Wanting to spend $ 50 for lake view after booking we had a last look at the lake
Enjoyed our 7 day stay. So nice and convenient to leave the boat in the water and walk to your room. Hope to be back sooner than later.
Just went to find a beach to play on. Apparently there aren't any.
The Antelope boat tour is one of the major attractions of Page!
Not a good place. Rude unfriendly staff. Very poor service. Coffee shop that closes at 16:00 as people are checking in wanting a coffee. Ask for a balcony view over the car park to avoid the disappointing views over the lake.
By the time we came in for the 3rd time trying to get some help, there was only one lady in the office that has great customer service skills, she has blond hair and is around 40 ish. There rest of them didn't seem to care to help us.
Spacious rooms, well equipped. Breakfast with superb views of the lake.
Would rate better if i got the room with a view as i payed for but other then that great place
It was nice cold for a hood night on a lake to just relax
Artificial lake. Sad, much better to spend more time at the Grand Canyon
This being my first time at Lake Powell I had so many questions. When I called I was helped by Stephanie, she is Amazing! The customer service I received was beyond my expectations, she was so helpful, understanding and extremely patient addressing all my concerns. I went from being nervous not knowing what reservations to make or where at on the lake to being super excited, thanks to all of Stephanie's help! You can tell she loves her job and represents Lake Powell well to be a fun friendly environment to create ever lasting memories. The supervisor David was also very helpful, I'm grateful for their help in starting this vacation off to a Beautiful start! Looking forward to my stay at Lake Powell, Thank you!
The camping was awesome as well as the boat ram and the lake. Everything was perfect
Location and view are exceptional. Rooms, beds, and inside of the resort is dated and worn. Not terrible or anything- just ensure to set correct expectations that the name resort and cost are for the views, and not the rooms.
It's was an amazing stay! The rooms were great, the service was outstanding, and the food was the best I've ever had! One thing I could suggest to the resort is to heat your two pools so that the people who want to swim have a less likely chance of getting hypothermia. Thanks!
Great marina with excellent service! Call and get picked up by the cart or atv to get stuff to your houseboat.
The location is nice...lone rock and the lake is beautiful. The room was clean. The waitress of restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner were not too kind.
Amazing location, employees didn't make a good impression on me
We did the Canyon Princess Dinner Cruise for our anniversary and it was spectacular! The boat goes from the marina to the dam and back; which took about 2 hours. Dining was the first 1-1.25 hours and you are free to move about the boat. Food was FABULOUS and service was fantastic. Soft drinks are included and wine/beer is cash only ($8/drink). Scenery was amazing and the pictures don t do it justice. It s a little hike to get down to the boat launch, but they have a golf cart that will truck you down there if you can t walk or just don t want to. Definitely worth the money for a special occasion!
People from desk were not very pleasant. Our stay was in a airstream well equipped but not so clean as we can wait for !
Be careful when you rent a boat at the marina: they let you go on the lake with no gazoline gage and no speed gage working ...
Nice location, very basic room setting. All two stories building, and only stairs to access the 2nd floor room. 3 restaurants on site. You need to pass National Park Entrance to get to hotel.
Amazingly beautiful resort! The lounge had good food, but service was very slow since it was slightly off season.
This is the best hotel for the cruise on the next day. I suggest you may stay here when your are plannig to join the Rainbow Bridge Cruise on the next day. The hotel provides the breakfast from 6AM. The meeting time for the cruise is 7AM at the hotel lobby. You can park your car at the hotel parking during the cruise. The cruise will continued around to 2PM.
Brilliant boat tour to rainbow bridge and from the looks of it a wonderful resort to stay in. Would recommend
Great resort. Reasonable prices. Adventures and recreation opportunities abounding.
1) Outdated rooms, black slime mold growing in the coffee maker. Politely asked for a replacement, maintenance guy wiped it down and said it was fine.
2) Matress was old coil spring type with cheap cotten sheets.
3) AC unit was old and very loud, it was 99+ degrees outside and the room never got cold.
4) They refused to let us check in early and made a big deal when we asked for a late check-out.
