we had went there and bought a pontic G6 the price on the car was 6,000 when were done and walked out the door it total 8,000 i had ask them if they would change the the intry key pads that goes on the key ring they told us no they couldnt one did not work and the other one quit working we took the car in for the free oil change and they told us the disk was scared put a green sticker on it for it to say ok the battery was bad and the tires are to the wear bars when they sold us the car they didnt even insepct the car they said they did but the oil change was not changed they are not as honest as there avertising and what they tell you i would love to talk to the one that is over eveyone in lasco ford my name is francine boone and live in burton thank you have the owner call me

Very dissatisfied. Signed papers for my vehicle at 6,500$. Went through whole process got to the financial department and they had tried adding 3,000$ to the retail price as "they wouldn't make money on the deal at 6,500$" watch what they tell you to get you into the door. They wanted 9,500$ for a car they had publicly listed for 6,500$
Not once did a manager, or the sales representative apologize or try to be sincere about it. The sales floor manager Alex even stated himself to my mother and I that " they approved the addition of 3,000$ to the retail price to make profit off the vehicle" very dissatisfied. Will not walk through this dealership. Let alone a Ford dealer every again
Not sure what it is with Ford, but making a service appointment means nothing. You make an appointment a month in advance, then it sits an additional 2-3 weeks in the parking lot until they even look at it. If you re booked out a month, why should I schedule anything to begin with? Why can t I just drive my car until you have the capacity to look at it?
I had an amazing experience. Gabriel was extremely helpful and just alot of fun. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family who is thinking about buying a vehicle here.

Initial drop off of my car was very nice, the service gentlemen were accommodating and great, however once I received the call my car was ready to be picked up it changed. I went that night at 7:15 when I was out of work to drop off the loaner car and get my car, however the service department closed at 6 and the sales staff were very off putting and did not want to help at all. I stood in the lobby for 15 min waiting to be helped while the person who finally greeted me was sitting on her phone. She asked for me to leave the loaner car with her even though she could not give me my car?? ( I need the loaner because you have mine). I then left and called my service worker, I left him a voicemail explaining what happened and asking for a call to discuss when I can pick up my car. No call back, around 5:30 the next day I gave him another call and left another message explaining I was at work I wouldn't be out till after they would be closed , I asked him if he could call me to figure out when I can get my car again. I also asked if he could leave my keys with the sales team so I can pick it up after they are closed, and to have someone call me if they do this. Still no call. It has been two days since my car was ready and no one will work with me AT ALL so I can get it! Not even a call back. Here's hoping today goes better!
My next attempt I arrived and service was closed yet again. The new front desk girl in sales was surprisingly pleasant this time and instead of telling me she couldn t do anything like last time she actually went looking to see what she could do. She came back to let me know someone was working on getting my keys and they would make sure I got my car.
I sat waiting for a little and a man came out asking questions about what car it was so he could find it. He was very nice and seemed to really care . He brought me my car and keys and apologized for the whole issue I was having . He personally took it on and made sure I was happy. He even asked for the name of my sales rep who wasn t answering or returning calls.
The man who helped in the end was the owner , and he was great . He made sure I was taken care of and I appreciated that.

Have gotten two cars at this dealer ship from Ben Willey and have the best sales experience in my life. I'm 74 years old and delt with many sales people, however none better than Ben Willey.
I've gotten my oil change, etc, at this dealership a few times, but today will be the last. The service was poor, with the person writing up my order also fielding phone calls, making it impossible for me to ask any questions. Then they took quite a bit of time after my car was done & pulled outside to finish writing up the order so I could check out.
I was taken aback at the price, which was nearly 50% more than I had been quoted, and noted that the estimate that the receipt said I'd signed for was wrong. When i raised the issue, I had another wait while the cashier sorted it out - they dropped it to what i'd originally been quoted, but acted like I was being a PITA for noticing and insisting the original estimate be checked.
As i drove away, I was seized by a volley of sneezes and wheezing, along with watery eyes... they had left me a "courtesy" scent packet without asking, and the chemicals in it did not agree with me.
All of this has left me knowing that I will be looking for another dealership to do my service work.
** Edited to note that the dealership reached out to me after this review was posted. They apologized for the scent packet left behind without my approval and offered to clean the car. They also pledged a free oil change. These gestures signal a willingness to make things right, and that is appreciated.
This is my second experience with Janice and it was great like the first time. I drive 100 miles round trip for the excellent service. She is fast, efficient and very friendly. She went out of her way to meet all of my needs. I will definitely use her services for my future purchases.

