. However dont tell me you can get it done today and then it takes two days.

Service dept is so busy the service time lines are unacceptable. Hire some additional staff and make managers more accountable.

Due to the additional service time, we both missed out on our first night of paid camping/vacation in Fort Myers. We, nor our friends will be purchasing another motorhome there, nor will be ever go back for service. We will also never recommend Lazy Days.

They love to see you RVs, but don't bother trying to get anything repair without a fight. We purchased a 2012 Dutchman Kodiak in 2013...it was 9 months old and we had a horrific slide leak that cost over $3,000 in damage. Lazy Days did finally do the right thing and fix it, but they didn't fix the shower leak, the sagging floor, the damaged carpet, etc.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

We (Alan and Sherry) bought our 2008 Coach House motor home in December 2017. Our sales representative was Lynn Tarkenton. He made our entire experience very enjoyable by starting off listening to our wish list of must haves. He took us to the exact model that we requested. We were not going to be able to take possession of the unit until February, due to Alan's surgery in Ohio. Lynn made sure that our Platinum was completely prepped when we arrived and ready for us to take ownership. After staying overnight, we were ready to start many years of traveling adventures. Lazydays is certainly a comprehensive dealership that puts the customer first.

Mixed Review: THE GOOD: Our Sales Person, Tim Taylor, was AMAZING!! He took the time to figure out what we were looking for as first time Travel Trailer owners and was able to show us ones that were in our price range and in our tow capability. Tara, at the Delivery Check in was very friendly and helpful. We were able to quickly move through financing and insurance and both were very helpful and friendly. THE BAD: Tony (not sure of his last name) with Delivery was AWFUL. We told everyone we dealt with that we needed to be out the door by 10 AM on the day of delivery. We received a voicemail from Tony, stating that it had already gone through inspection on Thursday and it was cleared to go to detailing on Friday morning and it would be ready by 10 AM. My husband and I arrived at 8:45 AM to finish all the paperwork so we could leave on time. However, all we got was the run around from Tony and didn't get our camper until 3:30 PM. Five and a half hours after we were told it would be ready. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that they don't care and won't do anything for us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE PAPERS TO BUY.

If you are in the market for a new or slightly use...

If you are in the market for a new or slightly used RV and you want to see a wide variety of models to choose from, then this place is heaven. I felt like I was in the RV version of Disneyland. The place is enormous and they have an incredibly huge inventory of many different types of campers. Just be prepared to deal with pushy sales people.

I wouldn't shop here for older campers, and I was not impressed with our sales person, Joe R. with the hat. Our budget was $25k and Joe tried very hard to push one particular RVs on us without actually listening to our needs. We realize that older RVs are always going to have problems, but you would think that a place as big as this with 200+ repair bays could fix simple problems. When we pointed out the problems to Joe, he answered with "just go on craigs list and get cheap parts and do it yourself." Um, no. We have no tools and no property to fix it on. I tried two times to explain this.

Then, he asked us no less than four times whether or not we could finance a more expensive RV. Believe me, I would have loved to finance an uber nice Tiffin or something, but we cant. We have no jobs right now, terrible credit, a bankruptcy in our past, and very limited income coming in. What part of we wouldn't qualify don't you understand? Pushy sales tactics may have worked in the 50s, but nowadays folks appreciate honesty and someone who listens to customer needs to find the right fit. Then we asked Joe to find us a few Winnebegoes listed online, and he couldnt find them anywhere. We dont blame Joe for that, especially with 1400 campers in stock, but it was disappointing that it was not more organized. The front desk offered to send a different sales person, but we decided that a place like this is not really for small sales, but more about the brand new models. If we ever save up enough for a newer RV, we will come back.

The resort is wonderful. A little expensive, but it turned out to be well worth it since it included breakfast and lunch as well as a $10 gift card for their store. The amenities are amazing. Super clean and very well maintained.

