We had a fantastic experience with Frank Silver! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and - even though we explained we weren't ready to purchase and were just shopping for the very first time - he took great care in getting to know us, our needs and our lifestyle as well as what brought us there. He showed us models that fit our expectations and budget and, even with low inventory, shared his valuable knowledge on incoming models that would work for us, when our timing is right. He made us feel very comfortable, never pushed or pressured us about anything, and even followed up within a few hours with an email with links to the models that we liked best! He told us about Lazydays, and their longstanding presence in the TB area and was very helpful and personable. We will definitely ask for him next time we visit the dealership! Thanks Frank for making our first 'window shopping' experience at Lazydays a great one!

Have been here on several occasions. We purchased our class a diesel from them, and couldn't have done better anywhere. I know, we have been looking for a couple of years for what we wanted. They filled the bill and didn't break the bank doing for us either. They have the largest RV selection, and service center in the US. They also have a couple of RV parks right on sight with all the amenities. We also had the chance to go to one of thier Colorado stores in Denver. Top shelf, reliable and willing to do what ever you need in the RVing world. We use them for service also.

my wife and I were visiting family over thanksgiving. We were staying at the Lazy Days RV Resort when we arrived I found that there was a large piece of tread missing from my inside dual. Being a holiday I made arrangements for a new tire to be put on on "Black Friday". the staff at the RV store were super and the service department was just as good. They took good care of me (an outoftowner) I was very pleased with the service, knowledge and sincerity of the staff at Lazydays RV Tampa. Will always remember them and will definately stop back when ever I'm in the neighborhood.

Wow! So my wife my son and I get greater by the outside gentleman which was extremely nice. We then walk in side and get greeted nicely as well and was told there's no line so a sales person will be with you in just a second. My wife and son are in the little kiddie are waiting and I walk over and we start signing (asl) she is deaf. Next thing you know a another family walks in and immediately gets taken. So I go up and ask.. is there a reason why they went first while we were waiting? She said oh because your salesman team was on break and I didn't wanted to give that teams salesmen to you... why is there teams?
"Are they prejudiced against deaf or didnt think we could afford a camper so just passed it on to the top sales team?"
By far the worst experience I have ever had in any store period and probably the longest worst review I have ever even left! Thats how disrespectful that was.
I will never recommend this place to anyone I know and I will be taking this to social media other then Google.

Dustin Dillard helped us make an out of state purchase and have our camper delivered to us in TN all within 72 hrs. He even let me facetime him for a walk through since we could not be there in person. He also helped us to line up our camping reservations, so that I would have an amazing birthday week back home. I highly recommend Dustin as your salesman, and Tampa Lazydays. Great, efficient team! - K. Peck

My wife Gail and I spent 4 days at lazydays service and we were treated as if we were at a vacation resort. The entire staff welcomed us every day and were polite and respectfull, they made sure we were comfortable. The staff offered transportation to any place on the grounds, including trips to the swimming pool and restaurants. Mr green had to be the best person to be greeted by every morning, he is extremely polite and happy, not a negative person....IF YOU NEED SERVICE GO TO A VACATION AT LAZYDAYS RV

We looked at a class C placed a deposit they offered $9k for our trade next day they said (apparently) we couldnt qualify then they showed us a 2014 Class A ( in need of a lot of repairs then they said the sale was as is. ($39k) we said thanks but not thanks we askedfor our deposit back and we had to argue in order to get it back. Needless to say I am sure they sold the Class C to another client that probably offer more money. So we went down the road and bought a 2021 RV.Do to you I say THANKS you did us a BIG FAVOR.

