On Monday May 25 , Memorial Day I came in for a 10 am set appointment with Danielle and by 1 pm I was driving out owning a new Range Rover Sport at a great price.

What can I say? I am 0-3 with this dealership. I ended up buying my RR in Schaumburg since none of their sales guys wanted to sell me a car. Today I went in for an oil change appointment I had scheduled and they tried to sell me a $1,700 maintenance package. Cleaning some pollen filter? Trying to take advantage of peoples anxiety during Covid -19. Total up sell BS and they were insulted when I said no way. They have a brand new building that obviously they are trying to get their customers to pay for.

Really happy with Land Rover of Hinsdale. Sales agent Nancy Schmitz was great to deal with and definitely didn't fit the stereo type of overly pushy and sell at all costs. We like her frankness and followup on a several issues. Love our new Range Rover and the diesel engine is crazy good. After several months of running, it is getting 30 mpg. Amazing for a vehicle this large. It also pulls our 4000 lb boat with ease. 5 Stars for Nancy and Hinsdale Land Rover.

My wife and I have had amazing experiences at this dealership more than once. Dan Gallovitch is one of the best salesmen we've encountered. He's patient, kind, and very knowledgable of every vehicle, and was very helpful through all the steps in the ordering and buying process. He's helped me and my wife make great purchases. Donnie was great too, as he helped me with understanding the paperwork, warranty, and other specialties. Both of them are awesome. I will recommend them and this location to anyone!

Do not use service department if you don't have a ...

Do not use service department if you don't have a under warranty repair. I never felt like they wanted to take care of my older vehicle or me for that matter. Had my car for days before they even looked at it, no loaner offered. When they finally did look at it, wanted to replace everything that I didn't ask them to for $5900. And then asked them to repair the problem only and they wanted, $3900. Spent the $200 to bail my car out of Jaguar prison, spent another $100 to get it towed elsewhere and got it fixed for a bit over $1000. Lesson learned by me. Tough to have an older car these days, but even tougher to not feel taken advantage of at a place like this.

On Friday, May 31st 2019 I called Land Rover of Hinsdale about a car I found online. After speaking with a salesperson on the telephone and confirming with him a payment and their dealership having the car, I drove over 1 hour to Land Rover of Hinsdale. When I arrived, I was first told by Assad that the dealership needed all my information before we could look at the car and verify if they had calculated the payment correctly. I pressed to see the car before moving any further and was walked out to the wrong vehicle, being told the vehicle I was looking at online was already sold because it was a "Special Order". He then tried to sell my husband and I another color even though I stressed we were looking for a specific color combination on the phone. Had we wanted the other color combination, we could have went to another dealer which was 1/2 the distance from our home and where we work. Needless to say, I will never do business with this dealer or the salesperson who took our call!

Jason Yap is the man! He tirelessly worked with me to secure an amazing car remotely and held my hand through the entire process even post delivery! Everything was easy from the moment we started talking. He took extra time with me to share video walk-throughs of the car quite reassuring. The finance team was also diligent and made my life easy no annoying last minute fees or back office BS. Respect! You re in great hands with Mr. Yap and the Hinsdale team.

If I could leave a 10 star rating I would! From start to finish, my sales associate Nancy Schmitz was amazing! She went above and beyond making my truck buying experience A+! A week after my purchase, she contacted me checking in making sure I was ok and everything was going well with my Range Rover. She is a stellar asset to this dealership s amazing team! This is my 2nd Range Rover purchase. This service team is amazing, the management is amazing, and the owner sure does know how to run a well oiled machine of a dealer group!! Hats off to this amazing establishment!

Land Rover Hinsdale is THE place to go if you are considering purchasing a Land Rover. I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport here. This was actually my first car buying experience ever, and everyone at Land Rover Hinsdale, especially Jason, made it super enjoyable. While this is my first Land Rover, it definitely won t be my last. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and the Crew in Hinsdale! They rock!

I had a great experience with Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale! First, I had alternator issues and they got me in for service immediately with a loaner. Also, had questions about my lease ( Magic s ended in 4 months) and Daniel was able to answer all my question. He was able to show me an amazing 2019 JX 50 and guide me through the early lease termination process. I current live in South Barrington, but I will continue to purchase or lease for Hinsdale based on the exceptional experience.

Loving my car purchase from Range Rover in Hinsdale. Dan Gallovitch was wonderful! Very helpful and attentive! Dan is an especially knowledgeable salesperson and I recommend him if you are unfamiliar with the Range Rover brand. 25 years of experience! Had no idea I would be in such good hands purchasing my car. The car was serviced and detailed - ready for my appointment and purchase. Highly recommend and will come back as a repeat customer!!!

Joe and Linda at Land Rover Hinsdale are FABULOUS! I purchased my vehicle from the Land Rover dealership in Naperville but after being treated like a 2nd class citizen, not talked to and seeing no respect for my time, I started to frequent the dealership in Hinsdale. I am treated with courtesy, respect, concern and feel greatly appreciated. EVERYTIME I am told a time that my car will be ready after being serviced, it is ALWAYS READY BEFORE THAT TIME. I met Ollie on my last trip there and when I am ready to upgrade my Range, I will go see him as well. Hinsdale Land Rover is the only dealership that I will go back to time and time again..................GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU!

