Lasco Ford is an awesome place to work with! I called around to a few dealers but Paul at Lasco ford was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to get me a fantastic deal on a new Ford Focus. I know it was a great deal because I looked at various sites including autotrader and Lasco's price was already the best in the state. It was a great price to begin with but he also was able to help me get an additional discount because I am a Firefighter/ First Responder.

The price was just the beginning of why I had a great experience with Lasco. I drove up to look at the car and decided to purchase it. However, my son had the stomach bug and being an hour away I didn't want to have him ride that far in the car. So they actually drove the car down to me! Fast forward a few days and I got a call from them. The bank would not put Gap insurance on my car because it basically was not needed. My contract needed to be signed again. Instead of me having to drive an hour AFTER they already made the sale they drove the paperwork an hour to me so I could sign it.

They consistently went above and beyond to get me the deal I was looking for. I would definitely drive an hour to work with them again. We love our car and it even has some bells and whistles that we didn't expect but have been enjoying.

I reached out regarding interest in a 2020 vehicle and the person asked for my information. I gave her everything she asked for and never heard back from her. There isn't alot of Ford dealerships in my area but If I decide to purchase a F-150 it definitely won't be from this place.

Went looking for a used vehicle we saw on the webs...

Went looking for a used vehicle we saw on the website. Salesman Dale was great helped us locate the car at a different location but instead found us 2 that were at this location. We ended with a nice newer vehicle.
Edit. Very shady practices on buying/transfer of titles. Charges almost double what state charges, and has you sign a title missing required information, Like mileage, WHO buying. And very pushy about it. 5 hours waiting to buy, then they get in a hurry when they screw up. Will not do business with them again.
Update. They sold our traded in Van that needed over $1400 in repairs. Didn't do the repairs. Patched it. Now a friend of a friend has issues with same vehicle. Very shady practices.

2020 update. Now they contacted us and offered to upgrade us to 2019/2020 with same payments, knowing full well what current was owed and paying. NOT. 2016 and $80 more. Avoid at all cost.

I checked out three different dealers in my area, Lasko being one of them. All three were given the same criteria for what I wanted and shown my trade. Only Mark Waligora and Lasco could close the deal and actually exceed my expectations! I got the exact vehicle I was looking for at less than the price point that I needed to pay. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and Lasco Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car.

When I came to pick it up, I was surprised with a birthday cake and the entire floor singing to me. Everyone was very warm, helpful, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with my new car. She was polite and outgoing she made a long process fun and successful. By the time I left I had keys in my hand and a safe reliable car for me and my 4 month baby!

Ray and the Finance Dept. went above and beyond to make the deal I wanted for my used Ford 150. They spent hours trying to get the right deal, and did not settle until they got the best possible deal available. Ray kept me in the loop and provided a terrific friendly experience. They service team took care of any concerns I had with the truck in a fast and timely manner, and the work done was quality, and efficient. I would recommend this dealership, and Ray as a salesman to anyone looking to buy an automobile. They won't settle for anything but the best deal, and provide fantastic service while doing so.

Even though I did not buy the truck after all, I know who to see when I do get one. Dale Williams is the first and only person I will go to!

I went in to the service center to have my oil changed. I was greeted right away and all the staff were super friendly. They also rotated my tires for me and when I picked my vehicle up my car had been washed! Very nice surprise. The new service center is really nice as well. This is the only place I take my Ford Edge for service and I have never had a bad experience!

If you're looking for a great place to service your vehicle, Lasco Ford is the place. I took it in to get an oil change it was very quick, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The prices were great! I would definitely recommend using the Service Center at Lasco Ford.

WARNING! All Lasco Ford used cars are LEMONS! They have rude salespeople who try to work with more than 1 customer at a time. All they care about is making a commission and putting you in a car that will break down in a week. Soon as you get to the dealership they pull a bait and switch and try to get rid of the cars that's been sitting on the lot forever. They let you test drive cars with only an 1/8 of a tank worth of gas so you never really know what's wrong with the car. I hope no one uses this dealership when there are so many better dealerships in the area such as Hall Chrysler and Randy Wise Buick who truly care about their customers. Lasco dealers are habitual liars who make promises that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY! You've been warned.

