I do not know how people are rating this location at 5 stars. If I could give them 1/2 star I would, and that would be generous of me. I purchased my vehicle on 1/2/2017.
The sales experience was by far the worst. Jesus started with me, but he was very incompentent about looking for the vehicle I wanted. I started looking for a vehicle in November of 2016. After two months of going back and forth of emails and phone calls. He still could not figure it out. Even with me sending a PDF file of the car I built online.

By time they had found my car, which was in New York on a boat. I put money down on it. They came back the next day and said it had been sold. I was so angry and fed up with this. I asked for a new sales guy, Kyle. Who was trying to fix the mess that Jesus had created. But even he was not as helpful as I feel he could have been. It took almost a month to get the car from New York to Colorado. Now I understand weather was a factor at the time. But seriously almost a month? Finally by January 24th, I got my vehicle that I wanted. They could have thrown in the mats for free for the amount of hassle it was for me to give them my money.

Now today, I need service done on my vehicle. Just a basic oil change and tires rotated as well. But good luck with Sherry in service. She never does what she says she is going to do. She tells you that she will call you and let you know when the driver will be dropping off the loaner vehicle to trade for the day. But she never does follow up with you.

For a company that sells luxury vehicles you would think that they would teach customer service one-on-one to these people. I believe that all of them to go back and be retrained on how to follow through with customers.

Seriously do not waste you time at this location. It will only set you up for disappointment in the end.