Abhorrent and dismissive service!! Do not bring your RVs here. Came in to replace a windshield on January 23rd covered by my insurance and to check a leak at the sliding door of my campervan. Service guy was actually hosing down my van intermittently while sawing off a running board that was interfering with my muffler. When they took me out to see the barely wet van they advised me that they had a rain room and could run it through that to further investigate the elusive leak. 3 hours later, the advisor Darnell who never called my insurance company to confirm the claim despite having the claim number, advised me that Mercedes would take 10-15 days to ship the glass to Lazy Days. Advisor was aware that I would be waiting in the Tampa area for the glass to arrive and was expecting to hear back when it did, only to find out on February 11th, after calling and leaving messages the week before with Darnell that the glass HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED!! Livid is an understatement. Darnell finally reached out to me on the 11th 3 days later and only after I left on message on Linda's (manager) VM requesting not to work with Darnell any longer. 3 weeks later he informs me that Lazy Days will require a deposit on a windshield before ordering it despite the insurance coverage. I cannot describe the ire that felt. He had every opportunity to follow up with me with regard to my travel time and efforts to have them install the windshield. They had better things to do. Unbelievable that a service advisor has no information on the process of ordering glass or the customer service etiquette to follow up on clients who are waiting for service items to arrive. Linda, the manager, in lieu of calling me directly, responded by sending someone else to do her dirty, the same person I asked her to not send. Ridiculously unprofessional and an utter waste of my time. Won't be coming here to buy, trade, or service after this debacle.

The Lazydays staff members that assisted me were extremely courteous, professional and helpful! I have already started recommending Lazydays to my friends.

We recently had repairs made to our 2008 Holiday Rambler. Due to warranty review we were there a few days. Samantha Watson was our Service Representative and she is simply amazing. She knows the service end and always provides outstanding service, estimates and her follow up is incredible. She is a Shinning Star in our eyes. Lazydays is blessed with Sam and her talents. Thanks Samantha Watson!!

Our visit to Lazydays was somewhat cut short due to rain, very friendly and with knowledgeable pleasant staff, huge selection of RVs to choose from. We liked many of the RVs but only one that we really loved. Sadly we couldn't come to agree on a price. So with our hopes gone, we sadly left without the RV. We will go back again to find the right one. Lazydays.... 5 stars

I have had several repair issues with my 2013 Pleasure Way. Spent two full days waiting on repairs that I was told would only take a few hours. The Ford dealership in Clearwater has helped me much more that Lazy Days. Lazy Days puts on a good show before you buy, but after the sale they loose interest in customer service. I tried to sell it back to them and received an insulting offer for my Class B with only 9054 miles on it. Go somewhere else to buy your RV!

I have had my travel trailer in lazy days for six ...

I have had my travel trailer in lazy days for six weeks for scheduled warranty repairs i have been told on several occasions in the OPfirst two weeks that the shop is waiting for authorization from manufacturer. I dropped off trailer on Jan 2 on Jan 10 called manufacturer and was told they gave authorization on Jan 5th. It is now Feb 6 still in the shop. Outside of service representative I can not a return call from as to why it has taken so long or the cause of the issues I am having. I have been told by several employees that and quote"cabinet shop is the weak link". I have been told this again and again for over a year. Question is if Management is aware of this. Than why don't they address Thier issues?
This is a follow up.What a difference a few hours made after waiting at the dealership a few hours I was able to speak with not only the shop manager but also his boss. Was informed of reasons for delay as well as some miscommunication as to the timeframe the job would entail. The end result was good.

I got my unit back with only a few more minor hickups and was on my way a day after my first post.

The final result in the long-run made it worth it. The trailer handles much better. The floor is repaired and no longer squeaks, and a time was agreed too. For the last few details to be addressed at a future date. My Rep Christine was as helpful as she could have been with the information she was given and look forward to working with her again.

Brandon B. was helpful with the introduction to the dealer & sale. He wasn't knowledgeable with the product, because of upcoming training, but he helped get us going. Folks in business department were great! Unfortunately we've already had an issue with the product that could have been identified by LazyDays, but we'll work with them to get it solved.

Was interested in trading in my rv for a slightly newer one on their lot. Gave them full info on my unit and was told it had a trade in value of 72k. I get there and find a unit I like. It needed a modification to fit my needs. So next day I get an email saying we are selling ours so cheap that your new trade value is 61k. I responded by saying you have the same year unit with alot more miles on it on your lot and you're asking 129k for it. I understand you have to make money. But double? Really?

It's hard to give a dislike - because I was unable to purchase a smaller, even used unit because I have no credit history!
I won't use or own credit cards. They said they might finance even with a "Bad" credit history.
The other factor is being a Disabled Veteran and self employed! I have zero debt and own my property! Sorry don't get it, just scratching my head!

