Sadly, this place is not up to a standard of what I'd call a resort. I've stayed here twice in three years. I won't be staying here again. They cater to tour groups - both in the boat tours and dining experience. If you come as an individual party, don't expect much.

Breathtaking beautiful Lake Resort also at least from the outside because I have not stayed there but there is the lovely beach as we understand the entrance fee $ 30 but you can get with the parks pass

Tina at reception is absolutely wonderful!

we had trouble with our RV and needed a place to stay for the evening, not only did she find us a room but a room with an exceptional view of the lake.

cannot stress enough how wonderful Tina was and helping us get through a tough day and have an amazing time at the resort

Give this place a chance, beautiful views, nice beach, and an exceptional staff for a getaway.

Easy to camp at and really close at Powell. Lovely location and neighbors not really close. Fire pits available and bathrooms were clean. Also included fish cleaning stations. Great trip.

To access the lake area you have to pay $ 25. The hotel is clean and the service is good. Our room had a view of the lake but otherwise the room is very basic. The air conditioning is the oldest and makes too much noise. For looking like a luxury hotel it is quite dated. It also dines better in the city.

Great place to stay, to do water sports activity, and best place to go fishing. You can camp, stay in the hotel or rent a house boat. It is part of the National Park Recreation Area. Clean and well manage.

Just stayed here. Staff was nice, but work up literally on the mattress. Turns out they didn t have a mattress cover or fitted sheet at all on the bed. Nasty. The front desk apologized and said that was not their normal.

-: Clean water of the pool that leaves something to be desired.
Cleaning the room is a little too fast (a candy was stuck on the carpet before our arrival and until departure)
+: We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant with very good service.
Hotel very well located with a beautiful view of the lake.

The resort is old, but the breakfast is good and the sunset is a very good resort. It's a good idea to book early for Marina View. The resident staff service is good and the restaurant service is also good. But the food is a little late. Patience is demanded, but I think you should enjoy the atmosphere.

This place was out of this world...so it seemed. We felt like we were on Mars. It was quiet and sureen. It's a place like no other. It was cool when we went kayaking across the lake. Very interesting and beautiful place.

Not bad. Beautiful views and well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Restaurants were quite delicious. But the beds.. I was having a hard time sleeping at night from the beds. Too firm, and pillows too poofy. Would have preferred a sleeping bag on a cot. Otherwise quite an excellent stay.

Took the boat tour of Antelope Canyon and the dam. It was okay. The crew was very nice. $50 per person seemed a bit high for what we got. The captain suggested a tip when we returned. Once is enough for this tour.

This place was terrible... no food options available after 10pm and the rooms were old and needed attention. Unbelievable the amount they charge for a run down motel. The only saving grace was that the pool was clean and pleasant. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

Very disappointing. Air conditioning is very loud and no wifi in the rooms. Even in the lobby the connection is slow. The hotel takes advantage of its monopoly. The location, however, is exceptional as the hotel overlooks the lake and the marina. Poor quality / price ratio.

Great views. Very dated but clean. We booked on thier website and when we checked in the walk-in rate was $60 less than thier "lowest online rate". Boat tour from hotel was great. We called several times before arrival and was told that every day of our stay was fully booked. Got up at 6:45 am to get a same day ticket. When we boarded boat is was less than 1/3rd full.

Very large and impersonal complex. Very popular with organized bus trips and therefore mass production. Rooms are small but well furnished. Half of the rooms face the parking lot. Air conditioning does its job but with the necessary noise. No lifts so carry suitcase to the first. Delightful swimming pools are much too small and therefore packed, not getting a seat by 4 pm. Check-in at 4 p.m. is very late and at 8.15 am housekeeping is already knocking on the door so don't forget to hang your card. In short, I don't recommend it.

If you are in a RV tour, do NOT trust the front desk. They give you wrong map and tell you to find your camping site number at the door . There s no door. No one knows where is your parking spot. Good luck.

No WIFI!! What hotel doesn't have functional WiFi? The front desk told me that "it's been down a few weeks and that if I want WiFi, I should go to the lobby". Staying here was a waste.

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful resorts we stayed at. The scenic views from the pool, restaurant and our room were simply breathtaking. If you are planning to stay at Page to visit the nearby area this can be your pick. There is $30 dollar park fee that you need to pay since the park is inside the national glen canyon park. The pass is valid for 7 days though.

It is a well maintained, beautiful hotel located with spectacular views of Lake Powell and the surrounding colored rock formations. The staff were professional and efficient. This is a place I would definitely return to!

I will agree with another reviewer, who said the location is good, but the service is terrible. We had three rooms. The suite was okay, but this isn't a luxury place to stay. The towels feel like sandpaper, there was dust all over the tv remote, and the glass doors leading from the sitting area to the beds had fingerprints all over it. The bathrooms are outdated and they, as well as the entire resort, needs updating and redecorating.
We had the kids staying in a two queen bedroom and a king room. They didn't clean the room, and the tv didn't work. We called down to the front desk when we got back that evening to ask them to fix the tv and take the garbage out. They told us they would send someone down, they never did. When we checked out, my husband complained to the lady at the front desk; she didn't even look up at us, she kept typing in the hotel charges and mumbled sorry. She wasn't interested to know that our stay was less than ideal.
None of the staff were friendly.
If we are paying these kinds of prices, the rooms should be cleaned, and the tv should work! I won't stay here again. There are other newer hotels up the way in Page. I would rather drive the five minutes it takes than stay here.

Easy, prompt check-in, room was lovely. Did not take the upgraded Marina or water view and was happy about that because we were able to access our room from parking lot through the sliding door. If you take a veiw room you will have to utilize the interior corridor to bring your things to your room. (This could take several trips in). Same with any 2nd floor room.

This place is definitely better than a hotel but I don't think it lives up to the name hotel. My experience was a bit disappointing if I'm honest. This is mostly due to a disconnect from expectation on my part and the reality of everything. We struggled to find food in the resort and had to go get fast food from outside. Our goal was to eat at the rainbow room. Kicker is, they require reservations? This fact would have been find had we known but, them taking reservations is not listed on their website (so ya that's awesome) the two other food facilities had a line of people waiting.

Stay somewhere else. The service at the grill was horrible and food average at best. The rooms are outdated and in need of repair. Our balcony was dirty and looked to have what appeared to be rat droppings. The staff is uninformed about the lake and no one I encountered seemed eager or pleasant to deal with.