We will never return to Lake Powell Resort the rooms are absolutely garbage.
The cafeteria does not allow reservations and the restaurant is open at 20:45 without reservations it is better to eat in the rooms. For wifi, the same I have trouble sending this review to express the fact that it takes 24 hours to connect and after it only works from time to time. The location is beautiful I do not say anything, either you are lucky and you come across the view of the lake or on polluting and sticky parking. There are so many people that going to the reception requires some acrobatic skill. If it's crowded, it's because it's the only hotel in the area.
Kollab Rating: 89/100. Even though the hotel is not high quality but it is not very expensive. The hotels around here doesn t get better except hotels like the Hyatt Place or the Amangiri. The hotel has good restaurants and offers tours.
This location is pretty hard to beat. It's right on the lake, the lake views are stunning, there are activities galore, and the staff is friendly. The Rainbow Room has good food, fantastic views, and ok service. The rooms are nice, but plan on a hard bed. Flat screen TVs are present, along with a coffee maker, fridge, and safe. I've stayed here multiple times and will come back again in the future.
Fantastic stay! Love the view. Definitely recommended when visiting Lake Powell/page.
Gorgeous location! The pool area was very nice and the lake is clean they had recycling bins in the hotel rooms! We we're disappointed with the boat tour because there was not enough room to view outside and inside was very warm.
Beautiful place, wish I had a boat or jet ski to go on the lake
Beautiful view, especially from the pool! We went on the panoramic tour at 5 pm- would definitely recommend it. Food was good, we enjoyed both the casual dining and the beautiful main dining room. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lake Powell.
Employees at the decontamination station were not helpful and looked for any excuse not to work. We showed up 45 minutes before their next appointment, and kept finding excuses not to help us.
Great for families and friends. The staff are friendly.
Accommodations were fine, everything worked well, beds are ok, not the best. Small pillows. Has everything a hotel room needs.
You'd get nicer service ordering a meal at McDonald's.
The food would probably be better too. AVOID staying or dining at this place. Card got overcharged too. Roomservice woke us up at 8AM to see if we'd like to leave the room soon so they can start cleaning ?!
Checking in: here's your key, this is your room number, good luck.
Dining: We don't have a table (although the restaurant looks half empty), go eat at the bar next door...
Bar Dining: Waiter, that wasn't busy refused to help us, because we were at a table outside of his "working area". Needed to wait of our waitress that first needed to finish mopping the floor?!
The food was bad, overpriced.
There are plenty of other places in Page - have a look there.
Beautiful surroundings but room was not very good. Rusty looking water..room smelt old and musty
The view is great. The room is so so, below 3 stars in my opinion. The boat rental ends to earlier of the day.
Great place. Huge. Beautiful. Lots of people lots and lots of people. Only thing bad was the Internet service.
Stayed at a friend's house boat for a few nights. The staff made sure us and the boat were well taken care of.
Excellent location and lake view
Comfortable and clean rooms
Good attention!!!
Very good pool area
Actually beautiful area with clean and typical American rooms. Officially check in is 4pm !!! We upgraded the spot for $ 30 per day. There was then a room with lake view. Make sure you drive to Page. Try Big Johns BBQ there.
The Lake Powell and especially this hotel are to be avoided! Air conditioning makes more noise than a truck. Money machine in the absolute. We have to pull out the wallet for everything. While the site is totally artificial, not useful for tourism
My husband and I had the opportunity to visit here in the fall and it was unbelievable! The beauty was like NO other. We would love to come visit in the summer as well, but the crisp fall weather made hiking incredible! Lots of things to do during the day and a wonderful relaxing accommodations! Truly a perfect couples get away!
Decent rooms. Great views. Great bar. Decent restaurants.
Excellent location near the marina. Clean quiet and they accept dogs.
Good resort with amazing views! Their adventure boat tour was memorable. The downside is that you have to drive to the closest town Page whenever you need something.