Did not expect to walk into such a rude experience today at Lasco Ford. To tell someone their bad choice on a previous vehicle when trying to lease a brand new one is just ridiculous. Didn't even show me one truck before declining me. I was there for less than an hour. Didn't see one vehicle, but the financing manager or who ever approached me with no intent of helping at all. I feel bad for the sales guy because he was nice and wanted to work with me. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the manager who was rude to me and didn't even give me a chance. But explained enough to me that other people who aren't so upside down in a vehicle can make the purchase better than myself. She was absolutely unreal, didn't stay longer than two minutes to argue with her.
Ordered a new grille for my ford edge. Received it very quickly but there was an issue with it. I notified them and they sent me a return label without any hassle. I wad told they would ship rpl item once they rcvd notification that original part was on way back--which they did. Rpl order was perfect. It was so nice not having to argue with anybody about getting a rpl part that i did not care if i had to wait a couple extra days to put grille on my car. I would absolutely order from them again.

Stay away from this dealership, they claim to be "wholesale", they buy cheap at auction and sell for "good" KBB, so you think there is a deal. There is no good about them they claim a 172 point inspection, I've been doing my own 172 point inspection for the past week to bring the car back to normal. I went to the dealership early in the morning to unmask possible cover-ups and still got taken for my money. I should have walked away when the tire was flat, or when the battery was not the right battery and was too tall, not secured and started melting a mark on the underside of the hood, because it was arcing I found out later, I thought it was kind of comical when I made my salesman fumble on his words when I asked for a simple battery tie down that he could not supply, because he claimed the car was too old. Again this was little to me, so it wasn't a break over the car just yet. It was snowing badly so I didn't get a chance to crawl around the car but it was very clean... on the outside. They leave the gas low on purpose so you can basically play roulette on the test drive, and can't get a full warmup/ experience. They did change the oil, that was nice of them but it was a thicker viscosity than intended to cover-up possible noises that the valve train is showing wear on, I found this out when I changed it back to the 5w-20 that the cap calls for. Pulled plugs and coils just to see if anything was actually done, which I knew it wasn't because they had an aftermarket coil in a box in the back of the trunk, not even oem and found 3 AC Delco plugs and 1 champion, on a FORD vehicle remind you. They also didn t even fill up the car that I just forked over hard earned dollars for. Now granted it is a used car, and everyone knows what used cars entail, but I would expect these tricks from a shady craigslist add, not from a so called reputable FORD dealership. I cannot stress enough do not give this dealership your business, you will be sorry. I'm not claiming to be a mechanic and I'm very much new at working on cars and spotting flaws on used vehicles but really be careful, like the old saying says if it's too good to be true it is.
My wife and I had committed not to buy a vehicle for another year, as our Traverse only had 39k miles on it. We were just looking. It was a snow covered Lasco Ford new car lot. Our salesman Corey was outstanding in getting snow off of 3 vehicles. My wife had done the webpage look up, so we knew what we were looking for. Corey was patient, knew his products, and most important to us - the Ford rebates available to us. We decided while at lunch, what we needed to walk away, as new vehicle owners. Lasco and Corey made us an offer we couldn t give up. We purchased the new Escape AWD that day. By the way, I was a dealership Finance Mgr for 13 years, but didnt mention that to Corey. We were handled with the utmost professionalism by Corey and the Lasco Staff.
I leased a new car through Lasco yesterday. I was very hesitant due to the stereotypical car salesman pushiness but I was very surprised. What an amazing experience all because of Dakota Page! He was kind, patient, and very informative! He guided me on all questions I had without being pushy! He showed me many different plans that I was able to choose from and helped me figure out what was best for me. I highly recommend using him to guide you on your experience. When it s time to go back in 3 years, I will be calling Dakota again!!! Thank you for making it a great experience.
I had to get a new car because my Focus had the known transmission issues. Garret, Chris M. and Alex (the finance side) were all top-notch. They all put up with my frustration and pretty poor attitude about the Focus situation and went to bat for me. They found me an excellent CPOV vehicle, helped me on my trade value and worked tirelessly to get my deal done according to the terms I was asking for in a payment and vehicle price. I left the dealer in a vehicle that is amazing and they were beyond patient with me. I would highly recommend this team and this dealer! I m so thankful for how they helped me out in a tough situation!

Great deal on my car, Service takes some time waited well over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff were nice. Some of the more veteran salesmen were rude, but overall the staff were great.

Product from Lasco Ford was surprisingly in good condition when it arrived , (was shipped in a clear plastic bag)The packaging was ripped and torn and the mounting screws could have fallen out, in the future this type of part should be shipped in a box. that said part great, packaging not so much

Was told i was buying a certified vehicle,which came with free oil changes,called to get an appointment was told i wasnt in the computer for free oil changes,connected me to my sale agent who told me he would look into it and havent heard from him,its been almost a week. Same sales agent told me he would send me floor mats to my house,but i figured that was just sunshine up my a**. I am disappointed about the oil changes,dont think ill be coming back here for my next car and keeping my fingers crossed on how this vehicle holds up,not sure i can believe the warranty i was told im getting.

