Long wait times when I was there. I was dropping off my vehicle for a recall n receive a loaner I waited over an hour and a half. The lady beside me had been there 4 hours for an oil change and we both had appointments.

Dale Williams was great with the customer service. From the time I contacted him he worked his hardest to meet my every need. We worked out a great price for the vehicle I need. And to top it all off he drove the vehicle over an hour to my work not only to drop the vehicle off, but to also take my lease turn in as my hours affected the time i could pick up the vehicle. If that's not great service I dont know what is.

Is there a way I can give Lasco Ford 6 stars? Our sales person, Kyle Brown, helped make what can be a stressful buying experience a
pleasurable one. He let us dictate where we wanted to go in our
decision making. And guided us along with all the needed information.
We are a retired couple not looking for a vehicle suited for maybe a younger couple. Our 2016 Edge was the car for us.
Price, warranty, a beautiful reliable vehicle, along with friendly, knowledgeable service. What more could you ask for?

I wouldnt buy another vehicle from here. I was lied to by multiple people. They would never call me back when they said they would. And as a woman I feel the men i dealt with talked down to me and treated me like dirt. The truck i bought stalled on the way home and after they told me to bring it in and they would fix it they wouldnt when i brought it in. Then after being promised a loaner vehicle they wanted to charge me $70 a day. I ended up leaving . Never ever dealing with these people again.

Bought the car July 7, no reflector no key no call backs. One would think a $20,000.00 purchase might warrant a $3.00 reflector and the promised key. Not so much. Pretty disgusted with the whole thing. Will Not Recommend To Any One!!!!!

Lasco ford I am not suprised you have no record of me being at your dealership..Let me refresh your memory. I had an appointment on Saturday February 18th at noon to look at a truck at your dealership. My appointment was with Victor..I drove from 4 hours away..I communicated with Victor several times the week prior to let me know if anything changes etc..he assured me everything was good to go...I get there on Saturday and victor didn t come in to work that day? I drove 4 hours with an appointment to look at a truck with a particular salesman and he just didn t show up that day and to make it worse couldn t call or text to let me know he wasn t gonna be there..so another salesman takes us..we were there for over an hour before he comes to let us know that someone came in and bought the truck we had an appointment to look at..this story could go much further but there s no need people get the point about this place..This is there s a reason they have terrible reviews all over the place..Lasco ford is the reason why people have a bad taste in there mouth about dealership s and car salesman...This place is an absolute embarrassment...there s a reason they don t allow reviews on Facebook...The most disappointing part of the whole deal is the whole time we were there they knew we were upset and instead of doing anything Matt Lasco himself just sat in his office and ignored the situation.Perhaps you spelled my last name wrong when you checked to see if I had been in your dealership before but I m sure you didn t you just wanna sweep situations like this under the rug..I have never been to a scummier dealership in my life and will never set foot on a Lasco dealership again

I had a good sales person all though I told him I needed two keys for a used truck I was in process of buying he tells me $25 extra so I said no problem went to leave with truck and key didn't work so I went back in and salesman calls service and they said oh it needs to be programmed and I had said at the beginning that I need two working keys after everything was said and done I will not buy from lasco ford again as soon as the papers were sighed they were prompt about not helping me any further the only reason I'm rating a 3 was the price for the vehicle

I ordered a part, a 4x4 decal. It arrived on time. The part initially looked to be the wrong color due to the peel off paper over it. It looked black. Was supposed to be gold. I contacted Lasco, they double checked the part number and got back to me right away assuring me it was correct. So I installed it, peeled off the paper, and they were right. Good job guys.

I visited Lasco on three different occasions and could never get a sales person to help me. Third visit I spoke to a manager and he said the salesman was on lunch and would get him . A salesman looked out from a room down a a hallway went back into the room and I finally left after another 15 min. Apparently they met their sales goal for that month. I went across the street and had a fantastic experience with another dealership.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I bought a used Jeep Compass from them. I went there because they were known to help people with less than perfect credit get into vehicles. Well they are not the only dealership that does this. It took 3 DAYS TO GET AN $8000 USED CAR. I had my 7 month old son with me as well and I sat there for 3 days. But the nightmare continues past that. I test drove the vehicle and asked about some idiot lights and a little noise I was noticing. They promised it would be taken care of in the service department. After having the car for HOURS in service I was told that it was fixed. IT WAS NOT! I went back and was then told that the idiot lights could not be fixed. And now after not even having the vehicle for 90 days and haven't even gone 3000 miles the noise I noticed has gotten so much worse. So I take myself back to the service department expecting them to fix it with my warranty. OH NO THEY WANT $140 FOR A BELT AND $550 FOR AN ALTERNATOR! (They also were nice enough to give me a loaner while they take their sweet time to look at it and gave me a car with a headlight out so I have gotten pulled over twice with my little baby in the car) I have only had the Jeep for a little over a month! I WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I asked about the noise before ever purchasing the car. Now they want to charge me for the problem because it is not covered in the warranty. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I cannot even enjoy my car now. I would not even give one star if the review would have let me.