GORGEOUS views from here of Lake Powell. The boat tours from here are also very nice. We took the tour that hit Navajo Canyon and Antelope Canyon. Beautiful and unique perspective
Beautiful back drop, but room stunk, like and open septic tank, and when we complained at front deck, they could have cared less. Didn t,t even try to get us another room, or try to adjust bill. Very disappointed. Food was OK.
nice here. the location right on the lake Powel einfsch great
Gets the job done. Decently clean and easy access to trails, beaches, and camp grounds. Coffee shop was surprisingly good.
The young man at the boat rental was extremely rude we had questions but would not rent a boat because of him.
Old room with carpet ..to renovate. Uninspiring services given their monopoly position do not bother to treat them. Breakfast to forget. 70 dollars in 3 and the panoramic view is reserved not for guests but for those who do the tours. Tiny pools and rules are not respected so dips screams noises balls in a few square meters. If there were any other I would forget this place.
Uncomparable position, nice structure. The pool bar closes too early
Structure of the marina and planning is a little confusing but good. Lake Powell is an amazing place to go, you find nothing else like that anywhere else. It's so worth going there, wish I could've been there for longer!
Beautiful. Resort needs a lotttle freshening up, but comfortable.
Great views and senic makes you feel new and refreshed. All rooms have views and the the 3 rd floor. It's amazing.
The hotel has a very nice location on the lake. The pool is with nice views. Everything is perfect except the German tourists. Unfortunately we had no chairs on the balcony. No request was made to us. Also on the please that we wanted to change the room because we had kacklacken in the room in the basement, we were again ignored, only on several requests someone came over. The statement was literal. "If we see more, let us know." The next day the woman at the front desk was very friendly and promised us that we would get the overnight reimbursed and arrange everything about our agency. Back in Germany with an inquiry about the agency, the management could not remember anything. Everything an absolute impudence.
The hotel itself is ok despite a detestable bedding (if you need a hard minimum mattress, do not go there).
The pool is tiny and will probably not want to go there (it is between the arrival of tourists for tours and the restaurant, about 2m50 from each and without any privacy).
The restaurant is not bad but does not really interest and is quite expensive.
There is a marina within walking distance for activities but do not expect the hotel to play intermediaries. This is the only hotel in the area and that would be quite logical.
The wifi does not work in the rooms? "It's okay, we'll do nothing sir, come to the lobby if you want to have" ... The good joke.
Unless you have a real interest to be side marina, there must be much better in the corner.
Gorgeous scenery - great accommodation, friendly staff!
Beautiful place to stay when you are going to see other turist places!
Our room wasn't ready at 5pm. Room was ok. Hard to wash hands in sink because faucet was so low and sink want very deep. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service wasn't very good to get coffee or juice. Bed was comfortable.
Located outside the city of Page, in a protected marina that provides a $ 25 toll fee. The view of Lake Powell does not justify the toll or the uncomfortable position (we were on a road trip). The rooms give a sense of old and the shower has little pressure (the tap valve does not work well). In summary, choose other hotels in the city.
All good, friendly services, except that "dinner special"
The hotel rooms are not worth the price. They are outdated and not clean. There was food in the fridge when we arrived and ants in the room. When I called about the ants, they said they would have someone take care of the issue. No one came. Room was not serviced (including trash removal) for three days.
Outstanding location , but I give 3 stars because of the following:
- cheapest rooms on offer are from the 70s with air conditioning so loud that you may forget about using it at night.
-to enter the resort you either have to have the National Park Annual Pass or you are forced to pay $30 ( not a great surprise) -would be good to know that in advance.
Avoid at all costs. This isn't a resort... it is a motel with terrible service.
Unfortunately due to multiple RV breakdowns we were unable to make it to Page AZ and to Lake Powell Resorts, where we had a two night stay reserved. We chose this location because of reviews and the incredible pictures of area and resort, however we made the unfortunate decision to book online making our stay 100% NON-REFUNDABLE!! Since business is business and human understanding is no longer a part of our society we paid for two nights and could not be there. I am not saying don't book this location just a warning that if you use the online system and life happens you get to pay no matter. Also when we called there was NO care or concern shown on their part and no response to emails sent.
