The worst experience I have ever had with any company . I would not take my vehicle here if I were you. They dont communicate with customers or listen to a word you say. My vehicle sat in the lot for over a day and a half and nobody even touched it . I decided to terminate the work order and pick my vehicle up. They are very unprofessional and inadequate at their jobs . They couldn't even put the right name on the work order after being corrected 20 times. Save yourself the hassle and frustration ....take your vehicle somewhere else !!!!!! They dont even deserve the one star rating

Lasco Ford Service Department needs to change its name to Lasco Fords Scam Department. The electrical system on my F150 went haywire and after three weeks of having my truck in their service department, they said a windshield replacement from Safelite was installed incorrectly and water leaked in and deteriorated my BMC box. Because I had driven over 30K miles I had to pay for the repair ($1100) Needless to say, I was not there when they "said" it was defective but in the events to follow, I am certain it was a scam. They insisted the only way they would repair the truck was if I allowed their preferred company to re-install the windshield. ($280) then they would replace the damaged part. Amazingly they found mold under the carpet and they refused to return my truck to me without letting them mediate the mold and replace the entire carpet ($1600). I refused the mold/carpet repair and they literally refused to give me my truck! They insisted that it was against the law to release the truck to me because of mold. (again, I have not seen this). A lot of anger arises and it got ugly until they gave me my truck. What's funny, I run my truck through a car wash every week, and vacuum it every week. (unlimited deal at Fast Eddies). NEVER did I find the carpet wet when I vacuumed. When I get my truck home I lifted the floor mat and water literally was dripping off my fingers. If they had the truck for 4 weeks how could there possible be a galloon or more of water sitting on the carpet? Its not possible. Never the less, the BMC part they installed is defective and the truck is doing the same thing it did prior to their repair. NOW they insist, they will check the part but I have to pay a diagnostic fee. Plus they INSIST they are certain that it is something else because BMC's apparently never go bad so I need to be prepared to pay to repair the other problems they are certain that they are going to find!!!!!!!!!! Talk about a joke. I think these guys take classes on how to manipulate and scam people to up-charge them. Its my 7th F150. I stand by the truck but would drive 100's of miles to stay away from this dealership. Buyer be ware..........

Go to Flo for a great sales experience. Don't come here for service. Our is tempting with the free loaner cars, but they have no idea what they are doing (porter stalled my vehicle), they take longer than other Ford service locations, and they can't fix basic problems like my brake squeal, which my 1 year old, 22k mi vehicle has been having since 7k mi and 4 service appointments ago, and this is within the "bumper to bumper" warranty.

Long story short, Dan Cheney is the man. The deals and selection at Lasco, got me to travel 50 miles to find the car I wanted. Dan's salesmanship and willingness to do whatever it took to closed the deal. While my son was in the hospital, Dan's exact words were "take care of your family, i'll take care of everything else"....and less than 1 week later I had the exact car I wanted delivered to my garage. Superior service and willingness to go beyond expectations. Thanks Dan!!

The easiest auto purchase I ever made.

Had a wonderful time and purchased a great Ford pick-up with the folks at Lasco Ford in Fenton. Everone at Lasco Ford was great and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Eric Parks did a wonderful job as our sales representitive. He went above and beyond to make this the best experiences we have ever had while purchasing our new truck. He even sent us a video of a walk around tour of the truck we were interested in even before we went to see it. We were able to go in and purchase our Certified Pre-Owned Ford truck and drive it home the same day. We will glady consider Lasco Ford again for our next purchase.

I just purchased a 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty here. My credit was less than good and they gave me a very generous trade in value on my old truck. I would like to point out that Thomas Thompson was great throughout this entire process. He ensured that the truck was in perfect working order and even went back to get the system put back into english (it was in french). Bottom line, if you go here to get a vehicle ask for Tom T. He will take care of you.

Would rate this place no stars if I could changed my mind I bought a car there in February everything seemed okay they did an oil change on it the first time I took it in the second time took it to a different place for the third oil change and found out that Lasco had stripped out the threads in my oil pan when I called them and don't with the service manager and the assistant manager for the dealership they both had every excuse in the book of how they couldn't have done it... Do not deal with Lasco Ford in Fenton they will not hold up to their own responsibilities for what they do

Sold us a car as certified pre owned with a broken headlight housing it was dark out at the time of purchase. They will not replace the housing. Additionally they do not sell the Ford extended warranty but an aftermarket companies extended warranty but they don't say that it is not a Ford extended warranty. The sales person was very nice but we were very dissatisfied with the service overall at this dealership. The service department was extremely rude and hung up on both of us as well. We had not even owned our car 3 days at that point. Also the service manager still has not returned any of my phone calls. I have purchased several Ford vehicles and have never had any issues like this. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, we will go back to the dealership we have been dealing with for years even though it is no longer local to us.

