Kyle and Brian were very helpful in my purchase of a used F150. They were reasonable and worked with me to come to a deal that worked for all of us. The team at Lasco is very professional and I never felt pressured to buy. If you buy one of their wholesale as-is vehicles you can save a decent amount of money (If you are confident in you own inspection abilities) and willing to make a few repairs after purchase. I would gladly work with them again the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

All I can say is that they re lucky the vehicle sells itself because the customer service here is horrible. Paid cash and sat waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to sign a couple pieces of paper. As we watched people that came in after us get out before us. As a business owner all I can do is shake my head in disbelief. I will never come back here again.
Bought my 2016 Explorer from Emily L. She was the best. She went out of her way to find the color and bells & whistles I wanted. She then procured it from out of state. Everything came off without a hitch. Great price and great service.

Test drove a used vehicle. Back end was covered in dog hair and the seat belts were all chewed up. Asked them if they inspect their cars and he said no because it is wholesale- whatever that truly means. Test drove the vehicle with the salesperson- awkward! Got back to the dealership, got out and coolant came pouring out- all of the coolant! Here is a thought why don't you clean and inspect ALL of your cars?
UPDATE- I did receive a phone call and an apology from the salesperson. I do understand that anything can happen to a used car. However, a well detailed car can only improve your chances of selling a car and if it were inspected the coolant would most likely have not spilled out...obviously there was a major problem with it when we drove it.
I cannot find a place to rate my sales person which was Madison but she was awesome and always gives us a pleasurable purchasing experience I am 61 years old and she has been the best!
Terrible customer service. We reserved a rental car for a long holiday weekend, as the dealership takes car reservations, they called at 4 o clock on Friday to say the car is no longer available. They didnt provide another solution or even apologize. Not that they care, but they lost a customer for life. Matt Lasco, Steve, and Brittany, you should treat customers better.
Update: The response provided by Lasco Ford was not the explanation provided to us. Nice try. Brittany, who took the reservation, was provided with all information she asked for. I have rented cars for years, for business and trips, and have never experienced such poor service.

Beware of the smiles and kindness that hides nothing less than the predatory sales tactics of the mortgage companies. After 5 hours (funny how they saw to it that I didn t leave) I signed a very bad deal. I bought a $30k truck that came to a $43k bill. They never said dealers have a strict no cool down policy. 30 minutes after I drove away, I called to cancel, 30 minutes. They said no. I showed up the next morning when the doors opened. I was in the middle of an anxiety attack at the predicament I put myself in. I knew the financing had not yet been filed and (with some effort) any documents could have changed back. RJ, the operations manager gave all sorts of reasons why he couldn t. More like lies and he wouldn t. Good people shine when things go wrong, they shine only when you sign.
I have ordered ford accessories twice now and both times they were delivered earlier than stated and the pricing was the best. I will use Lasco Ford again for more accessories.
Found out today im black listed at this dealer. Also found out the clutch repair should of been covered at no cost to me not even a deductible. You sell me a lemon...i try numerous times nicely to let your dealership make things right...but with no answer. Then Ford calls you and you tell them we had some run ins? Well stand behind what you sell....stop taking advantage of people. I will never buy a car here again. Ford is working with me to replace mine in the next 90 days. Its taken me a year to get someone to help me and finally Ford is. This car is a lemon and you knew that when you sold it to me. Thanks so much.
And just had to replace the starter and battery! 4 months I have had this car and over 500 in repairs. I'm ready to drop it off back to you....thanks for taking advantage of a single mom. You are the greatest.

