Super shady people. We went to look at a used truc...

Super shady people. We went to look at a used truck and after talking to them, they kept suggesting other trucks (more expensive) instead of letting us see the one we came in for. Then they tried to get us to sign some chicken scratch on a piece of paper to obligate us to a payment. Two weeks after we left, we got a notice in the mail that Lasco had requested to extend our credit without our permission. Very very sketchy people, I would never buy from them.

As soon as we walked in the door of Lasco Ford it was a nice experience. We were not attacked like some dealerships do. We seen a familar face right away. He was Charlie Burgess. He is an honest person which put us at ease. We were next introduced to Paul Zaagman, who was friendly, no pretense at all and very knowledgeable about new and used cars. Last but not least we were introduced to Gaye Johnson. She was great at making sure ALL our questions were answered. She made our waiting time for a finance rate easier. She did everything in her power to make our experience and lasting impression a pleasure.

We will never buy from or seek repairs from Lasco ...

We will never buy from or seek repairs from Lasco Ford again. Without getting into all the details, we were charged a repair assessment fee of $200-300 (our car had to be towed so it didn t make sense to take it somewhere else), charged ~$1500 for a repair that made the car run they said, and they had the car for weeks on end. They were unethical and unprofessional. When we took the car elsewhere after the repair we were told the car was in such bad shape it didn t make sense to repair it. I have nothing good to say about our experience buying the vehicle from Lasco or from seeking repairs there. It all felt like a scam.

It felt like there was quite a game going on at this dealer: Offers, counteroffers, back and forth to the manager, lots of waiting, etc. As a customer, I find these shenanigans annoying. Give me your best price and be done with it! We did purchase a very nice used car for what I THINK was a good price. The business manager got us great financing and took care of all the paperwork, saving us a trip to the Secretary of State. In conclusion, we bought the car we were interested in, and left the lot with the registration and insurance in the glove box and a license plate on the back. I gave a "good" rating instead of an "excellent" rating because of the selling game mentioned earlier. It also would have been nice if our salesperson had sat in the car and explained the features of the car before we drove it off the lot. Sure, we can read the manual and figure it out, but other dealers have done that for us in the past and it is a nice customer service touch.

Excellent service. They asked my VIN # after the order to verify the part would fit. They they acknowledged it would fit, and got it out to me QUICK. I could not find any dealership who had any interest in supplying the part--but this dealership promoted their parts and they had one of the most competitive prices I could find.

My experience is a mixed bag. Stevie was our salesperson and did a nice video walk around before we drove 72.7 miles to look at a CPO 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the truck that were not identified/repaired during their "CPO" process. I had never driven a Ford Ecoboost 3.5L powered vehicle before my test drive of the Raptor, so I was not aware of what the car should sound like at start-up, etc. I noticed the first time I started the vehicle, it had a loud rattle (like a diesel) for about 3-5 seconds before it completely disappeared. The rest of the test drive was great, and I felt the sales process was smooth with a few minor hiccups (plate transfer issue) that were corrected when the sales manager Alex stepped in, which led to my purchase of the vehicle on 23 Dec 2019. After we got back to our home city, we ran a couple of errands around town. Each time I started the truck, I noticed the rattle noise. Once we got home and settled in for the evening, I began to research whether or not the sound was typical. I learned that this sound is a well-known issue with Ford 3.5L Ecoboost involving the variable cam timing (VCT) and addressed in Ford's Special Service Message 48272. I immediately parked the truck in the garage and scheduled the first available service appointment (6 Jan 2020) with a dealership closer to where we live. My new vehicle sat in the garage from 23 Dec 2019 until the date of service (6 Jan 2020) with a whopping 85 miles driven since purchase (72.7 miles were driving it home from the dealership). I purchased it with 41,672 miles and took it to the dealership this morning with 41,757. The local dealership diagnosed and confirmed the VCT issue and will repair it under warranty. They also identified a front pinion leak and will repair it under warranty. A great sales experience at Lasco was tarnished by two significant service issues that were not identified and corrected as part of their 172 point CPO inspection of the truck. All I can say is thank goodness I purchased a CPO since it significantly extended the power-train warranty and provided me the opportunity to buy a factory-backed extended warranty. I would have rated my experience 4 or 5 stars if the issues with the vehicle didn't exist.