This was the worst service I have ever had. We bought a truck from lasco ford in Fenton about 6 weeks ago and was told the spare key was no where to be found. They told us to come back that Friday (so 4 days later) to get the key because they would have it then. So we went in Friday, they still couldn t find it. Was told to go home and we would receive one in the mail. Never got it. Just got off the phone with the manager and they were going to schedule me to have a new one cut. Well the person who does that will be gone for the next 2 weeks and the key that I need cut is on back order. Also, when we test drove the truck we noticed that the center console latch was missing and another very minor piece under the cup holder. They told us come back Friday and we will get that taken care of. Came back to find out it was going to cost us 500 dollars. I called lasco 4 times and was told I would get a call back within the hour, I never received a call. Now that I finally got to speak to a manager it is too late and I can t renegotiate my contract so I would have to pay for it or come and it speak with the sales rep and see what we can do no thanks. The trucks windshield wipers will not shut off now and I have to pay 100 dollars at lasco to have it diagnosed. Please be patient when buying a vehicle and please take your business elsewhere.

So my parents and I were wanting to buy 2 cars a couple days ago my parents wanted to go to LaFontaine I said let s try Lasco we get there and i see the car I want and fell in love my the sales guy wanted to do my parents deal first so after they get done he starts to tell me we should wait to do mine for 20 days and I was upset but I was like ok but I don t want this car to be gone he was like don t worry it won t be I was texting him every day about the car and yesterday I texted him and was like any news on the car he said me and my managers are talking now but how much can you come with a down payment so I told him he said ok come to find out the car was sold already so if he was talking to the managers don t you think they would have told him the cars been sold?? I m very upset about this matter because from jump I stated I wanted to get the deal done because I didn t want the car sold but I know the facts they didn t want the deal to get done because they were holding it for someone!!

The team that helped me was excellent, from sales to finance. The dealership is extremely busy, for a good reason. They have low prices, good inventory, and a helpful and friendly sales staff. We discussed my need for a new car and what I would be using it for. Kayla Mangini was very helpful and her manager helped put together a great deal on a Focus. When I got back to finance I was in for a surprise as Jake was able to get me a lower rate and bring my payment down. I highly recommend the dealership and be sure to ask Kayla to show you the picture of the Tarpon she caught this year!

I ordered a part for my Transit which showed up 2 days ahead of schedule. UPS had damaged one item so I contacted Lasco; they were very helpful and willing to do what it took to ensure I was satisfied.
I didn't realize one of the parts I ordered requires mounting hardware that Ford doesn't include. Through great communication with Lasco, I offered to repair the minor damage from shipping and Lasco covered the hardware I needed - hard to find such great service these days!!!

Took car in to get an oil change. Called first and asked when the best time to come in so didn't have to wait long. A guy named Miguel I think said not to come in til after 10 am for the shortest wait. When I arrived I was told it would take ONE hour. The person that was there said should have got here right when we opened and would have been in and out. At 10:34 they said it would take an hour. It is now after 12 noon and still isn't done. I think they're trying to set a record for the slowest oil change ever performed. This is ridiculous and will be the last time I come here for an oil change. Next time I will take the car to Jim Hall's or Al Serras in Grand Blanc so I get real service from professionals who care.

I drove almost three hours to get to Lasco Ford. My salesman Scott S did all of the work for me. He found the exact truck I wanted and did everything he could do so I could have it at the payment I wanted. I'm very happy. The sales team made sure I was taken care of. Never once did I feel lost or misinformed. There was a young lady asking if she could get me anything to drink regularly. The show room was great. Extremely clean! While I was sitting there I over heard a salesman working hard to get an older gentleman floor mats for his ford ranger. The gentleman had stopped in and was just asking. The salesman sat with him for over an hour helping him out. It was nice to see they cared. It shows how the management and leadership runs their business. All in all I'd gladly make the three hour drive there again for any vehicle needs.