We had planned our first long trip in our motorhome a few weeks ago. We planned to be gone for 4 weeks. While in Orlando we decided to go to lazy days more for the experience more than anything. We were definitely open to buying a new rv if the stars aligned. They are definielty running an impressive operation! They gave us a quick tour of lazy days which was very impressive! they are running a fine oiled machine which gave us more confidence know that they are at the top of their game!We told the sales people what we were looking for (Class A bunk house diesel with full body paint were our priorities). The second rv we walked in seemed like a real winner. Seems like we snapped our fingers and we had a new rv! The sales people were awesome! They still text or call me back within a couple minutes with any questions or concerns I have. We ended up buying a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Red 39 foot class A bunk house with full body paint-Diesel. They made all the paperwork SOO easy! All the financial paperwork, insurance, warranty,EVERYTHING WAS JUST SO EASY AND PAINLESS! They gave us a great deal on our trade and really a good deal on the new coach! They make the moving process which they call delivery exceptionally easy to! We were able to become part of the crown club so we got free breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour for free. Before we began the moving process, we were given our own instructor who went over every bell and whistle of the rv. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. after that, they parked the two motor homes door to door and we started moving at our own pace. Our salesguys came and check on us alot...just to say hi, see if we needed anything, etc. They add bows to your new rv so that was a nice touch. They also bring you water while your moving. I cant think of one negative thing of our experience. if your looking for a new rv and your in or around the Tampa area you gotta go to Lazy Days! Jim Hellner and Kevin Daily were who we worked with! They both did exceptionally well!

We had such a great experience at Lazydays of Tampa. Ricco Holton was awesome. We decided to purchase 2 chairs for our RV. He made sure everything was quick and easy. When we told him we were leaving in
the morning, he immediately delivered the chairs, put them together, and helped us load the old chairs in our jeep. He was friendly and just a nice man. Everyone at the site were friendlly and helpful.

Terrible experience! Kept my motorhome over a month, literally didn't fix a darn thing. Refused to implement manufacturer's recommended fix for the slide because my floor had been replaced (with the same type of vinyl flooring mind you). Totally unprofessional. On Mar 21,2018 I went to Tampa, Florida with my Class A Itasca for multiple issues covered under warranty. Unfortunately, Wilkins RV (Victor, NY) who sold it to me last summer "didn't know what they were doing" after many attempts to get repairs completed. So glad I went to Lazydays, because all the problems were fixed. Lazy Days RV are right on the ball. This is a very friendly and helpful place to go. I stayed right on the property for a couple of days. From now on, I'm going to save repairs that can wait, for when I come down to Florida every year. I will have less aggravation KNOWING THAT IT WILL BE DONE CORRECTLY. Thanks Lazy Days for your help. It feels great to have a functioning RV and not be upset for the first time since I've owned my motor home. I want to acknowledge Patrick Barber, my Tech, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and Samantha Torres, my service adviser, who was able to get many lingering issues resolved. Thanks again.

No accountability in the service dept! Coach went in for warranty items after using it for 4 months. New 32 tiffin class A. They called after 2.5 months and said it was ready. Drove all the way there to find out the engine battery was completely dead and not taking a charge to with motorhome running. The entry door was still not aligned so you are able to lock it and still hard to close properly. Have to slam door. Total waste of 1/2 my day. They said they would jump on it and it s been a week with no answer. They have been sitting on my coach longer than I ve had it in my possession while I still make payments! Rude and unaccountable. Giant merry go round! Beware!

The salesperson was very rude kept trying to tell us we need a bigger truck. We know what our truck is capable of towing.. Purchased it specifically for the purpose of towing a trailer. We kept asking to see a 30 ft trailer and all he wanted to do was talk about our brand new Nissan titan.. Left after an hour frustrated and never got to see one trailer. Well not buy from here.

My name is Diana Lum-Gross and my husband is Steven Gross. Yesterday we picked up our beautiful camper a Grand Design Imagine. Our sales professional was Arthur Gardner and Art made the buying process a wonderful experience. He was with us by phone, text, and email from our purchase to our delivery. This was a first time experience for my husband and myself and Lazy Days made everything so easy. Joe and Todd in the finance dept. were wonderful. Lee from insurance was very helpful and Kathy who did our walk thru was very informative. George helped us finalize everything and we were on our way. The entire staff was very well trained and organized. We would definitely recommend Lazy Days to our friends and family. Happy camping everyone.

