We had planned our first long trip in our motorhome a few weeks ago. We planned to be gone for 4 weeks. While in Orlando we decided to go to lazy days more for the experience more than anything. We were definitely open to buying a new rv if the stars aligned. They are definielty running an impressive operation! They gave us a quick tour of lazy days which was very impressive! they are running a fine oiled machine which gave us more confidence know that they are at the top of their game!We told the sales people what we were looking for (Class A bunk house diesel with full body paint were our priorities). The second rv we walked in seemed like a real winner. Seems like we snapped our fingers and we had a new rv! The sales people were awesome! They still text or call me back within a couple minutes with any questions or concerns I have. We ended up buying a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Red 39 foot class A bunk house with full body paint-Diesel. They made all the paperwork SOO easy! All the financial paperwork, insurance, warranty,EVERYTHING WAS JUST SO EASY AND PAINLESS! They gave us a great deal on our trade and really a good deal on the new coach! They make the moving process which they call delivery exceptionally easy to! We were able to become part of the crown club so we got free breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour for free. Before we began the moving process, we were given our own instructor who went over every bell and whistle of the rv. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. after that, they parked the two motor homes door to door and we started moving at our own pace. Our salesguys came and check on us alot...just to say hi, see if we needed anything, etc. They add bows to your new rv so that was a nice touch. They also bring you water while your moving. I cant think of one negative thing of our experience. if your looking for a new rv and your in or around the Tampa area you gotta go to Lazy Days! Jim Hellner and Kevin Daily were who we worked with! They both did exceptionally well!
