Dale Williams is an amazing guy. He worked with me and my wife and did not pressure us and it was great service. He allow us to take our time and to decide what we wanted with no pressure. The staff was great to us and made us feel comfortable. Also, the sales rep Dale made us feel no pressure, because he understood he did not us walking out of the dealership disappointed with the decision we made. Finally, I recommend this establishment, great service and people and they're willing to work with you.
Samantha Gutierrez was hands down one of the best car sales representative I ve ever worked with. She was very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions with ease, and made car shopping far more enjoyable than it had been in the past.
After moving to Michigan my husband and I bought a truck from Lasco Ford. Since then we have had numerous issues arise with the truck and I have attempted to reach out to various people in the sales as well as service departments. I have been told many times these last few weeks that my calls would be handled...but I have yet to hear OR reach any resolutions. I would not encourage purchasing unless you want a headache (and no support) immediately after leaving the lot.

Everyone from the salesman, the finance people and the Data Instructors training us on our new gadgets were tops. The atmosphere is bright, interested and helpful, we enjoyed the whole experience. Looking for a reliable used car, first salesperson was nice. It was the average car salesperson pushiness of "let me know when you're ready to purchase" but they were understandable and relatable, what made this rating so low was as I was leaving his manager came out with the SAME pushiness but not personable. I just wanted to look at the cars, they got me into one, but drove me off(figuratively). Disappointed the lasco name
I wish I could rate this place no stars because they did my friend so wrong. Blamed HIM for mistakes and when he wanted a refund, LIED to him and didn t send it to his bank. Go anywhere else in the world to buy a car, not this complete hack of an establishment.

Over the years, I think Lasco Ford has made excellent improvements in the sales department in terms of customer experience and satisfaction. They push hard to get a sale, but also have some pretty amazing deals. However, the service department is a complete joke. I bought a certified used vehicle and noticed a couple minor issues during the road test. Most notably the tires needed to be balanced and I was told it had been done. It still vibrated so I took it somewhere else for inspection and found out the belts were broken in both rear tires. Once I was able to point out to the service department exactly what the problem was they confirmed it and replaced all the tires for free. I also asked them to enable the daytime running lights, which they said were working and they still do not. I then took my car back for the first oil change and asked them to schedule a date to check out the brakes and look at the DRL again. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I gave them every opportunity to earn my business and trust, and three times they failed. I will not be going back for service. If they have a used car you can't find anywhere else, then buy it here. But I wouldn't look to them for anything else.
My experience at Lasco ford would have not been the same if it wasn t for Samantha. She made this the best experience I ve ever had looking for a car! From picking the car to negotiating price, she helped me through the whole process. Thank you Samanta for helping me make a vehicle decision, I will be buying from her.
Austin was very helpful with guiding me to the correct parts i needed for my car. Its not just a part anymore, its a specific part for the car you have. Vin numbers are more important than i would have ever imagined. Austin was patient enough to deal with me and although you do not know me, I am not a patient person.

Had a bad experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Tire pressure light was on for initial test drive, not addressed, still in when purchased, tire was assured up but continued to lose air. 3 days later check engine light came on, 2 weeks to get in and then engine was acting up. Sensor issue was initial code but engine had coolant mixed in oil and engine had to be replaced. Ford covered the repair but it took 2 months for them to do it, fortunately I qualified for a loaner car. 2 months later I pick up car and the engine light is still on, they never replaced sensor after replacing engine. Another day and sensor was replaced. Prior to picking up they had not even checked tire, found nail in sidewall and they wanted to charge me for the tire. Several days of fighting to get tire covered. Not a good experience and I won't be going back, even for free oil changes.
Dale Williams is a very honest and trustworthy salesman, you will feel at ease working with him.
Excellent service, super friendly staff, andfair prices. What every dealership should strive to be like.