Make, model color, options - you name it, she found it and she even made sure that anything we were concerned about was handled to perfection. I m not someone who really takes the time to write reviews especially negative ones so for those reading this please understand, my experience had to be either extremely good or bad for me to take time to write about it.

With that being said, and with the obvious 1star review, my experience here was unbelievably awful. It started out well as I was working with two good salesman who were seemingly doing their best for their customer. They were friendly, down to earth, and enjoyable to work with. I saw the vehicles listing on CarGurus and drove two hours to see it. Once there I learned the following:

They ride with you on test drives
You cannot take it to your mechanic
Both are sketchy practices if you ask me but despite my hesitation, I went with it anyway.
Bad move on my part.

I paid $50.00 to have it inspected at one of their mechanics. I told them upfront when I spoke with them. I wanted to know if their asking price was negotiable. I was told that management works the numbers but they work with their customers. I was encouraged to come in and that we could confidently work something out. Second, I told them that if the inspection went well, I was buying the truck. No if, and, or buts. I was ready to buy the vehicle.

After sticking around until mid afternoon to get the vehicle inspected, we paid the $50.00, things went well and we were headed back to the dealership to make a deal. This is where everything went sideways. As the salesman left to talk his manager about numbers, another salesman comes over, snatches the keys of the truck I am now trying to buy off of the desk in front of me and hands them to another salesman who then takes a customer out to test drive the truck. I was confused and angry. What in the world kind of business is that? I literally visited two other dealerships the week prior where I was the one trying to test drive a truck that already had pending sales and was refused for ethical purposes. So why not here? Why not now?

My thoughts were I am sitting here in the office trying to buy this truck. We are in the process of negotiation. Bank approval already set which they know, I just invested $50.00 for that inspection and yet, this guy takes the keys, hands them over to someone else and they drive off ?

That set the mood for me to not want to do business anymore. After a short while the manager and my salesman come back out and the tone and expression on Alex s face was basically we aren t negotiating because someone else is here to buy the truck whether you do or not. They didn t move an inch.

They didn t consider my time invested to purchase the vehicle. They didn t consider the money I invested, they didn t consider the fact that I was a ready customer and was well to work with. And our negotiation was a couple hundred bucks, not thousands. I wanted them to come down slightly. They told me it was nothing personal just business. So with that mindset, this review is nothing personal just business. I am confronting their terrible business practices. Don t buy from here. Go to a dealership that wants to work with their customers more than make a percentage on their already marked up vehicles. Go to a dealership that won t snatch the keys of the vehicle your trying to buy and hand them to someone else in front of you. Go to a dealership where management considers their customers as loyal partners that come back to do business over and over again and if it means earning your business by negotiating a couple hundred bucks, they do it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have never seen anything like it. On a positive note, the salesmen who worked with me were as shocked and disappointed as I was. I would have agreed to pay their asking price because I told them from the beginning I wanted a truck. But when they did that to me, I just couldn t see myself buying a vehicle from them anymore. Word to all those shopping for cars, go somewhere else.

Customer service at Lasco Ford Fenton is beyond terrible. They will literally make you want to force feed yourself your own underwear until you choke and die. After death, you will awaken in purgatory where you will still be trying to get good customer service, because your like," I gave your guys so much money, why should I expect less?" but you keep getting transferred over and over again until you then, once again, get so frustrated you tear your underwear off your body at such a high speed it tears your under region causing rectal bleeding, then cram the underpants down your own throat, die again but only to awaken back at the service department waiting room in hell where you wait for 7 hours to get an oil change and they keep telling you it will be only a few more minutes so you keep waiting and then your phone dies and now you have nothing to do because their tv channel is stuck on c-span so you shove your phone into your frontal lobe, and yes you die again but satan says your not getting off that easy so he sends you back to earth and puts you at the end of the line of callers trying to get a simple answer and then you think to yourself, I know Ive done bad things in life, but I, a human being, born with such random chance, in a world where crushing a fly can alter the future of humanity, I do not deserve to waste my precious time with this.

She confirmed the part and the contents of the box (job required a special tool, which she confirmed was included). Shipping was fast and actually, arrived early!!!