Update: funny thing I got in the mail today....class action lawsuit against Ford....are you ready for this....faulty PowerShift, dual clutch automatic transmission!!!! transmissions...hmmmmmm...so you mean you tell me that this lawsuit was pending over Ford when you sold me my awesome PowerShift, dual clutch automatic transmission 2014 Ford Focus which is listed on this law suit!!! Wow....you really saw me coming from a mile away. Even after I said there was a problem. Nice!!!! Oh and thanks for the no return phone calls also.
3rd purchase and last. Bought my car 10 days later am told oil is leaking into the clutch...i told them when I test drove it something was wrong ....was told it was normal. Paid 100.00 for the repair after being told it was not covered and arguing with them that I stated something was wrong. Then I get an invoice for the 100 I paid and was told i did not pay it. Sent an email to one of the higher ups about my experience and being fast talked and put into a car I don't even want but they knew when I came in the desperate situation i was in. I made it very clear 3 weeks prior to coming in. Now I have almost 500 car payment and a car too small to fit all my kids in at one time. But hey...they made their money a d my car still drives horrible. When I did bring it in I was asked why so many miles in such a short time...well I drive a lot which was something else I told them when o came in. And don't get me started on the shady bank I'm financed through. Those people are mean and degrading and have treated me awful. I can't wait to be out from under this car and I'll be headed to Bill Brown Ford who when I told them of my experience said that within a year they will help me get out of this car and into what I need. Of course my email was never returned. I'm sure there will be a response on here though as it is public. I don't like being treated like I'm a stupid woman when I come to your dealership to buy
I recently bought Ford Edge [Top of the Line] from Lasco Ford, and its only now I realize the importance of buying from a dealer who values you even after the sale is done, I will try to highlight some of the important issues:
1. Proper information was not given to me about my SUV, and how it works and future updates etc 2. I reached out to the VP there on 6/15 about some of the issues that were still un resolved, when I followed up in a few days was told that there were working on them. I went there to get some of them resolved, and later when 1 item did not get resolved and I emailed and left messages, till date I no response from them [2 weeks]. 3. After buying an expensive SUV, I wanted to buy an accessory for $ 100 approx. and I was told that they had to charge my card before they ordered it and to top that they charged it multiple times! 4. I took a Ford Protect plan and have been waiting for a warranty booklet that I was told I would get in the mail, on calling the hotline directly I was told that no booklet is sent, it s only the contract! 5. Things that other dealers were happy to do without the blink of an eyelid, seemed like a big deal for them, Lasco told me more than once that they are going out of their way to accommodate me.
I would recommend this dealership and especially Christine Harris to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also worked with Aaron Robinson, and Jim Atkinson. A++++++
My driver's side wiper blade had broken off in this past Saturday's (12/14/13) snow storm; drove to Fenton Lasco Ford. Asked Mike Goldsworthy for help as was after hours for service center to be open (sometime after 6 pm) Mike went to see if anyone in service was still around. Paul Zaagman & Mike said they together would see if they could help me. They found a wiper blade, and Paul put it on, tested them to make sure they would work. Both Paul & Mike were an answer to prayer, as my husband was out of town. Mike & Paul went above and beyond my expectations, as the service dept was closed. THANK YOU Mike & Paul for rescuing a damsel in distress!!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Kayla. She presented herself very professional and it was a very good experience. The vehicle I bought turned out to be the first one I drove. She was not overbearing when I left the first time after telling her I was going to look around. She provided good answers when she could and got correct information when she needed to do research.

See Attached Photos....Note the purchase date of the vehicle my girlfriend bought from lasco, 1/11/17......Then note the date the vehicle was brought into another dealership for a $841.26 repair, 2/1/17, due to the radio randomly scanning through stations that began on 1/26/17......Lasco's response upon contacting them when the issue began: "Not our responsibility".....How's that for "customer service" and "standing behind the cars you sell" ? <-----(Rhetorical Question).....It's not like the vehicle was driven for a year or two years or even a month. It was literally 2 weeks and a day that the problem began.

Told me they were "very close" to my optimal trade in value on my 2014. Told me they would give me a better deal than other dealers because they are a "Ford Dealer". Drove an hour to the dealership, only for them to give me a value 3.5k less because of the going market for my vehicle, which was the same offer from a Dodge dealer. Obviously lied to me to get me in the door. Typical car salesmen. No different than the rest.