There's nothing "lazy" about the staff at Lazydays! Roberto Saurez went above and beyond to make our first time motor coach purchase an exceptional experience. The entire team at lazy days is accommodating and efficient. We stayed overnight to make a punch list. Tim our technician was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of minor things that we found. The amenities at the Crowne club where outstanding and comfortable. We enjoyed are meals and happy hour in the club restaurant. I would highly recommend lazy days RV in Tampa Florida for any recreational purchase!

We had a great experience again. They beat other offers on my trade by a long shot and gave me a awesome price for my purchased coach. We traveled a thousand miles to trade and they really made it easy, again.
They made it all happen in a short time because of our schedule. Ten stars in my book.
Thanks team.

Charles Woods is one of the best service advisors I've worked with. I brought the coach in the beginning of September and about 2 weeks into to a long list of repairs, hurricane Irma arrived. I was in a mandatory evacuation zone, so I called Chuck up to see if I could get my coach. He made magic happen--the coach was ready enough to take on the road for a couple of weeks and bring it back to be finished up. The coach is now in good working order. I will definitely be asking for him next time I bring the coach in for service.

We traded our F250 and Coachmen 29RKS Travel Trailer for a new Georgetown G5. Our salesman spent an afternoon showing us quite a few motor coaches both used and new before we made our final decision. Kelly Kelly was very courteous and knowledgeable and made a positive impression on us. We needed a quick turnaround in order to get to Savannah for a baseball tournament our grandson was in and he did everything possible to make that happen. Despite several "bumps" in the road regarding work that needed to be done to the coach prior to our taking delivery, he worked diligently to make things work and although we missed the first game of the series, we were on our way Friday afternoon. A Huge Thank to Kelly, George Mattos, Pat Singleton and Maynard for making this work for us. We will be back.

Had the most bizarre experience at LazyDays RV in ...

Had the most bizarre experience at LazyDays RV in Tampa, FL. We decided to trade in our 2018 Coachman Leprechaun 319 MBH for a Tiffin Class A. We found the one we wanted & began negotiating. Naturally their first offer was comical....I asked the salesman Tom (who sincerely did try & I recommend him) go back to sales leadership & present us a realistic offer.
In comes a so called mgr. named Joe who tried telling me how great they were, even using an analogy about liking sushi, then roast beef on why I should overpay.

Needless to say we didn t see eye to eye. He looked me in the eye & said you do know that your only trading in a Coachman product don t you , (attached photo is my so called POS Coachman), he then said you knocked on our door, we didn t knock on yours ! You can imagine that as my blood began to boil, I simply said in a low voice Jesus Christ I m out of here, as a Christian man I recognize there were better word choices, however he yelled at me stop using profanity , I was confused, as was the salesman, & said because I said the above (no profanity used).I grabbed my stuff & was walking out, done with the process. I asked him for his card & he replied do you want my social security # also , I laughed at his childish & unprofessional comment & started exiting. As we approached the door, he is 10 feet behind us, he loudly said you need to leave or I m calling security to escort you out , keep in mind he was trailing me!
Ultimately, real management got involved, put two & two together & asked us to come back in, sent him home, & made a minor attempt at recovery.
Ultimately, we did not buy anything because their 20% off MSRP offer & a weak offer on our trade wasn t worth it to us....I guess they don t realize there are RV s all over this state! As much as I like Tom the salesman, I would never, ever recommend their location to anyone,if you do & get a young man with an unwarranted ego named Joe get someone else! Life goes on and customer service clearly isn t top priority for these guys, not in our experience at least.

Lazydays is lucky to have you. You get the job done! We'd give you a 5 star!

My husband and I decided to visit Lazy Days RV in ...

