I have had my car serviced here twice and it was a great experience both times. Evan Sheehan took great care of me both times. I never felt taken advantage or sold on anything. I purchased my car at different dealership and regretted it the moment I signed the contract. Service appointments never ran on time, they always found an expensive problem to fix, their service charge is almost double the cost, and the customer service was not good. LR South Bay is more affordable, accurate on schedules, and has great customer service. I sent a couple friends this way and they felt exactly the same. Thank you Evan!
