The hotel has a very nice location on the lake. The pool is with nice views. Everything is perfect except the German tourists. Unfortunately we had no chairs on the balcony. No request was made to us. Also on the please that we wanted to change the room because we had kacklacken in the room in the basement, we were again ignored, only on several requests someone came over. The statement was literal. "If we see more, let us know." The next day the woman at the front desk was very friendly and promised us that we would get the overnight reimbursed and arrange everything about our agency.