The service center customer service is the worst we have ever experienced. We took our 2015 Explorer in for an oil change and the condition of our car has been in bad shape ever since. We were told to bring the SUV back in to be looked at and we received no updates throughout the day. When we called for updates the customer service representatives were rude and provided us with no information. When we explained that we needed the car for work the next day we were rudely told your car has not been looked at and it will be another 3-4 days before you could have the car back. We were hung up on when we told them that amount of time wouldn t work for our schedules and we needed to take the car to another dealership. We ended up with no information regarding the condition of our car, and we wasted an entire day having the SUV sitting at the dealership, untouched. We will never take another vehicle to this dealership for anything.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am that I was paired with Samantha Gutierrez as my Salesperson at Lasco Ford. I definitely wouldn t have gotten as good of a deal on my FIRST CAR anywhere else! As everyone is fully aware, most car dealers have bad reputations, but Sam was FAR from the typical stereotypes. It s extremely obvious when you re working with her that she has your best interest at heart. She s caring, patient, strategic and is willing to do whatever it takes to work with what best fits your budget. I was so surprised when she told me she s only worked at the dealership for 2 months! I would have guessed double that, seeing as how good she is at her job. I really admired her work ethic and thanks to her, I thoroughly enjoyed myself during this whole process. She even gave me a $25 gift card to any restaurant, just because! I could keep going on, but just to sum it all up, Sam is definitely going places; both in life and in this business.
On 11/10/2020 I ordered a part off of the company parts website that was listed as 70% off. On 11/11/2020 I got a notification that my order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. There was no explanation to why the order had been cancelled. I checked the website and noticed the pricing of the part had went up and the part was still available to be ordered. On 11/12/2020 I called and spoke to a parts rep who claimed he was owner of the website. He admitted that he had made a mistake and posted the wrong price on their website and that he would not honor the price that I purchased the part for. He claimed it was his website his rules and if I ordered through Ebay I might have a case. Of course I had not ordered off EBay and only off Pasco Ford Website. The parts rep advised if I wanted to reorder the item at the higher price I could. The mistake in the price was not my fault but of the person who is advertising on Lasco Ford website. The customer service I received was poor and I hope that the type of person who is running your parts website is not a representative of the person or persons who are allowed to operate a business in any way they want with no repercussions. I wish that my issue would be made right, but per the person I talked to he did not care if I provided a negative review. Update spoke to parts manager who informed me who is going to work to resolve the issue thanks.
Purchased from this dealer online. I looked all over for the best price on the Super Duty trailer TPMS kit part HC3Z-1A189-C. Lasco had the best price and they contact back pretty fast with any questions. If looking for Ford parts check them out, really good prices got the kit for almost $100 off.
UPDATE- I received a phone call on Friday from the Service Manager asking to speak about my concerns. He offered to remove the bumper and do any inspection work at no charge, whether it ended up being a warranty issue or not. He also confirmed that even if it ended up being a non-warranty issue, and I chose to not get the repair work done there, that they would not charge me any labor for the investigative work they did. Today, I received a phone call that it was in fact a warranty issue, and i will have no charges for labor, parts, or anything of that matter. I appreciate Lasco working to rectify this issue for me, and I am very thankful that it ended up being a warranty issue
do NOT lease from Lasco Ford in Fenton.. or even purchase. I am currently leasing a 2017 Ford Escape, that has 32,000 miles on it on a 36,000 mile lease. The air conditioning randomly quick working, so I take it in. They want to charge me to take the bumper off to inspect the condenser, if the condenser isn't damaged and it is in fact a "warranty issue" they still want to charge me for the bumper labor. They want to insert dye into the system to inspect for a leak, even if no leak and is a "warranty issue" i'm still paying for the inspection with the dye. So basically even if it needs a simple recharge, i'm being charged for my air randomly not working. They even said that they can't provide the recharge under warranty if i don't allow them to inspect everything and rule out other issues. So no matter what, I am being charged in SOME WAY for something that should be covered under warranty. They said if Ford Motor Company won't cover it, then there is nothing they can do about it. How about LASCO steps up to the plate and takes care of their customers? I've worked in service, and there isn't a chance in hell i would charge the customers for the labor involved in inspecting if something is warranty, if it was deemed to be warranty. If it's deemed to be fault of the owner, then I'd understand. If i walked in with a smashed in front end, then by all means, it's on the owner. Also since I opted to not have them do any work on the vehicle, I am being charged the diagnostic fee for a "warranty inspection." Lasco has zero desire to take care of their customers and I advise you to STAY AWAY! and I can promise you that my family, close friends, and myself will ever work with them again.
I ordered a discontinued part off Ebay. It ended up their inventory was wrong and they didn't have the part. They quickly refunded my money and sent me a free Ford Hat.

I really tried to give Lasco sales and service department three chances, from purchasing two vehicles to replacement lugnuts (swollen??) to waiting a week to find out my truck was never looked at, to finding out from a new shop in fenton that it was a fuel pump and NOT a total engine failure... Maybe at some point it was good but I have never seen it.
Had issues with my Navigation unit. They worked their expertise and all is good. I also had my oil changed. As always service was completed to full satisfaction- David Brooks and the team at Lasco Ford are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Lasco Ford for any vehicle service or to purchase a vehicle!!!!!!!