My husband and I decided to visit Lazy Days RV in Tampa Florida. While walking outside the main building, we observed a sales person (Neil Gillette) reviewing some paperwork an asked him where the used RVs were located. Neil told us that he would be glad to take us to the location and I told him that were just looking and had no intentions of buying anything. Neil told us that would be no problem and that he would be more than happy to take us to where we wanted to go. We were immediately impressed with Neil's desire to help us and his kind and professional demeanor. During our conversation, we told Neil that we have a rather nice Fleetwood Revolution and had no intention of purchasing, yet that did not deter Neil in any way. He showed us numerous RVs, spent considerable time with us and answered all of our questions. We found one that we thought was rather nice and Neil made the arrangements for us to take it for a test ride. Another sales person, (Tyler Dallie) joined Neil and we then took the coach on a test drive. Tyler's knowledge of all of the coaches on the property and the workings of Lazy Days was more than impressive. We also spent considerable time with Tyler and he explained the various advantages of purchasing through Lazy Days rather than another competitor. Tyler is an encyclopedia of motor homes and their inner-workings. We really liked the 30 day in-house warranty. We decided to purchase a nice coach and spent approximately a week on the property. Neil and Tyler continued to brief us on the aspects of our coach. Due to family issues, we had to depart prior to all of the work being completed and made arrangements to return at a later date for some minor issues My husband is a former Human Resource Manager and Store Manager with a major retail company and was just impressed with both Neil's and Tyler's attention to detail, attitude, and willingness to take care of the customer. They both made it their mission to make sure we were satisfied. As I said earlier, we had no intentions of purchasing a coach, yet Neil and Tyler were fantastic and had all of the right answers. We also think the Crown Club is impressive. We have highly recommended Lazy Days,Neil and Tyler to several of our friends. Great Job!!!!! It was an awesome experience.

To Lazy Days RV of Tampa,
RE: Sales Rep- Mr.Phillip Berghorn,

This letter serves to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service you provided our son during his MAKE A WISH experience. Mr.Berghorn has given us a day that we could never forget with his professionalism, knowledge and patience.

He helped entertain our son throughout his entire afternoon while the Make A Wish Team made the final party arrangements. Mr.Berghorn showed our entire party over 10 RVs and all their features.

Sometimes one can become lost in a big company and lose sight of how what one does truly helps or impacts the end customer. To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity which Mr.Berghorn shown our family.

I wouldn t consider going to a different dealership or working with any other sales professional. Regardless where you live you owe it to yourselves to check them out before you buy.

Sincerely,
The Eubank Family

i've never seen so many rv's in my life. this place is a huge production with 130 sales people selling 800+ rv's a month. the salesman said it's the busiest rv place in the us and last week they sold 600 rv's. salesman was super nice but I was just starting to look and they want to close deals. he spent some time with me looking at different models and then....dropped me off and said if i was ready to buy he would spend more time with me. personally i did not have an issue with that. i understand they have to make there $ and he was not rude at all. i'd say if you want to buy from them have a good idea of what you want and the pricing of it before you go.

We ve had our camper for just over a month (Father...

We ve had our camper for just over a month (Father s Day pick up!) so I think it s safe to write my review. As far as selection goes, Lazy Days was great. Our salesman was nice and prompt when we met him and stayed within our budget nicely. I don t remember our salesman s name (Nick...maybe?) but he was a tall, white guy that said he used to be a chiropractor and his girlfriend/wife was pregnant.

We had some trouble in finance- they got us to put down a $1,000 deposit to hold our camper and get a check from our bank. We were told we would get the $1,000 back but the way the buyers order was written up, our bank issued us a check $1,000 short so... there went the $1,000 we thought we were getting back.

I would also like to say that if you want the best experience definitely go Mon-Fri. Because our pick up day was Sunday and it was very, very close to being a disaster. Once we had said yes to our camper our salesman all but evaporated. Sundays they don t have walk through technicians working (apparently) so our salesman walked me through the camper as my husband hooked it up to our truck. This walk through consisted of the salesman basically handing me a bunch of manuals and said, I ll be right back. And he did come back... once every forty five minutes for the next three hours it took us to get everything situated.

The salesman, as it turns out, didn t know nearly as much as he thought he did- up to and including I asked him 3x if we had a sewer hose included and he insisted we DIDN'T NEED ONE. You can imagine how disgusting it would have been our first camping trip if I hadn t already known that of course you need a sewer hose.

We were also told that the two propane tanks that were mounted in a case on the tongue of the trailer had both been filled. I accept that it s my mistake for not double checking behind him, but when we got home BOTH tanks were EMPTY. Again, imagine how much fun that would ve been if we d needed them and not had them. I also feel like we should ve gotten some more things included (hoses? Adaptors? Something?) for spending $$$ but maybe that s asking too much.

So, wonderful first impression and selection. I wish we would ve had a more experienced salesman. Will still go back again.

