My experience with the service department of Land Rover South Bay has been very positive.
I was checked in immediately, and my loaner was provided in a timely fashion. When I came back to pick up my car, there are no waiting nor lines to bear with. I give them my loner key, they give me back my car key. I sign the bill and that's it. I will definitely come back for another service.