Kudos to the online parts team at Lasco. #1 -- they have good pricing, easy to navigate website, and shipped the part promptly and well packaged. Secondly, they stood by their service. I checked with them to confirm a particular part would match my truck prior to purchase. They confirmed, but afterward I discovered the part did not in fact fit. Not their error, either a Ford factory issue or something else. They immediately accepted the return, no questions asked, no hassle, and even apologized when it wasn't really anyone's error. That speaks volumes and earns them my future business. Buy from them with confidence.

I have a question, after having service work done from Lasco, does anyone's phone blow up with warranty calls? I tried to reach out to Lasco to find out if they sell our phone #'s and never received an email back about this. Since, I've had service work done I get 20 calls a day everyday and I have repeatedly asked them not to call me back.. Thank You Jay Lasco for calling me and talking to me about this. I'm not sure who or why my phone # got out there. But Mr Lasci is looking into it. I thank you

I shopped at 3 dealerships before coming here, and each before I felt cornered and pushed but not at Lasco Ford in Fenton. The customer service was wonderful and I got into a car the same day, everything was quick and painless and I didn t feel any pressure. They were able to get me the payments I needed and the staff was knowlagable and confident in the product they were selling. You can tell they stand behind their cars - and for good reason. This trip was fast and easy just picking up a gift card. The initial trip looking for a car. I refuse to buy there based off the salesperson I had. He was rude and refused to answer my one simple question. I wanted to know how much the car cost. I was able to pull it up on the site but because i was unsure about buying thst day i wasnt worth his time. His words. Do not recommend to others.
I have purchased 2 trucks from Lasco Ford. In both cases, I did a lot of research and comparison shopping and in both cases I got the best price at Lasco. RJ Spraggins and Danny Oda were great to deal with and they made it a pleasure to do business there. I highly recommend either one of them to get your best deal. Ellie in finance was a lot of fun and made that part of the process a pleasure. Lasco does all of the routine service work for me and they have a great service department. Definitely check out Lasco Ford if you are in the market for a new, used or lease vehicle!

Came in yesterday to the service department because my mom lost her keys and needed a replacement pair. The staff were very nice and the building was new and clean. Tucker helped us out and made sure that we were happy. Even when we came back after finding her key, he was able to get that key and the new ones all working with no fuss.
Side note: The bathrooms looked better than most fancy restaurants bathrooms. Smelled great and had fancy sinks.

If I could give 0 I would. Richard is the WORST. They dont do inspections before selling the cars???? My dad bought a car there brought it home less than 24 hours of having that car it started having issues. Went over there they send us to auto zone they told me it had issues but couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was. Went back to them they said they dont do inspection of the cars so they couldn't help me. I have a small child with me all the time and they still sold the car with problems! Didn't care if anything happens to you or anyone on the side of the road or anywhere as long as they have your money!! So rotten and disgusting!!!!

Garret, our sales rep, did everything he could. He was very affable, and got answers to every question we had. We love the vehicle we purchased, but were horrified with the wait/service after the sale. Garret was apologetic throughout, but we were in a daze by the time we left. We arrived at noon, and had a deal just before 2pm. Then, we sat. For nearly 4 hours. I realize they were busy (end of month, Hallowe'en), but I have never had an experience at a dealership that was as unpleasant as this one. It was unorganized (couldn't find 2nd set of keys) and frustrating. We drove 4 hours to do business with them, which took almost 6 hours, and then we drove home. It was obvious they were busy - why wouldn't they have told us we have 3 hours to burn to wait for Finance so that we could go eat/shop/get out of there for a time? Regrettable experience.
I leased a truck from Lasco a little over a year and a half ago and cannot be more pleased. My salesman was not a salesman, he was constantly trying to refine his understanding of what my need was. Paul was great--but he included others in the effort to assess my needs, too. Transacting was not his priority--service was. Executing the transaction was pretty seamless and the entire team was accommodating, especially on my trade in and some of the complications presented with it. Follow up on the lease was excellent--they wanted to make sure I knew how to use everything. Great touch!
I live 45-50 minutes away but decided to take my truck in for my first service to Lasco. I don't know how many other dealerships or oil change places I passed but I'm glad I did. Service was excellent and has convinced me to return 3 times since. No coupons or deals, just value. I will continue to make the trek because of the value the team provides me.
When my sister had issues with her 270k mile Subaru, I suggested we take it to Lasco. We thought she had a major issue and communicated such to the service team. They had every opportunity to sell to it, but didn't. Cost to repair was diagnosed, solved and cost $39. We were lucky...lucky to bring it to Lasco.
I have opportunity to go to other dealers to buy a vehicle or have my vehicle serviced elsewhere, at locations much closer to my home and work. Integrity and decency have a price--and the price of my drive is well worth the peace of mind.

It took me longer than expected to get my finances together, but there wasn't and rush or pressure from Dale or the dealership as a whole. I appreciated the "no pressure" sale. Took my van in for a 10,000 mile checkup and oil change. They have great customer service and scheduling was simple.