VERY aggressive / shady sales practices. Pushy, manipulative, and deceitful. Sales doesn't have to be done this way! Just checkout how hard they made me work on chat last time I checked on the availability of an RV. We have a 2016 pusher that we purchased from a small home-town dealer. Service was not timely and we tried Lazy Days service. The service department is unbelievably huge and with Christine Coker, our service adviser and Hector, Mike Evans and the other the technicians we have had the best possible experience. We are kept informed, everything is explained, and they have been able to resolve all repairs timely. They make waiting as pleasant as possible with comfortable areas to wait, with great coffee varieties, free classes, incredible store, and unlimited access to look at RVs without being pressured by salesmen. They also have a trolley driven by Lisa who is knowledgeable about the huge facilities and will take you anywhere in the campground, Cracker Barrel, the RV lots, or service areas.

Worse experience here to better thanks to one young lady! Sunday me and my wife came from ocala to Lazydays to look, We found a couple Rv we wanted information on so we tried flagging a couple sale people down for information or to find out where we could get information and prices, as I wave two sales men down we were told by two sales guys that they were to busy and to walk up to building and go to front desk for information we wanted, so we proceeded walking as upset with customer service we just received, at this point we were both just ready to leave as we proceeded to leave we couldn't remember where we parked. I waved someone going by for help, but of course I was ignored! But thankfully to a young lady name laura, Laura was coming out of a area and seen us and stopped and offered be help! After explaining we couldn't remember where we park and why we were so upset with our experience she went out of her way and offered us a ride to sales department. Thanks to her and her time we were able to get information and close deal on a new rv with a real nice sale person! Thanks to Laura in security and her amazing attitude and customer service!! we gave lazydays another chance!!

I just returned from Tampa after purchasing a Berkshire XLT 45A and I am still overwhelmed by the excellent sales, service and hospitality of the Lazydays staff in Tampa. My whole experience started by speaking with Brandon Belcher, my sales consultant throughout the purchase process. His knowledge and willingness to answer questions, plus his warm personality, made the entire sales experience truly enjoyable. He was with me from the moment I got to Tampa through the entire paperwork process. Additionally, I would like to recognize my delivery consultant Tiffany Weeden. She went above and beyond to ensure my motor coach was ready and all of the minor issues were fixed before I departed. The entire staff in Tampa was exceptional. When the time comes to look at another Motorhome, I definitely know where I will go first....back to Lazydays in Tampa !!

What an awesome place!!!
We met Phillip Berghorn at Daytona Turkey Run Phillip showed that he truly cares. We went to Lazy Days and met Leo Hill who took us around showing us rvs. Then on to George Mattos who helped us with finance. After we met Dana Smith and Tiffany Weeden for a awesome delivery process. James Howells held training for us in how to operate a Super C rv. James is the Super C expert he even checked back twice after training to check if any questions.
The Crown Club team is awesome.
Lazy Days has put together a very awesome team and we will recommend to shop and buy at Lazy Days.
We will return when the time comes for that upgrade.

Great salesman. Helped us find the unit we wanted, at a great price. Jerry Martin was extremely patient as we worked our way through the various units on the lot. In the end we found what we wanted and the process was smooth and painless.

I can t say enough great things about Lazydays! Starting with Stan Johnson, he was incredible, had the patience of a saint, he must have showed me a dozen - I had my list ! When he told us the Lazydays policy, I said, ya sure we have dealt with dealerships before they promise the moon, he said no we really deliver, well lazyday did - but you went above way beyond! He found the 5th wheel we were really looking for. It only got better. The Montana was new to us, it did need some tlc, that s when Pat and Rodney stepped into the picture, they understood our concerns - they answered all our questions - Jim had plenty (he s the mechanic in this union) all the repairs that were needed we done without any issue, they went above and beyond. Stan stayed in touch with us ever step of the way, he is amazing. It was absolutely amazing dealing with Lazydays, everyone we came into contact with us went out of their way to help or make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back - thank you

Just purchased a 2020 cyclone thanks to the help of Travis Hollyfield. I tell you something, I have always had a bad vibe with sales reps but this guy right here (Travis Hollyfield) went above and beyond to help me and my family get the perfect RV we were looking for. He wasn't pushy or anything. He just pretty much helps you find what you are looking for at a great price. Had a great experience and so did the 2 other people I sent to him that also purchased. Thanks Travis, .