I hope you are very happy that you have massively screwed me over by selling me a car that you knew had MANY expensive issues. This is going to be a long paragraph, so I apologize in advance *sorry*
I purchased a car from Lasco Ford on January 11, 2017. On January 25 the car starting having a major issue with the radio / steering wheel changing the radio. I called Lasco Ford right away to ask if they could fix the issue for me. They stated No and that they will not be covering any of the cost of the repair because I did not get the extended warranty. I do understand that an extended warranty MAY have covered an issue like this and I would have been ok with paying for even half of the repair. My issue is that I have only had the car for two weeks and they would not cover ANYTHING. Seriously? After two weeks? I have not even put 200 miles on the car yet. If the car had come into the dealership with this issue, it would have been taken care of before selling the car. It makes me wonder now if the car did come into the dealership with this issue and they put a band aid over it. Also, if the car had this issue and I had noticed it before purchasing the vehicle, they would have repaired it for free so that I would purchase the car. The manager Pat stated he will not help me out in any way. I also made Pat aware that Lasco did not fill up my gas tank as promised and there were two pieces missing from the car when I purchased it. This was not even a huge deal to me. I do have a major issue with a company that will not stand behind the vehicles that they are selling.
I ended up having to take my vehicle to Huntington Ford in Rochester Hills MI on February 1, 2017. My total cost for fixing the radio was $841.26. This is a cost that would have been minimal to Lasco, but they decided that my current business and future business was not worth it. It would not even have cost Lasco Ford this much since they would pay a minimal amount for labor. Lasco got their money out of me up front so the second I left the dealership, I meant nothing to them. What a terrible way to run a business. I never go on websites and complain, but for the first time I am because this is that ridiculous.
A little piece of advice, if you re going to purchase a vehicle from Lasco Ford (JUST DON T AT ALL) make sure you re prepared to pay out of pocket for any issue you may has as soon as you leave the parking lot.
Also, if you re looking to purchase a Ford vehicle, I recommend Huntington Ford of Rochester Hills. They fixed my car and were very professional. They even covered the cost of a rental vehicle from Enterprise so I would have something to drive.

Bought a used truck with no warranty for 14,000 and paid it off on the spot. As a disabled veteran on social security it took us a long time with a lot of struggle to get the money to buy the vehicle we wanted. We offered less than the asking price because it was high with no warranty. They refused both cash offers and instead wanted 1,300 over asking price with sales tax.
They gave it to me without an oil change, I had 100 miles left before I had to change it, not only that but the truck stalls since the day I got it. Changed out the cam shaft positioning sensors, but it turns out it had bad cam phasers. Not a cheap quick easy fix.
As someone who lost my house to a flood just two years ago and everything we had with two kids, the last thing we were looking for was a 14,000 fixer upper. Their service sucked and I wouldn t recommend a single person to them.
Not horrible, not great. Lots and lots of waiting. Took longer for me to close on a used car than it did to close on my house! But they did work with me and were friendly.
We have purchased 4 other cars from Lasco, this time I was just looking at a truck that I had seen on the web site. I was met out in the lot by Scott Skalski, we began to talk, told him I was not expecting to really make a purchase, but we went inside began chatting, he is very personable ,knowledgeable and no pressure. I laid out my perimeters on what I could afford, after several times with the finance people we could not come to my terms. I thanked Scott for his time, but Scott never gave up on the deal, A few weeks later he contacted me and said they would like to try again, however again it was just short of what I could do. Again Scott did not give up, he made a suggestion so we tried that and the finance team came through. They were able to get the payment I desired so when we were closing the deal the rate got even better.
Scott walked us through the sale from start to finish, in our book he is top notch and look forward to working with him and the Lasco team in the future. Shoutout to Ashley Keiser also!!!!

I came in there twice and both times was not happy! First time my trade in went from one price then they quickly elevated the trade in price by $5k. And after they stated one price for the overpriced new car i like, That price then went back to full price. They did not stand by their word! Second time...salesman kept calling me to get me back in. So I wanted info on a lease. We made an appointment. Went to the appointment and the salesman was not there. Went home early but did not contact me. Got stuck with another that was just thinking of his paycheck. Started to ask me personal questions. I was just there for info not to purchase. When he asked for my social security number, I got up and left. He followed me all the way to my vehicle and stood in my way of leaving. I did hit him with my truck! His fault. Lesson learned. Don't go to Lasco for anything! They had 2 chances for my business and both times I left pissed off! Steer clear!

We bought a used Blazer from Lasco Ford. 4 months later we had to put in a new engine! I called and talked to the dealer to plead with him to help in anyway, use buying a different car, ANYTHING! All he said is that if it was 3 months instead of 4...he could have helped me! A new engine was almost as much as the Blazer! He said he would see what he could do and call me back and I never herd from him again. They wanted to sell us a warranty for around $2000 or so but wanted it in 2 payments! They screwed us so bad! We haven t even had the Blazer for 2 yrs now. We have had to get new break pads & 4 new rowers (within the 1st 4 months!), a new engine, heater core, alternator, and now the trans is slipping! During this whole time the cheep security system goes off thinking I m stealing it and I m stranded with my 3 yr old because it wont start!
I wish I would have read reviews about Lasco Ford before we went there!!