I had a great experience with Lazydays. Sean Boyle was awesome. Everything I asked for, I got. He was informative about my unit and provided extensive pictures and inspection results. The unit showed up at my doorstep with everything we agreed upon in the sales contract, AND it was delivered from the Seffner location to my house in the Outer Banks of NC. I love the RV.

We have purchased 4 Motorhomes from Lazydays over the last 11 years. Our experiences with the people we have dealt with has been exceptional. Like everywhere there are always some aggravations when it comes to service but considering the number of RVs they sell and must service I am in awe with how it all gets done. Special kudos to Demond McKinley, Kurt Ardalan as well as Prescious and Kyle in Crown Club!

Worst experience of our life. Purchase somewhere else, you been warned. Miserable delivery side, advisors or managers can not meet expectations, new unit purchased just to have it sit for 2 months until they want to fix it. Even with winneabago involved to help them they can not get our unit show room ready for our enjoyment. Service side will take you for money if not under warranty. Run to another RV dealer.

My wife, Terri, and I first met Tracy (BAMA) at the 2018 fall RV show at the Fairgrounds. That's when we were first attracted to the Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34PA. We have kept in touch over the last few months.
Last Monday we came back to him at the LazyDays dealership to see the 34PA again and to take it for a test drive. He answered a LOT of questions for newbies upgrading from a Travel Trailer to a Class A motorhome. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and no pressure. In the end we put down a deposit and take delivery this coming Monday!!
Julie Knight in the Business office and the Sales Manager (Gene?) wertr also very helpful.
One thing we also really liked was the dealership campus. You feel like you are in a great campground with trees and grass all around. NOT acres of concrete and asphalt!!

This was our first experience buying an RV. We didn t go in with the plan to buy and RV, (we went for the free hot dogs!) we were simply browsing. We met Steve Mularz as we were beginning to look at the RV s in the front. We can't say enough good things about Steve as our sales contact. He was outstanding. He was so patient with us and took so much time to show us all that was available for us. Steve went above and beyond when we had questions about the RV we chose. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. The finance person was Andy Glogower. He was professional and friendly. Andy was able to easily help us finance our new RV. Rodrigo Torres was the gentleman that was our delivery specialist. He with the help of George did a great job teaching us about our new RV. We then took your driving class with Maynard. He did an excellent job in his presentation. It was an interesting and very informative class. His patience with his students behind the wheel was wonderful.
Steve has definitely become a new friend, and we left feeling like we were a part of a very happy family. Albert Hall and Gloria McLane

Our Service Adviser Brent Wiggers was absolutely useless. We dropped off our unit on the 16th for recall work. Hadn't heard anything from Brent, so on the 24th I left several messages on his direct line and tried the cell number on his business card (mail box full). Brent finally returned my call late on the 26th and said he got busy and forgot to return my calls, (REALLY it's a 30 second phone call, and it's your job!) he then tells us the RV was ready for pick-up earlier in the week and to call an hour or so before we came for pick up and he'd have it brought up front. When we called on Sat. we left voice messages again, they too went unanswered. Apparently the guy answering the main Service Dept number couldn't/wouldn't assist us either. He said we had to talk to Brent. Brent's bad business practices and his disregard for other peoples time is unacceptable. He needs to be fired! and the guy who answered the phone needs to be re-trained to do his job! All we wanted to do was let the Service Dept know that we wanted to pick up our RV that day. Why is it that 'only Brent' can do that? Won't be going back!

Came up to look at buying a used Travel Trailer and had the worst experience!!!! The sales tactics at this location are to pressure you into buying , because God forbid you dont see a unit you just dont like they will try their hardest to pressure force you into one of the few you may have looked at !!!! They dont respect your budget and you could tell them your budget and they will still try to get you buy over your budget. The sales manager is definitely one not to have his time wasted with out a sale happening. If you are trying to look thru their inventory and haven't found what you like they are not going to be happy with that and will put pressure on you to buy something !!!! Would I recommend this place if you are interested in looking around. Not if you dont know how to deal with pressure sales tactics, you'll end up buying something you didn't want.

