On Friday, May 31st 2019 I called Land Rover of Hinsdale about a car I found online. After speaking with a salesperson on the telephone and confirming with him a payment and their dealership having the car, I drove over 1 hour to Land Rover of Hinsdale. When I arrived, I was first told by Assad that the dealership needed all my information before we could look at the car and verify if they had calculated the payment correctly. I pressed to see the car before moving any further and was walked out to the wrong vehicle, being told the vehicle I was looking at online was already sold because it was a "Special Order". He then tried to sell my husband and I another color even though I stressed we were looking for a specific color combination on the phone. Had we wanted the other color combination, we could have went to another dealer which was 1/2 the distance from our home and where we work. Needless to say, I will never do business with this dealer or the salesperson who took our call!