I arrived and asked many times if I was eligible and they said yes yes yes... then they went to the back and came back at 278 per month and 5k down... completely wasted my time and Emily is a moron who should not be selling cars

Staff needs to work on their customer service skills. Highly disappointed and will not recommend ever again. They also force people to make positive google reviews as a part of "We'll give you a better deal if you make us a positive google review right here in front of us." What a bunch of garbage. Half of these reviews were made right at the dealership. They were not friendly or considerate to me. I have never had such a bad experience at a dealership.........

I appreciate Dan Cheney and the management team. Perhaps the owner IF they were involved.
I almost walked away from ford in general BC of the horrible salesman BS! Plus I believe I was taken advantage of a couple years ago. I won t meant dealerships or names. Though I probably should. Certain people or dealships need to not exist. Not bitter, I work hard for people and I expect the same in return without BS!!

Fast forward, Dan Cheney and the management at Lasco Ford brought me back. I appreciate all the effort. I pray and hope they continue to be as committed, faithful as they have been Plus helping out even if one deal is not is not in their favor. I ve called Dan a few time during my lease and he s helped me out to get into service if I needed to, even if it was an oil change. They Lasco Ford actually gave me a couple oil changes. Not sure IF it s common or not.

Nevertheless, thank you Dan Cheny and I think Michael McKolay that worked my deal. The finance individual (can t remember his name) he d answered any questions IF I had any. He was very knowledgeable.
All in All, I pray Lasco Ford keeps their continued commitment of doing all they can to SAVE money for the customer and to be there when the customer needs them. That s good business!! Small fish makes a business grow not the the big fish! Plus I m tired of finding crappy dealerships!!

I would never buy a car or truck here and definitely never bring anything here for service. I took my truck in for a whistling noise. I looked it up online and many people had the same problem I was having. so I told the service person who wrote me up what I found online. I also told them that this was my work truck and I needed it back asap. they had my truck for 5 days when I called them, never receiving a call from them. at that time they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it yet. after 7 days, I called them again and they told me the problem was exactly what I told them when I dropped it off. after 9 days I got my truck back and they broke a aftermarket wheel we'll flare and told me they didn't do it. worse car service experience of my life.

Bought a used 2005 Ford Ranger fx4 level 2 from a ...

Bought a used 2005 Ford Ranger fx4 level 2 from a private seller. I inspected the vehicle along with 3 other people and found zero flaws point to point. The only downer about the sale is it came with a airbag recall (the very common takata recall.) I said i'll take it. Took the truck to Lasco Ford in Fenton to have the recall done, as a gesture I figured i'd have them do an oil change so I am at least throwing them some money for their time on the recall. I forgot my recall paperwork that said I am entitled to a loaner car so I didn't demand one. I did however ask the guy I was working with about getting a loaner car and his answer was simply "no, you'll be getting a shuttle." I live in Burton Michigan, it's a good 20 minute drive so...what the hell good is a shuttle if I don't have a shuttle to get back to the dealership? I got up early before work the next day and had my fiance haul me back to Fenton to get the truck which was "ready" for pickup. Upon receiving the truck I noticed right away that the airbag light was blinking 3 or 4 times and then staying on while the truck was on. I didn't want to miss work so I drove it back to Flint. During my lunch I went out and inspected the truck further. The airbag light was still on and I discovered that my engine (73k miles) had a mysteriously low idle that it didn't have before. I called up Lasco and pleaded my case. I'm not the type to yell at people so I calmly told them to please take a look at it. I hauled the truck back that night after work (about 6pm) I made sure to check google before I went (google stated that the service hours are open until 8pm) upon arriving I pulled into the service lane with 2 employees checking their watches and shaking their heads. I didn't care, I just wanted my truck back asap. I talked to a different employee, this time I had my recall paperwork stating that I am entitled to a loaner car. I spent about an hour going back and forth with what could be the culprit of the low idle, the dealerships answer was always "all we did was change the oil and oil filter" long story...long I finally got the truck back today and was eventually given a loaner car to drive but without a ton of hassel. This dealership is setup so weird that all I wanted to do was get my vehicle and leave. You drive your vehicle into the inspection bay/lane and are greeted by some random employee who is either walking around or dealing with another customer. There are about 20 different doors that lead to 20 different places in this service center and it makes zero sense at all. The customer service was subpar but honestly that doesn't bother me as much as the overall service experience and lack of understanding for what was obviously something the dealership did to my truck. I will not be taking my truck or my fiances ford fusion to this dealership for anything. Better options in Holly, Lapeer or Birch Run. Stay clear