We had gone to Tampa RV show which was very nice, but we were in the market for a used class A. We were basically browsing bc this wife wanted a class A. We had a brand new 2019 Villano by Tiffin which was perfectly fine to fit our needs. I had called Laxy Days and was disappointed that I was unable to get a salesperson on our way there.
We met Brandon Belcher, who was excellent in helping us find what we may want. We really had no intention of purchasing but we d found a 2015 Discovery on the lot that the owner was trading in for a Tiffin. My husband got to talk with the owner several times and were able to inspect the rig.
Brandon made it happen, easing the sake with a few bumps and hiccups. He d explained everything and if there was something we d missed, he contacted the right person to get it done. He d immediately respond to my texts even though he was helping other customers. He even gave us a golf cart to use while we were there waiting on delivery. He went the extra mile for us and made everything smooth.
I really have nothing bad to say about LaZy Days staff , from the front desk to finance to Tiffany taking over for delivery. I would highly recommend Lazy Days for the purchase of your RV. We ve dealt with several dealers and nobody gave us the service and personal touch like this company. If you see an RV online they ll fly you to Tampa for pickup. We met some great people at the Crown Club who were purchasing and they all seemed very satisfied. Again kudos to our salesperson Brandon Belcher. We highly recommend him and his fine service.
Best regards, Diane and Danny Danflous

Ellen our service advisor was really great at keeping in touch and giving me work order updates. When we did pick it up the major warranty repair, floor sinking in the whole kitchen was repaired and very happy. The only issue I had was they used saws to repair floor and everything was coated in sawdust. It took me a whole day just to clean it before we could move back in. That was real pain and I didn't think we should have been responable for all the work I had to do just to move back in. Going through the gate was easy as long as you have your pass, never forget that!!!!

Service is horrible. Just had to pick up my 5th wheel 3 weeks after my appointment date with .7 hours worth of work done. Battery was dead, propane tanks drained and food in fridge rotted with maggots. Also damage on nose cone. Easy fixes but after they buffed nose cone and cleaned fridge it still took me 3 hours to actually clean the fridge and the 2 repairs I went in for originally were never completed. Thier failure to properly inspect and identify a defective aircleaner housing on a diesel pusher prior to delivery resulted in engine failure necessitating a rebuild of the engine after only 3 months and they wont stand behind it even thought problems started within the first 30 days and they wee notified of it. Dont make the mistake as I did and trust them for anything because if you do your lawyer will end up having to handle it. Finally stay away fromt he extended warranty policies, thier costly and worthless, everything gets denied.

My wife and I want to thank Lazydays for an Incredible experience. After shopping for weeks we finally felt good about the salesmen we were dealing with. He took his time with us and helped us get the travel trailer that we really wanted. Brandon Belcher you are a good noble man, thank you for lunch too! See you next time!

Excellent sales experience with "Bama". We found a great used travel trailer that fit all of our needs. The delivery team was very helpful and informative. Felix was great with setting up our sway bars and teaching us the proper way to hook up and tow with our trucks brake system. Brent helped us with small issues we found at delivery and kept us informed during repairs. Thank you Lazy Days!

In today s hot RV market where inventory is low and demand is high the ability to find a good deal on a decent unit can be troubling. We experienced a small error due to an inventory mistake that could have proven awful, but Ben Schmits in sales fought hard to keep us interested, informed and ultimately owners of an RV. His commitment to our needs is what finalized the deal. After agreeing to terms is where JP, the service-delivery supervisor took over. I informed him we were rookies in the RV game and would need to educated on the ins and outs from the ground up. JP was very hands on and ensured that We had the right delivery- walk through advisor to explain everything about our unit. Morgan, was great. Took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions and was very thorough with explanations of everything including topics I didn t even think of. One of the best perks of buying from Lazy Days is their commitment to quality products. Buying a used RV doesn t translate to an as-is model. The service department goes through the whole unit and repairs anything that might be wrong, plus they invite you to stay in your RV at their location and try all the switches, buttons ins and outs of the unit. If you find anything wrong they fix it on the spot or ensure the repair gets done. If your in the market for an RV Of any type do yourself a favor and call Ben, tell him what you need/ want and go from there. My only suggestion if you see one you like act quick because it might not be there tomorrow. Thanks Team Lazy Days!!!
