Napleton Honda sold my Fiancee an HRV $3000 over advertised price after repeatedly assuring her (and me via phone) the advertised price was the sales price and the vehicle was a CPO. The vehicle had corroded battery wires, a large dent in the rear they put in it before delivery, and no actual shop work was done. They refuse to answer phone calls or emails to fix the problems with finance or shop issues. Avoid these people at all cost. Plenty of other Honda stores.

I had a bankruptcy and they could not help me...... They also want lots of money down, too much for a normal person realistically especially during a pandemic!! No one has any money! People are nice though

Mike Wells was great to work with! He gave me a tour of the car we were looking at, answered questions thoroughly, was in general friendly, listened to my concerns and desires for a car and made sure I was taken care of. He s also very easy to reach afterwards and has been helpful when I ve had questions about features of the car we got. I ve already been singing his praises in mom groups and to several friends who have interest in similar cars.

Made an online appointment to test drive a used truck. Showed up truck was not even location. Was told it was getting detailed in another location. There online services are run out of another state they said. Seems like no communication with online services. They did not seem like I even had an appointment. Very disappointed with them. They did offer to buy me lunch fill my gas tank. I said I was there to buy a truck but it was not there. I don't want lunch or tank of gas. Wasted my time even though I set things up online

Salesman was very good and knowledgeable, but after adding 'discounts' and our trade-in, the price was higher than the advertised price. Kept pushing financing gimmicks. Don't tell us to come in for employee discount then try to charge us more than the base price.

Was looking for a car for our daughter. I have to say this is the most fun, responsive and professional dealership I ve ever been to. Michael Bell is exceptional as well as the management staff. Drove from St. Louis and worth the extra time to get here.

My husband and I went to go look and hopefully purchase a vechile. The sales guy named Jesse Rosenthal was very kind and friendly with us. He helped us look and test drive 3 different vehicles before getting a Honda Civic sports. He has a great attitude . If you ever decide to go to Napleton Honda go see him. He will help to get what your looking for and will be very helpful.

I went to Napleton this morning for a car wash. I arrived at 9:50 a.m. I pulled in the service area as usual and who's immediately greeted and welcome. I went to the waiting area as instructed. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I thought my car wash should have been completed long ago and perhaps they failed to tell me. I went to the service desk and when no one was available. I went outside and found my car but it look like it had not been washed yet. There was bug splatters on the front of the car and dirt on both sides of the car. I went back in and a service rep approached me and handed me my key fob. I said I just looked at my car and it doesn't look like it was washed yet so he went out and looked at the car with me. He agreed that it needed to be rewashed. I told him I've been here over an hour already and didn't have another hour to wait. He said he would expedite it. It was washed the second time and came back clean. But 1 hour in 30 minutes is too long to wait for a car wash. Lesson learned. Next time I'll go to a car wash closer to home, pay for it and be on my way in 5 minutes.