I have had a complicated few months, my husband was suddenly paralyzed. I was having a hard time finding an affordable vehicle that was handicap modified. I also had four years left on my car. I called Theresa at Lasco in Fenton and explained my situation. She went above and beyond helping me. She found out what cars can be modified, who was the best company to do the modification, and how much it would be for each vehicle. Not only did she help into a new car that could be modified she helped my mother-in-law get a car also. No interest for 72 months! So I am buying a new car with no interest!!! I couldn't be more grateful for all she has done for our family....Thank you Theresa!!

My only qualms was with the service. They acted as if they had a sure bet and were very pushy. They did however try to come close to what I wanted and I even went over a little of my maximum limit for this car. And they were nice.

But a big reason I scored it lower was because I had also requested gap insurance and was told they added it to my loan only to be told today (unfortunately my car was involved in an accident and was declared totaled) that there wasn't any on it. I specifically asked for it.

THANKFULLY, most of the difference I have was due to putting an extended warranty on it and I was able to have it reversed to close that gap significantly...or so the rep told me today.

In general I've had better, but this mistake or over-sight or whatever REALLY could have messed me over. I'm giving a three because of how huge the mistake was but also they are working with me which raises it up a little.

The lasco employee Mark Schotten helped me it was his first time selling due to him just starting and he was great. He brought me coffee, made sure I was comfortable and he gave me the best deal possible. I didn't feel that with other dealers I visited for a car. I will never return to this dealership. To begin at drop off I stood and waited for someone to help me for 10 minutes. I could see multiple people talking in the office behind the glass. They all ignored me. Finally a porter came out and I asked for help. He instructed me to fill out a piece of paper and leave it on my dash. I noted on the paper that I had glass breakage on my rear passenger side, needed to know if my warranty would cover it. I left the paper and I met my husband who was waiting for me. He then went in to explain the glass issue to a person. He also waited for about 10 minutes being ignored by everyone in the bay. He had to flag someone to help him. They told him they would take pictures of the glass and it would be up to Ford, good enough. The oil change went fine. A month later we still hadn t heard from the dealership. My husband had dealt with Steve McGowan, he left a message with Steve Friday morning, never received a return phone call. He called again the following Monday, left another message. Monday afternoon he called and spoke with Tucker, he told him he d look into and let us know. Tucker then called back and said I was out of warranty. My car is 6 months old, with under 9000 miles. We were told the warranty goes by the built date, which was Nov. 2019. Tucker then said we had to a call Ford. So my husband did. We were referred to another dealership, Szott in Holly. They immediately knew the problem and said they have had other cars with same issue and have been able to have the glass covered under warranty. We have an appointment with Szott this Friday. This is my first and probably last Ford. We still have not heard from the service manager at Lasco Ford, horrible customer service.

Garret is the best ask for him and he will take care of you! Perfect dealership especially if you re looking for a great experience. Growing up in car industry, this is not my first lease, but my first experience with Lasco. I have two young kids so I needed to get in out and to the point. That is exactly what Garret did for me without the pony show and finagling. I did all my research even had it narrowed to 2 specific vehicles and vins and he was just as prepared. I found a used honda fit listed for sale here. I emailed the dealership saying I was interested and then later that day called the dealership and asked when I could test-drive that car. The salesperson said I could test-drive the car the next day.

That day it was snowing pretty bad so I called in the morning and confirmed my appointment to test drive the car. I drove an hour in bad conditions to the dealership only to be told that the car had been sold either the night before or that morning, they were never clear on when exactly. They also said that someone had put a deposit down on the car a while ago, which makes no sense if they were still trying to sell it.

Bottom line is that they got me into their dealership by saying they had a car they didn't have and then tried to sell me other cars I didn't want. Huge waste of my time and money. Never deal with these sleazy used car scumbags.

After my purchase I had many people tell me the same type of thing about it so if I could do it over again I would probably not purchase from here but I am happy with my new car.

I bought a used truck from Lasco in Grand Blanc, not the best experience...after 30 days of owning it I had to take it in for service but took my truck to the Lasco in Fenton because I didn't trust the reviews from Grand Blanc, they had my truck for a week and a half, said it was done, a week and a half later on my drive into work my service engine light came on (mind you I haven't even made two payments) and am told they can't get me in for a week!!! I have bought a lemon and they don't want to admit it, I am beyond upset over the communication and lack of solution!!!!