The Lazydays transaction was one of the best purch...

The Lazydays transaction was one of the best purchase experiences I've had. I started my research on-line and exchanged emails numerous times with James Mason who provided lots of information, answers to my many questions, and provided details on specific units that I inquired about. James arranged for me to meet with the on-site sales person, Joe Myers, who spend all day with us as we looked, and re-looked, at many units. I wasn't prepared to make a decision on the first day and Joe certainly understood and encouraged time to review.

On day two Joe was just as eager to accommodate us and again, chauffered us around as we narrowed down our options. Joe gave us three days worth of Crown Club vouchers to use for free lunches, but I never felt any "pressure" to commit to a purchase. Lazydays moves a lot of units and unless you put a down payment on one, its very likely to be sold. While Joe explained this to us, and we acknowledged, we never were pressured to make a down payment.

On day three I had made my decision on a Tiffin Allegro Bus and Joe worked to make a "deal" on the trade and purchase. I had a fifth wheel and pickup truck as trade-in and had my own preconceived notion of the value I was seeking and was surprised that Lazydays was virtually spot on in my "number", not to mention that the sales unit price was extremely competitive. Upon making my purchase everyone was so great to work with, including Ben in finance.

I had to move belongings from my fifth wheel into the new unit and Lazydays parked them side-by-side in a full hookup site and allowed me all the time I needed to make the moves which encompassed two days. Jimmy, the service manager, addressed a few cosmetic concerns that I had and resolved all of these quickly.

I have told every one I know how great of a purchase experience this was and I'm looking forward to service and follow up visits to Lazydays and we'll probably explore trade-in options in the future. Everyone I encountered at Lazydays was professional, courteous and welcomed us.

My husband and I have been looking for an RV for almost a year. We made a 5 hour trip to Tampa to look at the one we picked out online with the help of Lisa Padin, the internet sales person. Lisa was patient with us and stayed in contact with us offering help and guidance since this was our first time RV purchase. She connected us with Richard Barahona at the Tampa sales office and he was wonderful. Richard was waiting for us when we arrived and was again patient and so knowledgeable about the 5th wheel. There was absolutely no pressure for us to purchase, and we were very grateful for that. We are very excited to pick up our new 5th wheel in a couple of weeks and begin this journey. Knowing LazyDays will be there if we need them (and we probably will) is very reassuring to us!

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and i drove over an hour and a half to purchase a new 5th wheel, the dealer is huge which many selections which is great, I understand that they are a no pressure sales team but not one sales person talked to us or asked if we needed any help, after walking around looking at all of the options for a couple hours we were just tired and ready to leave, I put in a request online since most units didn't have prices other than brand new msrp, we got a call in about 5 minutes from a guy touching base and said he was busy but he would get with us the next morning with the prices, we never got a call the next day, so we called and talked to the front desk and explained we were interested in talking numbers on a few campers but hadn't heard anything she transferred us to someone's voicemail, we called again and was transferred to someome who had just got in and said he would get situated and send us some info, about an hour later he sent over prices, we talked back and forth twice and never got a response again, so we called again and got a girl who texted some info but was very almost insulted when we offered a price on a camper, she kept staying she was busy and would get back to us, ended up getting a call from another guy saying he was picking up where she left off because she was busy, talked to him once and he said he would call us the next day to talk about things because he was busy at the moment, Again never got a call the next day. That was the last straw, we couldn't do any business with them because they obviously didn't want someone who was ready to buy. We ended up buying a brand new camper and camping world who actually had some customer service skills.

We were told our new coach would be ready to go the weekend before we drove to Tampa from Atlanta. When we arrived we learn it wasn't ready and didn't actually arrive there until 3 days later. Zero communication to that effect. Had to rent a vehicle and drive home then fly back to Tampa the following Wednesday. The second time was better but no offer to cover our wasted expenses. In addition we asked to have vent covers installed which they handled for an additional $340. I asked the sales rep about getting them covered for the trouble. I've heard nothing in a week now. To top it off I just called for tech support for the entertainment system and got zero help and was told to find the answers in the manual. This is our second coach from Lazydays and so far it'll be the last.
