I have gotten 2 vehicles from here, and have had a pleasant experience both times. The first time was when my grandparents leased my first car, and the second time was just last Saturday, when I bought my own first vehicle. I got a 2011 Chevy Silverado from here, and worked with Richard Alaniz as my salesman. He was super helpful and nice, and I will definitely be continuing to drive from East Lansing to Fenton, just to work with the people at Lasco Ford with vehicle help. I highly recommend going here and working with Richard.

Great product and very easy to install. My husband installed the steps at home in less than 1 hour. He said they were very easy to put on the Escape and the fit was perfect. He also said that Austin in your parts department was very helpful in answering all the questions about the product before we made the purchase. Thank you all very much.

Had a splash plate fitted by them less then a year ago. It recently came loose, so I took the car in to get it fixed expecting it to be done for free as it was them who fitted it in the first place. Ended up having to pay for parts, not that expensive, but still annoyed about having had to pay anything at all as I expected it to be a courtesy repair. Small things like that make a bad impression, especially since the experience of buying the car from them wasn't the best either, but that's a different story ...

I am solely giving the 4 stars alone to Natalie in the service department. She was awesome and kept in great contact with me for the week my car was being repaired. She provided me a quote and stuck to it. Very professional and great attitude! As for the service department, not as impressed. They conducted the diagnostic and provided the initial quote, stated this would correct it but would find out through the week that I need more repairs. Upon being told it was fixed, I proceeded to pick up the car, car wouldn't start and in turn needed one more repair while I waited. Outside of this, my car seats, dash and doors were filthy from the service techs grease and dirt during the repairs.

We stopped in to test drive a F150 with Ecoboost last Thursday. We had been doing alot of research online about the engine and really wanted to give it a shot (we've been used to driving a v10). Andy Klepoch met us in the lot right away and started answering any questions that we had about the truck. We took the test drive and decided that we really didn't like it. We were going to leave and look at a different truck that we had seen at another dealership when Andy told us about a v8 that we might be interested in. Drove it, loved it, put a deposit down to come back on Saturday. When we got to the dealership on Saturday morning, it was extremely busy and Andy was working with another couple. He made sure to get our trade ins back right away for appraisal to speed up the process. Even though we were there for a long time, Andy made sure to keep us updated on what was happening with our transaction. He even went so far as to buy my kids a bag of Cheezits because they were getting hungry and cranky. Shouen in the finance department was great, too, making the paperwork part easy and painless. All in all, we got an amazing deal on a truck that we loved and couldn't be happier. I highly suggest Andy Klepoch at Lasco Ford for your needs.

I bought a brand new Ford Focus on Sept. 24th and Cory Becker helped me get the car I wanted. I had called because of the deal they had going on for 5,000 off of a new car if you paid cash or with approved financing. Upon my call, within minutes he had found the car I wanted, we talked about pricing, and set up a meeting for the next morning. He was very laid back and not pushy at all, he didn't try to up-sell me or make me feel cornered like a lot of salespeople do at dealerships. No wonder this dealership has really good reviews, it's much better than the others I've been to. The only part I didn't enjoy was dealing with Nick who does financing, finalized signing, and offering warranties. He was nice but extremely pushy about the warranty. I was running late and had no time to even discuss it and knew beforehand I did not need an extra extended warranty for him to make more money off of me. The extended warranty being offered wasn't even through Ford and wouldn't offer the same quality of service as official Ford Motor Company Warranty. He seemed mad when I said "No thank you, this is all good. I just want the basic one that the car already comes with". Which is the 3 year Bumper to Bumper and 5 year Powertrain and Roadside Assistance (which is more than enough for a brand new vehicle). This was an excellent and easy process for me and I am more than happy to have purchased my vehicle from Cory Becker at Lasco Ford.

I had the best experience ever ! I was looking at cars online and came across a great deal on a 2016 Ford Focus on "TrueCar " I put my email address in and was immediately contacted by a rep at Lasco Ford in Fenton. When I got to the dealership they put me in Emily's hands. She completely honored the deal I negotiated online and also helped me find another $500 additional! We took the car for a ride and loved it. Emily brought the car straight to my house the next day ( 30 miles away ), signed the papers, and Done !! See Emily at Lasco Ford ! She will hook you up !

I went in to get an alignment the guy said it was going to be $120 for the alignment. There were a few other issues that I asked them to check out. They called me back a day later and told me everything that they thought was wrong and said before they could do the alignment they had to fix some other things.
I told them not to do any work and they hit me with a $109 diagnostic fee.
I didn't have a problem with paying for the fee, however when they lie to your face saying they explained the cost to you and they don't. That is what I have an issue with. All I know is I will never give them my business again.