UPDATE: at first I gave this place 2 stars and that was only because of Kris. However, I am currently sitting in the service department waiting on my car. Kris has been amazingly patient dealing with me and my mama bear. He paid for my battery to be replaced as I have only had this car not even 2 weeks and he is putting the back break and turn signal bulbs in for me as well. He has gone above and beyond to make this experience go well even though there s been many bumps in the road. I am still unsure on how I feel about lasco forded a dealership as they programmed my 2nd key and I am back in here because it was not programmed and the fact they didn t inspect the car to begin with. However, if you do come to lasco ford, please go to Kris!!! I ve never had such a kind hardworking salesman before who would go through this much trouble after a sale!! I would 100% recommend him!!

Kris was great to work with, very kind and helpful. It was a big step for me as my family is HUGE GMC people. However, I bought a 2017 Ford Fiesta only had one owner and was from a lease. I took it for a test drive and all was good. None of these issues arose until I had already signed all the papers and was ready to go. After signing all the paper work (we got there at 1pm and left at 8pm) I pulled out of the dealership and my blinker light was already malfunctioning. My entire back light is out. I took my mom for a test spin as I was so excited to show her, there is a rattle on the passenger right side ANNNND on top of that, my car hesitates to start as the battery is dying. We heard not so good things about lasco ford...I didn t even have the car 5 minutes. If you could, I would take your business elsewhere. As of now, I ve had the car not even 3 whole days.

Purchased a vehicle on August 30 the vehicle was used had a few minor things but they agreed to fix them no problem. after taking the vehicle home mu husband discovered the gear shift was suppose to allow you to manually shift the transmission and that didn't work we promptly reported it to our salesman who said No Problem its under warranty. we just don't have any loaner cars right now can I get back with you as soon as we get one? we say of course as long as you know about the issue. A month went by and we still didn't hear from them, we called back and was told they didn't want to give us a loaner car cause these were quick issues that could be fixed within a day a or two. long story short we needed a loaner car and they did eventually provide one. they have had my vehicle for 3 WEEKS working on it. Then their service department calls to give us the "QUOTES" for the repairs... WHAT? also at the time of purchase we were only given one key 2 months later they are just now ordering the key... and want us to make another trip up when that arrives for them to program it. They are so DISORGANIZED.... we had 3 different salesman the day we purchased our car. I guess the original one was two busy trying to HUSTLE the next customer so they kept passing us off. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership as well as my youngest daughter. I'm going to keep telling family/friends. They have a great staff and a nice waiting room even for the little ones.
Just make sure you set aside a day for it... shopping/ test driving and paperwork can be lengthy... so you might want to bring yourself snacks.
Make sure you shop online first to see what you like - write down info/ carfax. You'll make your visit shorter.
Also printed pay stubs at least 4 current... also a MUST TO INCLUDE GAP INSURANCE ! I totaled my car that I had less than 2 yrs and they paid my loan off and received money for a down payment for another vehicle. .
I've worked with the same salesman all 3x's and I'm very pleased with each purchase.Try not to go on a Saturday if you want to avoid the crowd and longer wait. I absolutely LOVE MY CAR!

Purchased a used Car from this dealer, 1 month afterwards we are now sticking 4k in the car. Talked to are sales guy Scott, and he kept giving my wife I the run around. Buyer beware with this place. Dont know how much they actually do for inspections prior to selling, but in my instance wasn't much.

Since having a negative experience at another dealership in Brighton, we found Blake and Paul to be extremely interested in us, willing to work w/ us immediately with credible knowledge and concern for what we wanted & needed. Blake gave us a phone call after my husband searched the internet for a car, and communicated w/ us in a way that was respectful, caring & NOT pushy. He was very professional and down to earth. It was because of him we decided to visit Lasco Ford. ( And the fact we love the Edge )

Worked with Cory Becker to get us out of a bad lease situation. Cory was patient and really worked with us. It was the best experience I ve had leasing/buying a vehicle. I never once felt like I was being sold a vehicle and more like Cory was helping me buy what I needed.

Terrible experience. This was a 5 star review 3 years ago. If I could change it to 0 stars now, I would. Sales and service both have zero follow up skills and provide minimal customer service.
