This was the worst service I have ever had. We bought a truck from lasco ford in Fenton about 6 weeks ago and was told the spare key was no where to be found. They told us to come back that Friday (so 4 days later) to get the key because they would have it then. So we went in Friday, they still couldn t find it. Was told to go home and we would receive one in the mail. Never got it. Just got off the phone with the manager and they were going to schedule me to have a new one cut. Well the person who does that will be gone for the next 2 weeks and the key that I need cut is on back order. Also, when we test drove the truck we noticed that the center console latch was missing and another very minor piece under the cup holder. They told us come back Friday and we will get that taken care of. Came back to find out it was going to cost us 500 dollars. I called lasco 4 times and was told I would get a call back within the hour, I never received a call. Now that I finally got to speak to a manager it is too late and I can t renegotiate my contract so I would have to pay for it or come and it speak with the sales rep and see what we can do no thanks. The trucks windshield wipers will not shut off now and I have to pay 100 dollars at lasco to have it diagnosed. Please be patient when buying a vehicle and please take your business elsewhere.