DO NOT deal with lasco ford. Their service is horrendous. It took them two days to diagnose my vechicle. Once they FINALLY got around to diagnosing it, they tried charging me an obscure amount, so I politely declined their estimate and would return their loaner vechicle. Everyday after your estimate is released, there is a $30 dollar a day fee for having the car late. I was out of town visiting a relative in the hospital for two days, whenever they diagnosed the vechicle, so I had no problem paying the late fees. Once they found out I wasn't going to be paying them $2800 dollars for repairs, all respect went out the door. I had to leave the hospital because I was told if the car wasn't returned by the end of the day, it would be reported stolen. Take your business elsewhere.

Chris Madel did a great job and bent over backwards with my requests. While it seems like the ownership there is pretty hard nosed when it comes to simple requests like bringing in a used car to a third party mechanic for an inspection, Chris tried his best to be my advocate and figured things out for me. He also had a great attitude with staying late (past when they closed) to ensure everything was in order. I d recommend Chris.

From driving to the airport in Detroit at 6am to pick me up from my flight, to making sure that the car was detailed exactly as I wished, Dakota was unbelievable to work with. Horrible customer service. I tried to get a trade in appraisal on my Ford Ranger. The rep failed to say there was an event going on the day we had scheduled, and when I showed up he couldn't give me the time of day. I waited around for 45 min and was then handed off to someone else. After another 45 min and a test drive, I had to beg to get my vehicle back as I needed to be somewhere. I didn't get a value, as the manager had to approve each offer. They said they would call.

No one ever called. After two weeks I called and emailed repeatedly to both reps I spoke with and no one would reply, even after expressing great interest in a Ford Focus Titanium. I have since sold the truck on my own and will be buying elsewhere.

It's like walking into a tornado. If you like chaos then maybe this is the place, but I like to be treated like a person not a number and I like privacy (which is IMPOSSIBLE there). I drove a certified pre-owned Ford and it was a horrible mess! Then I tried to drive a new car and had to wait 30 minutes just to get the keys for it.
I decided to wait, then received notices in the mail that I was approved for a car loan. THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Don't give them your info, they lie!

We came into your facility in Fenton and purchased our first car from an actual dealer. We traveled to Fenton in hopes that better results were warranted. We spent and upwards of 7500 dollars on a used vehicle in July and literally 3 months later I'm being told it needs a whole new ENGINE. I paid cash and have now lost everything. Is this what you do to your customers !! The seller text my wife happy birthday (10/16) and we told him what happened. He says I'm sorry to hear that! 7500 cash gone in 3 months. This is horrendous.

To start off, I've never had this kind of experience in all of my years when getting work done on a vehicle. We brought in my husbands F150 in to get some recalls done and the oil changed. I came there Friday in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle and as I walked into the service building I was politely greeted by a gentleman by the name of Alan who was working on a vehicle in the lane. He asked how he could help me and I explained that my husbands truck was finished and I was here to pick it up. He directed me to the cashier and when he seen there wasn't anybody there, he immediately jumped behind the counter and got my paperwork and took payment. I asked about how the whole sanitizing works with the COVID problem we are facing right now and he explained everything the dealership does to sanitize the vehicles that are getting worked on here. Which I was very pleased to hear as my husband has autoimmune disease which we were very worried when bringing in the vehicle in the first place and is why I was picking it up instead of him. He offered to re-sanitize the vehicle without hesitation when I told him about it. He went and got the vehicle and to make things even better he washed it! Most places I get my vehicle back and it is dirtier than when I brought it in. He parked outside and sanitized everything that someone might have touched when working on it. I felt very bad for him as it was probably close to 100 degrees but throughout all my nagging and questions he was very polite and helpful. This one employee has earned my families future business from now on. He treated us like family instead of just another customer. I look forward to coming back and seeing this young gentlemen as he is a great employee. If anyone of his superiors sees this please thank him again for me. Too anyone looking for great service and to be treated right visit Lasco Ford and you'll be amazed by the experience they deliver.

Start by saying that I didn t buy a car from here because of the sales person that contacted me when I expressed interest on the site. Told them I didn t want to trade my car but kept trying to push me into getting it appraised. Also the car that I expressed interest in he wouldn t give me any type of anything that he could work with me on it. Mind you that this place is 3 hours away from me so I wasn t going to waste an entire day for nothing because I didn t even know if I would be able to walk out with something because of the lack of information. Not to mention the multiple calls and texts every day while I was at work. Prices seem average.

My overall experience was GREAT. the fact that I am a college student with no credit, I had no idea that I would be able to own a 2011 ford fiesta. As soon as I got there Ray G. greeted me at the door. He help me out sooo much. asked I I was looking for anything specific, we filled out an application and he found a bank that was wiling to work with ME. we got out to the lot and found my perfect car, something small and good on gas. Chris B in finance then was very entertaining and nice will handling all the paperwork and Miguel as great on letting me know when to come back for my free oil change. the first time getting a car was memorable.