UPDATE 16 Jan 2020: The post-sales service is dreadful. My 2018 Ford Raptor has a check engine light due to an aftermarket CAI (cold air intake) that was installed by the previous owner of the vehicle. What is the problem you might say? Well, the Raptor is sensitive to modifications, most CAI cause the truck to throw CEL UNLESS there is a tune done to the stock PCM. I did not find out until after purchasing the vehicle that the CAI on the vehicle required a tune to work properly. Once I identified that the truck might have a tune, I became concerned about my CPO warranty and extended warranty. I reached out to Alex, who proceeded to tell me that manufacturers of aftermarket parts put the statement about needing a tune to cover themselves. In most cases, Alex would be right, most cars do not need a tune for a CAI, the Raptor does! He said that the owner knows the previous owner, and they'd be willing to see if he has the stock intake to switch out. I told him that would be great and that I'd know more once the warranty work was completed at my local dealership since they'd likely discover if the vehicle had a tune or not. After a more competent dealership completed the warranty work, I again reached out to Alex (10 Jan 2020) about taking him up on the offer for the stock intake. He said he would reach out to the owner and get back to me. I emailed Alex again (13 Jan 2020) and told him the vehicle did indeed have a tune, it was reflashed to stock as part of the special service message, which caused a check engine light. Alex has not responded in any manner, so I'm moving on. No one should have to beg to have a dealership to fix their mistake. Stevie said she was trying to earn a Lasco customer for life. You, sir, have demonstrated the exact opposite.

People that call you on your phone and tell you there going to buy your car. So you bring it to them and the only offer you 200 dollars on a 2004 Mercedes s500. Hell the one rim cost more then that on Ebay. Such a waste of time. Good luck if you want to buy a car from this dealership.

The only reason this place has good reviews is because they tell their customers that if they write a "completely satisfied" review that they will throw in some oil changes and auto detailing. I wrote my review honestly and wasn't given what was promised. I WOULD RATHER HELP SOMEONE OUT THAN LIE. These people are shady. They promise you one thing and change it. READ EVERYTHING WORD FOR WORD! They added months onto my financing without telling me, they installed my remote start incorrectly and I had to leave my car out there for 2 days! They told me they would give me a few oil changes and car detaling twice! Once for the miscommunication with the financing dept about the amount of months financed and another for the inconvenience of driving out to pick my car up and the remote start wasn't installed properly and was draining my battery and I had to leave it there for a 2nd day. ANYTHING THEY "PROMISE YOU" GET IN WRITING!!!! I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and urge people to find a different dealer that will be honest and accommodating. Every dealership has the same cars or can get it, go some place that will treat you well and understand that this is a huge investment and hold up to their promises.

Had to replace my A/C compressor. Lasco Ford had the part in stock at a very reasonable price for a diesel engine. Got the part in quickly and one piece. Has been in the truck for a couple of weeks now and has been great. I have not been able to charge the system yet, but the fact that I am no longer driving around with a rattle can rolling around sound coming from the engine compartment is a wonderfully silent sound to hear. Thank you!!!!

My wife wanted another Ford edge,but Chris told her that she should at least test drive the escape,and explained why this may be a better fit for us this time. Chris was right and my wife loves her new escape and when leasing her next car or truck what ever it is she will go see Chris.It was not about the sale,but making us happy and knowing we would then be a return customer.

