On line I ordered a rafter V1.arm what is a support for your awning the picture shows the arm so I placed my order A week later I get the leg for the arm but not the arm. I called them told them they send me the wrong item. Their respons was I could send it back but had to pay for the freight I ask them to look at the picture that was what I needed. Turned out they had the wrong item with the picture. No big deal I thought people make mistakes. There response, they didnt care, I had to pay for freight anyway even they made the mistake. Well Lazydays we have a lot of campingfriends and know a lot of people and you talk only about $ 20 if SERVICE means NOTHING to u it does to us I will never ever use your services AGAIN!!