Just leased a 2016 Ford Focus from Lasco Ford in Fenton. The salesman Stephen Smith was awesome and made sure that I was taken care of and that I got the best deal!
I would sooner use horse and buggy than to ever, ever purchase a car from Lasco Ford in Fenton. In shopping for a 2014 or 2015 Ford Fiesta, we found an ad online where we could purchase one (we didn't want to lease, so this purchase price seemed fair and comfortable) for $169 a month, 0% financing for 72 mos. Upon visiting the dealership and speaking with John there, he proceeded to take personal information, running credit check, having us take a test drive and more, totaling an hour and a half in time. John kept mysteriously disappearing from one office to another, in the pretense of needing to speak with a person in this department, or a person in that department, meanwhile leaving us wondering how the hell much longer was this process going to take. FINALLY after close to 2 hours, John came out and "explained" why our payment was now going to be $212, even though our credit was impeccable and we had several thousand dollars to put down on this $14,000 car. All of a sudden this car was no longer $14,000, but would be $16,000 and the incentives he had promised us weren't available on this particular car, even though they were clearly advertised in the ad online. Oh and by the way, the 0% financing was now 1.9% and only for 60 months, IF we put MORE down than originally planned. We went around and around and around about why this was not acceptable to us. The sales manager and John kept "working their numbers" to see if they could get our payment down lower, and each and every time we felt more and more lied to, and they looked more and more unprofessional. We walked out more than a little disgusted. The next day John called, apologizing for the "miscommunication" and promised he had exactly what we wanted at exactly the price we wanted to pay per month, at 0% financing for 72 months. Said he could have it ready for us if we could promise him our business and be there the following morning. We went in, wondering if we were making a mistake and whether or not we could believe a word he said.......We went so far as to even give John $3,000 down payment as promised, and he said he would come out with the final paperwork for us to sign. Well we should have listened to our instinct because another 1 1/2 hours later, the same song and dance about why all of a sudden he couldn't honor the promise he had made over the phone. And again, he consults the sales manager who had to come out and "explain" the miscommunication, and came up with a number that was completely unacceptable to us. We didn't hesitate to tell them what we thought of their shady business and how their constant "miscommunications" were no way to gain a customer. They might call them miscommunications, but I consider it a flat out lie when a sales person promises one thing, wastes hours of your time, only to come out with figures that were no where in the ball park of the original promise. Lasco Ford, you ought to be ashamed of the business you are running.
My search of a 2014 F-150 to replace my 2004 F-150 brought me to Lasco Ford and I'm glad it did. Salespersons, Andreea and Paul, were top-notch! They answered all of my questions and worked with me well past regular closing time to make sure that they put me in the right truck at a great price. Jake in finance also put in some OT so that we could get the paperwork done. Despite the clock on the wall, I never felt as if I was being rushed. I would definitely recommend Lasco Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle: new or used.
Bought a 2012 Lincoln MKT with some damage to the vehicle. While checking Amazon and Ebay I saw Lasco Ford. Went to their website. Talked to Adam gave him my vin # and he told what parts to order each time I needed a part for my car. Told him I lived in Michigan and I would pickup the parts. The savings were great. Excellent people great prices.

3 STAR UPDATE: I received a response from Mr. Blake Boan within two hours of writing this review, which is very fast! Much faster than geese pulling a freight train. I have updated this rating to 3 stars. This whole process has reminded me that I need to get my steering rack looked at. I will update this review once I have experienced Lasco's service department.
The people who work at this dealership get things done at the speed of a freight train being pulled by a flock of geese. Imagine trying to herd porcupines with your elbows - that's how it is to work with these people. I sent them the paperwork for a warranty cancellation over TWO MONTHS ago, and it was just processed a couple days ago, and the actual refund will take another MONTH. One entire quarter of a year. That's how long it takes for Lasco Ford to cancel a warranty. That being said, they did sell me a pretty reasonably priced Focus ST. Mixed feelings about these people. I'll give them more than one star because my car is so awesome, but their customer service is glacially slow.

She was patient and seemed to really care what I wanted. She was very kind hearted a just a geninue person. I am so glad I went to her to get a new vehicle. And now you are robocalling us... first an unknown number calls me, hangs up after one ring, while a pre-recorded message left on my voicemail proceeds to tell me how my used car has increased in value.

He does a great job finding a good match for his customer and wont stop until he has them leaving with that vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about him. I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant. Mike Goldsworthy was very friendly, patient, and understanding. He wasn't like any other sales person that I have encountered in the past. He didn't have that "shark tank" mentality to just hurry me into a sale and move on to the next customer. We discussed and carefully addressed every vehicle that I was interested in until I came to a final selection. I wasn't sure that I would get approved for anything considering my compromised credit history and a recent bankruptcy. I live an hour away and I told my Sales Consultant Mike my situation and mentioned that if I wasn't approved that I may even need a ride home. He told me if I didn't get approved that he would in fact take home. "Where they do that at"? I love my experience at Lasco Ford and all of the staff there was great. I have recommended Mike to at least 10 people within the last 3 days. Mr. Owen was awesome as well.