Second time at this dealerhip and both times were bad experiences. I recently took my 2016 Chevy silverado in for a possible trade at this dealer and was low balled with an offer of $20,000.00 for a one year old truck that purchased for $40,000.00. The truck was in perfect condition. I took it to another dealer in Davison and was given $29,000.00. I know each dealer is different on prices but a $9000.00 difference is a lot. Lasco Ford will never get my business, due to the fact that it is clearly about them making all the money they can possibly make, without any concern for the customer. I am only giving one start since I had to in order to post this. I highly recommend going somewhere else not just because of the trade also because of rude and unprofessional service from the manager and sales consultant

What says great customer service better than repeat business? I just signed for my third F-150 lease at Lasco. Great deals and great service brings me back. I've shopped around with other dealers and nobody beats the price I get from Lasco. This transaction was handled by Madison, with assistance from Josh, and managed by Mike and Jay. The staff I've dealt with are very professional and communicated with me via phone or text promptly. I emailed Madison with a list of my needs (requirements) and desires (wants) and she exceeded my expectations in terms of vehicle attributes, price, and lease terms. Thank you!

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge back in June of 2017 and our salesperson was Chris Medel. He was very helpful after I lost my husband suddenly. He assisted me in getting car in for maintenance. I have to say he was so helpful at a time that was difficult. Want to thank him for everything he did for me. Bless you Chris.

Went to Lasco Ford on 12-16-17 and must say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I dealt with Christian and the sales manager RJ who both tried to completely rail road me over. I have 3 months left on my lease and they guaranteed that they would take care of me in some way. I wanted to do a early turn in but was not within my 90 day window so that was a additional early turn in fee of 395$. The sales person talked in a manner saying that he could take care of it and that we would not have to pay these fees. He talked like he was giving me a better deal on the truck in order to offset. I was at this dealership for 5 hours!!!! on the final signing paperwork when I noticed that they were just adding these fees into my loan and never told me. The dealership closes at 5 and It was 4:45 and I said you are going to do something to take care of me because I was lied to. I asked that they cover the 395$ fee in good faith and they refused and lost the deal on a 22,000 dollar truck which they said they didn't have enough overhead to absorb 395$. I moved my items out of the new truck back into my old truck and left without so much as a apology or any other offers from the manager. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. DO NOT GO HERE.

After decades of purchasing cars I really expected...

After decades of purchasing cars I really expected to find Lasco Ford to be like all the rest, just out to sell a car to make a buck... But I am happy to report that I was wrong.. in fact, not even close..
I talked with them about what I wanted, my budget, and what things mattered most to me. With that they went to work finding just the truck to fit my needs... never being pushy, offering several options and suggestions. For once I felt like my wants and needs were way more important then them selling me a car... And in the end they came up with the perfect fit for me. The sale went so smooth that I almost forgot I was going through that process I always hated...
Thank you again to those at Lasco Ford that helped put the Fun back into car buying...

First off I called in a day ahead to see if they had a specific model Fusion, there some hesitation but they said they had it. Went in next day, "Sorry car was sold but heres some more like it!"
My previous car was totaled in an accident and i didnt have GAP so i ended up owing $2,000 which finance put on top of the new cars over all total.
4 months later Im still receiving phone calls and past due/entering collections letters from previous bank because some of that $2,000 hasnt been paid.