HUGE THANK YOU to Mike Mashburn & Skip in the Land...

HUGE THANK YOU to Mike Mashburn & Skip in the Land Rover service department. They both went above and beyond to help with our car issue. Long story short, the seat belt was locked and tangled around the head rest. Skip and Mike were very patient and completely took out the seat belt and replaced it. I wouldn t hesitate to refer anyone to the dealership.

Met with Dan in sales. Showed me the Velar and we drove it. Very detailed in explaining the vehicle with me and allowed me to ask questions. Offered me a good price even though the vehicle is in high demand. The dealership staff including the manager Pat was pretty friendly and not the normal pushy car dealer. I enjoyed my visit with them and was impressed with them overall compared to other Range Rover dealers.

I agree with you on that last post. My experience there was horrible. The GM and his staff is all about money and less on customer service. I bought 2 Land Rover's there in the past and was treated really well. The new staff less my two favorite sales people whose been there for years, are not as friendly. I to have noticed there is no minority service people. They have in the past a sales lady that was a minority, but that was during the time when customer service was an A+. I live and work in Hinsdale but unfortunately there is still a color bearer, and Hinsdale Land Rover is one of them.

By far the worst experience I've had with a dealer...

By far the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I inquired about a vehicle online and was contacted the same day by Brenda Arteaga (internet sales manager). After blowing my phone up with multiple calls, text, and email throughout the day, I called her back once I had free time. Immediately I noticed how unprofessional she is and her lack of people skills. I told her I wanted to lease and what terms I wanted (36/10k), already knowing the current money factor for my credit score (.00001) and residual (55%) for said vehicle ($87906 / Sale price $79116) I knew what the payments were looking like with $0 down (~$950 with tax per my zip). She didn't like this at all and turned hostile, demanding $4k down for the payments I want without even checking (immediately trying to inflate the money factor??). This led to more attitude from her and eventually hanging up on me lol. Here's the best part, I called again to work with someone else other than her and come to find out, that vehicle was already spoken for and being picked up that night. Brenda was seriously trying to sell me a vehicle that was already sold! Lmao. This dealership is a joke. Looks like I'll continue doing business with Audi and BMW!

I have owned 4 Land Rovers from Knauz Motors, and they have been spectacular to work with. I decided to give Land Rover Hinsdale a shot and it has been the worst experience in purchasing a car. I bought a used 2012 LR4 that did not have both keys, and I was told that was not their problem, then I took it into Knauz to have them check it out and found that the left front tire only had 40% of tread left (only one tire was like that?) so I had to Purchase two new tires. The best was when I was down in Florida, with my one key fob, and the battery died on the fob. I went to use the key to open the door and of course the key is missing! When I got back I contacted the Sales Manager JT a few times and have never received a call back. This dealership is horrible and there customer service is just as bad, Buyer Beware!!!

My experience was fantastic and I believe it was because of our sales person Steve Miller. I hate buying cars because normally the sales people are way to pushy. Not Steve he was kind and listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make sure we got in the right SUV. So thank you Steve for being a great sales person Most of the salesman in the car industry should take a lesson. They would get a lot more deals.

Danielle was great. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Danielle provided an easy, pressure free experience and I would highly recommend. I did look at other luxury brands and for whatever reason follow up was not great and they seemed too busy and less than responsive to my buying needs. Land Rover did a great job even continuing through the COVID pandemic. This is my experience with the brand and vehicle. So far, so good!

I purchased a new vehicle and loved the vehicle at first sight.. however, I didn t want to make the mistake of making a hasty decision. Jason Yep followed up but was very patient with me. I finally decided after 3 weeks to purchase the vehicle. Jason called right away and helped me. He has been very helpful EVERY step of the way. I really enjoyed how he made me feel extraordinary comfortable about my decision and took extra time to explain warranties and any concerns that I had. I would truly recommend this dealership if you want knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful individuals.

Please and I say please try to avoid the service department, their price it is extremely ridicoulus just ridicoulus , they rip you off big time every time you bring your veicolo to the service, I have purchased 6 Range Rover from this place and I will never purchase anything from them anymore, just for the service ridicoulus price.An autobiography Range Rover where they sell for $150,000 brand new they estimate to me after 6 years for $12,000 in good condition , simple ridicoulus , I will never stop or purchase anything from them again.

We had our first experience with Hinsdale Jaguar/Land Rover in October 2019 and this resulted in our purchase of a Jaguar. In brief, all aspects of the dealership experience were fabulous- professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, patience. Hinsdale JLR is a stark contrast to the luxury brands along the Ogden Ave dealership corridor

Most notable is the impeccable experience that we had with Mr. Mike Ryan; he addressed every detail from our first visit and supported us throughout the entire process from model selection, technical and comfort features to final sale.

Mike (along with the Hinsdale team) professionalism, product knowledge, and positive approach is unequivocal and unprecedented- he sets the standard for vehicle sales professionals! I look forward to visiting Mike and Hinsdale for our next car buying experience. I would urge anyone in the market for JLR products to stop in and give this team an opportunity.