I was referred to Lasco Ford by cargurus.com while looking for a new vehicle because I was rear ended on a local highway resulting in my car being totaled. I had been without a car for 3 weeks and desperately needed to settle on a vehicle to get back on the road. I settled on a certified pre-owned 2017 Ford Escape. I opted for a certified preowned vehicle So I wouldn t have to worry about buying a used car. I dealt with Stevie who was very helpful and we made a deal in just a few hours.(very good sales lady). The very next day we had snowfall and I went to use my windshield washer and wipers and I realized that the sprayers were broken and didn t work sufficiently to clean my window in order to see. My boyfriend ended up figuring out the problem and noticed the wiper fluid lines were disconnected. A week later I attempted to pick up my boyfriends small children that need to be in car seats. When I attempted to buckle them in I realized that two of the seatbelts in the back seat were smashed and inoperable. It seems to me that either Lasco s or Ford s pre owned certification is not what you think it might be and their lack of concern for a main safety feature is troubling. They have offered to replace the seatbelts and also offered a rental while the vehicle is being fixed, but it has been two weeks and there has been no resolution yet. What s most troubling here is that I was in a rush to get a vehicle and trusted Lasco Ford to sell me a fully inspected car. Which didn t happen.. and then now has also left me hanging for a couple weeks with a car that can t have any kid passengers.

Where do I begin?! Lasco Fords Team is 100% hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with! I bought my truck from them in September from Kayla Medel! She went above and beyond and it was all via the phone as I lived out of state. I flew in to town and signed the paper work for my new truck. She made it easy and convenient for me and it was exactly what I wanted. Not all dealerships will do that. THANKS KAYLA! Not only was Kayla amazing but the service department is also wonderful. They have made my life simple and easy and any time I needed something they go above and beyond for me.

Worst experience ever called about a vehicle and was told they were sure they had it to go ahead and send my info in and they would call me on it the next day then I receive a call saying well we don't have that one any more but I have one similar to it I can put you in for the same they said I told them my payment had to be 500 or no deal he says ok we can do it I'm sure then I get told well 560 is what it's going to be is that ok it's about what you said how is that even close to 500 I would have never given you my info at all to have my credit ran like 12 times now I'm really going to not be able to get into a decent car thanks to you all if I would have known the original vehicle I called about wasn't their nor the vehicle you told me was going to work it was 2000 dollars higher then the first one so I new it wouldn't work unless they dropped the price but no they ran my credit 12 times mabey more then that and still no car and then didn't call me back after they told me they would and when I called they hung up on me it'd like I'm supposed to be happy you messed up my credit more then it already was all for nothing then I talk to a manager and still no call back I will never be using this dealer again and will NEVER recommend anyone to them for a vehicle not to mention being switched back and forth from person to person on the phone I will be contacting the b.b.b. on this dealer not happy at all with their service if you can't work with someone just tell them don't change their budget because you think they'll say yes to buying car not good business at all

I was told by The front desk that they were not busy when I made my appointment, but 3 days after I dropped my car off they told me that they wouldn t be able to look at it until the following week. This information was only obtained after I called them (this is important later on). So the next week I called them and they again told me they would not be able to look at my car until the following week. I called them the following Monday and they still had not evaluated my car, but was told again they would look at it by the end of the day. I called them on Frida at 1400 and they told me they had evaluated my truck but unfortunately since I called them after 1200 they wouldn t be able to order the parts until the following week and it would take 24 hours to get the parts. They expected to finish my truck on the following Wednesday. This is absurd to me that I had to call them every single time and then had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault that they couldn t order the parts. In 3.5 weeks, they never once called me to give me an update. It took them 6 hours to replace the parts on my truck but 3 weeks to look at it. I would NOT recommend them as a service repair.

Absolutely phenomenal service and vehicle! The company itself seems well organized and structured but the best sales guy by far has got to be Kyle Brown. He was so personable and easy going and knowledgeable that he made buying a car over 3 hrs away from where I lived feel seamless. He gave me a tutorial on a bunch of features in my vehicle after I purchased and helped me drop my rental car off also. Great guy! The pricing was great. Service even greater. Awesome dealer here!

Walked in...no one greeted us. Walked around inside the dealership...no one asked to help us. Walked outside to look at vehicles...no one came out to help us. Walked in a second time and waited over 15 mins then had to ask for help...then waited an additional 10 mins before a salesperson came over. Ridiculous. No customer service. Just a waste my time.