I drove 65 miles to get to Lasco Ford in Fenton but it was "Worth the Trip." I had been shopping for an Explorer 2012 through 2014 with four wheel drive and a trailer tow package for about three weeks on Ford Direct which lead me to the Lasco Ford website. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a great price and a real shopping experience. I don't think there was a single person I saw at the dealership who didn't have a smile and a kind word to say to me. I had spoken to Janice Oginsky on my original call and she was truly dedicated to "Customer Service" without high pressure techniques and truly interested in helping me get the deal I was after. When a deal is approved they announce it over the PA and the salesperson and the customer go over and ring the bell in the sales office. I heard the bell ring 5 times while I was there and I can understand why it will be ringing many more times. It was truly "Worth the Trip" to Lasco Ford in Fenton.

The customer service was great besides a few little things. I went to my bank to see if the direct deposit was set up it was not. Then it gets better. I bought a used 2008 truck wit 99k on it. It was in good condition. After i received it and took it home I noticed that it wasn't waxed but the inside was detailed nicely. I received new tires on it since the old ones were super old. When the new tires were put on I noticed the steering wheel was a little hard to turn. Thought the new tires needed a few weeks to break in. It turned out that the steering shaft was bad $480 dollars. Watch out for lasco ford they will make a quick sale with the vehicle not 100%. If you feel something is wrong tell them immediately dont wait.

Still have not heard back from them it's been 2 weeks. Just a bunch of bs.

Warranty recall done 100% it was a 2 day repair needing an appointment. At the time of appointment I asked for a car to drive, "no problem" was the answer we'll have one for you. After I (early) dropped of my car I called back for the rental. "Sorry we are out of vehicles, you had to make an appointment for one"....warranty work was done perfectly and on time, I was a little miffed about the loaner car.

We now have a significantly lower monthly payment and a unique Pure Michigan edition that draws attention. Thank you Stevie for the great job of fitting the customer to the vehicle. I worked with Kyle Brown and coming in a did not have great credit at all. Kyle was very professional and did literally everything he could to get me into a reliable vehicle. He worked hard for around 7 straight hours to get me into my 2017 Ford Fusion. Best of all everything was in my budget and even with my bad credit I still had a say in what I wanted to drive off that lot. Can not recommend them enough! Go to Kyle he will take care of you!

If you have had an unpleasant experience here before, try it again. We were going to go to another Ford dealership but our son had just bought a new vehicle at Lasco and had a great experience, so we decided to try it again. It was great! Our salesman Garrett treated us just like he would want to be treated when buying a new car. He is knowledgeable, honest, and paperwork savvy. There was no pressure. The business manager Mike and financial person Nick, were also great to work with. It was the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car! We will continue to deal with Lasco from now on.

Going through the process of acquiring a vehicle is let s face it, a drag. Not at here. We rolled in there in a 12 year old Prius looking to replace it with an SUV. They didn t play around and they valued our time and our money which is rare. We were never treated like a sale or even as customers but as valued clients which is equally as rare. Scott Skalaski was your sales associate and he was outstanding to work with. He actually made the whole process quite enjoyable while getting us the vehicle we wanted at a great price. I d come back here from out of state if necessary to purchase or lease another Ford. We have purchased new vehicles from Tesla in Chicago and Porsche in Ann Arbor the last year. While they were both great dealerships to work with the experience we had at Lasco was straight up A-MAZING in comparison.

I leased a vehicle from Lasco Ford last July. I won't ever go back.
I was in the showroom for over 6 hours waiting for paper work.At one point I said to my salesman, Chris Medel, that I needed to leave. He told me I couldn't because they had already taken ownership of my trade. I new it was BS, but I waited anyway. I am still kicking myself for that because I don't think i got a good deal at all.
The dealership was having a special where you got a $25 gift card from Home Depot if you test drove a vehicle and a gas grill if you bought. As of today, I have received neither. I have emailed my sales man a few times in the months since my purchase and get lip service. Then Chris had the audacity to send me a Christmas card asking for referral business, as well as making a comment referencing that he still owes me the grill. I don't need a gas grill, but it is the point that they didn't follow through.
Poor service and poor representation would lead me to believe Lasco Ford of Fenton doesn't care about their reputation.

DAN CHENEY is incredible!! I was in a tough situation on my previous lease where I was 9 months out and 5000 miles over on my contracted allowed miles. I wanted to maintain my payment without compromising the luxury equipment I was used too. Dan listened to what I was trying to accomplish and got creative and found a solution!!! He did all this during a time where he was extremely busy taking care of other customers.