I bought a used 2012 GMC Sierra three weeks ago from Lasco and it will be the last time I buy anything from them again. They do not fully inspect their vehicles before they leave the lot. I was warned by a previous employee not to go there but I did anyway. I have a problem with the u joint and the rear differential fluid is bad according to one of their mechanics. They told me they would contact me about fixing the problem and they never did. I have called them a couple of times and haven't heard back. I will not give them my business nor will I refer anyone to them. Horrible experience at Lasco. A little update.... If Lasco would have done their homework they would have realized that the work that needs to be done is covered under powertrain but instead they wanted me to make a claim which would have cost me a $200 deductible. Bowman Chevrolet is gonna do the work for me and they are the ones who informed me about the powertrain coverage. Thanks for the call back again Lasco lol. You guys will never get my business or anyone I know.

I just purchased a car through Lasco Ford, and it was the best experience. Dakota Page was SO helpful and was kind and respectful the entire time. I had already tried to buy a truck at three other dealers with total disappointment. When calling to inquire at other dealerships, I had been met with rudeness and condescending tones throughout the conversations that took place. Dakota was the total opposite!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car! Well worth the two hour drive for such great service, and a wonderful truck! Lasco Ford and Dakota delivered in all aspects of this buy. Kinda disappointed in the dealership I ve been looking around for a 6.7 powerstroke they had a nice looking one on the used car lot I went to look at it and maybe buy it if everything looked good. Well from the start I noticed the hood was open thought maybe someone didn t close it hard enough but nope it would not close at all. I messed with the hinge a little and it was really hard to move a little WD and it would of been good then I wanted to start it and take it for a test drive I hopped in to start it and nothing it would not start. Upon further inspection I noticed the brakes were shot. The only good thing and the reason for 2 stars was the sale man who came out I forgot his name he was vary honest he straight up told me he was embarrassed and that he didn t know much about it and apologized over and over again. He also said that they don t inspect there used cars so if your getting a used car from them take it somewhere to get it looked at if you don t have the knowledge to do it your self.

Bought a low mileage Grand Marquis from here a few years ago. Took it in about 2 weeks later because the air ride compressor kept coming on. (I didn't know much about the suspension at the time). They claimed it was completely normal for air to leave the system and get pumped back in by the compressor (yeah...but not every time I start the car.) I went on with my life thinking I just haven't dealt with an air ride system before. 2 air compressors later and I need to do an incrediblely costly repair and also fix my front end from what this constant unbalanced suspension has done to the car. My thoughts are they knew what was wrong with this car and concealed it at every turn to get it off their lot without making the repair. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

He and the finance team went above and beyond to get us into the right vehicle and payment amounts that we wanted to be at. When we had to bring the truck back in for service, Richard arranged the service appt and loaner for us, where we got great treatment from Steve Devine and the staff in service. As a former employee at other car dealerships, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences working with the staff at Lasco Ford and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Bought a "Certified" used car from Lasco recently and it came with tons of frustration. The dealerships's size may seem professional, but it is really just for show. I really believe they just slapped the word certified in their advertisment so people are fooled by it, when it comes to Lasco, it means nothing. The 1 year service/12000 mile warranty from them are also completely useless!

I was told the car I was buying was professionally inspected and maintained by extremely qualified vehicle techs with all sorts of certifications. Additionally was told the vehicle would undergo multiple services after purchase. Through the whole purchase experience I made the big mistake of forgetting to look under the hood before I left. When I got home and looked under the hood, the whole compartment was dirty, the windshield wiper fluid was almost empty, the antifreeze was almost empty. I was extremely concerned as if they could not take care of the basics, who knows what other issues there were. I had to spend extra money to take my "certified" car to my local mechanic "2" days after, which topped off my fluid, told me the air filters needed to be replaced, the tire pressure was off, and overall this car wasnt very well maintained! All of this for a professionally certified and serviced vehicle!!!!!

On top of the issue with the car itself, they didnt even own the title for said vehicle that they were selling! They had to pay it off in Texas with the money I paid them to have it released after two weeks! It is such a bad practice to sell a vehicle they dont own.

Also they advertise to come back every 6 months for 2 oil changes, but they only put the basic engine oil in there that last 3000 miles....

It was such an easy process that i bought a car from her 6 months later. She really does work for you, and service at Lasco is hands down the best around.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Ben Wiley made the trip easy for us. We went in looking for a van that fits our family needs. We were not looking for anything with all the extras just a van. We ended up leaving with more then we could ask for in a van. They where able to approve us for the van right away. We where able to test drive the van first and find out if we liked it first.There was no pressure in doing paper work first. Which had been our experience at other dealerships. They always want to do the paper work first. It didn't matter if we found something we wanted or not. Here we took it for a test drive, looked it over, then did the paper work. Any time I call with questions, they get answered right away. I will be going back to this dealership in the future.