5 times I have spoke with someone at Lasco about this and each time they say they are looking into it, they'll call me back, should be all set. Even when I was sitting there in the dealership for over 7 1/2 hours i felt i wasnt being taken serious. My salesperson would come back joking with some co-workers or other customers, see me, and say - "Oh, let me go talk to finance for you real quick."
First time getting a Ford and probably the last time too.

I recently visited Lasco Ford with my son. I was not expecting to leave the dealership with a new vehicle even though I was approaching the end of a lease I had on a Chevrolet Cruze. I was warmly greeted by Jessica Trice who asked about our reason for visiting the dealership. I told her I was mainly accompanying my son, but did mention I would soon be turning in my Cruze. I was thinking that I would most likely lease a Chevy Equinox even though I preferred the Ford Escape, due to the GM discounts available to me. Jessica listened carefully to what my driving needs were, and what I felt I could afford and then set out to meet these needs. She more than exceeded my expectations. I now have a beautiful new vehicle and a lovely new friend in Jessica!

KrisKilpatrick is the best salesman at lascoford I bought 2 cars from him and he did a very good job and the amount of the of time he took out days after days and time after time he made sure that I what what I needed in the time I needed it, Seems like the paper didn't go through but he took the time to make sure he can do the best work possible to get it done and made it successful. I am very very thankful that he did it and made it work. Seems like everyday we come in and see him he has brought me good news and made it work. I recommend people to come to him and have faith in the work and the time he puts in for you.

Very good experience. Zack Burnash was my salesman and he was very straightforward about some problems with a couple vehicles I was looking at. I showed up thinking it would be a couple-day ordeal due to past experiences with other dealerships but I found a car I liked in my price range and drove off with it within a couple hours. Zach made sure to put some gas in my tank and take the car through the wash before handing me over the keys. I m happy with my new vehicle and glad I gave Lasco a chance.

Liars and cheats... At first they were great, told us we had a 100k mile warranty that's parts and labor... We have an electrical issue happening where our dash and turn signals and headlights all go out while driving it... its recorded on video what happens... we brought it in they "test drove " it saw nothing wrong then charge me a diagnostic fee that we weren't told about having to pay considering we are under warranty..extremely disappointed was told by others to go here now they cheat me and put my family in danger...this is ridiculous

Last time I was here I set up an appointment with a car salesman. I showed up then minutes early they paged him over the intercom to let him know we were there. He walked by us four times and didn't say a word. I have him the benefit of the doubt and waited at his desk for a hour. We got up and left and he called me five minutes after I left and asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment since I didn't show up. I told him we were there for a hour they paged him he walked by. I told him never mind I will take my business elsewhere and never have went there since. So shop here at your own risk.

On February 14, 2020 my husband and I went to Lasco Ford in Fenton. Zach Burnash was our salesman. He was absolutely fantastic! My husband called and spoke with him in advance and told him everything, that we wanted and what vehicle. The perfect vehicle was warmed up and waiting for us to test drive. Today Zach called my husband today and asked how my ride to work was this morning. Zach listened to all my concerns and knew I had some anxiety about winter driving.

Thought I would give them one more chance after they sold me a Ford ranger and leased a car for my wife first after I bought my ranger the engine light comes on after 60 or so miles find out it's mass air flow take it to them say they changed it and 70 miles later comes back on apparently all they did was disconnect the battery to reset it because once I bought a new one and put it in it was magicly fixed needless to say they don't make any thing right even after two weeks of trying to get help .then I lease a car for my wife that wasn't as bad but when I went back Saturday to turn in and get a new one I get no help from anyone then call after we leave and someone tells me sorry and we will call you with prices on Monday 3 calls still nothing lasco is a joke worst dealership I have ever been to

I was interested in a mustang cobra was in contact with salesman Cory for 2 days the second day he text me and said I m here till 6 I said I ll be there in an hour or so ended up being hour and 30 minutes because I don t live near there get there and it was sold. Wasted my time I m not mad that it sold but should have told me. I seen other reviews where people drove along way just to find out something was wrong with vehicle. I feel like someone bought it while Cory was asking me to come look at it unprofessional
