Beautiful Marina with a view of the lake. Since the hotel is at the marina you have all the needed facilities. Ample parking area and there are some spots with tables so you can have a mini picnic if weather permits. Main area to take the boat for the canyons.

Stayed at the Wahweap motel. The place looks like a decent $50 motel, but wait the prices are over $200. Even so the room was dated and not clean. Service at the front desk was poor also. When I complained about the dirty room nothing was done. I did notice a large number of cock roaches by the entrance- but did not see any in my room. Best Western in Page was much better the second night.

Beautiful area. The marina is large and they have a few restaurants in the resort next to the marina. We camped and were happy with the facilities since they we're clean easy to use...bring quarters for showers.

Check in and out was very fast and we received the room we booked. The room was a standard hotel room and it was very clean and had all the amenities expected. The reason I chose this hotel was the amazing view and access to Lake Powell. The view from the room is outstanding and walking the grounds was even better. The pool and hot tub were open and they were great!

The drive through the Antelope Canyon itself was very nice. Until then, rather boring and the boat just turns around in the end. Really bad is the handling of the seats. There is officially a first come, first serve principle. We were an hour earlier and first there. But you get no information in advance exactly where it starts. Then suddenly all at point x must form a row to be photographed and exactly in the order of 50 - 100 men then chauffeured in 6-seater 100 meters to the marina.

We were only in the restaurant: it is covered with white, the service is friendly, the food is ok. But the view is fantastic. For this alone, the detour to the restaurant is worthwhile. Definitely not to be missed.

This place is wonderful! The staff is amazing, my room had a spectacular Lake view with a balcony, there are multiple pools, a large jacuzzi, three restaurants, and easy beach access. What else do you need? :)

Old building. No internet access in the room. Rooms were not cleaned with the excuse of COVID measures and this was not stated anywhere in the reservations. Pools and bars are closed again for COVID and this again is not stated anywhere when you do the reservation. You can really opt for cheaper options nearby

Booked a family trip here and it was pretty great. The room was pretty clean but the floor was heinous and could use a good cleaning (or replacing!) and there was one spot in the room that was SO SQUEAKY. We booked a "suite" because it was my husband and I, a 14 month old, 5.5 year old and Grandma. The baby slept in the room with the bed and that one squeaky spot was just terrible. The sofa mattress was... just a crappy sofa mattress, nothing special about that. It was inconvenient that the bathroom was located in the bedroom so grandma had to come into our space to go potty... which was frequently, trust me. Uneven flooring on the balcony but still a beautiful view. We ordered a crib with the room and it was straight up a pack n play style holder. That would have been ok had it been a comfortable version. There was a large bump in the middle from the support post and I felt so bad for my kid. I folded up the bed runner, and three beach towels before the bump was gone.

All in all it was a good time. I wish there was an easier way down to the beach from the rooms or even a golf cart offering rides down there. How great would this place be if there were gazebos and/or chairs down by the beach!

We stayed during the end of the off season. The service was nice and helpful, but the hotel was not very noise proof and we could hear all the other hotel guests walking around. That said, for 100 bucks a night it was good enough.

The service un the restaurant us a Little longer. WE wait aller the Time, it's nice for the meal but it's expensive (first 10/14$ and plate 34$). Cocktail un the bar is great 12$, verre great too 5$.

The room was good, but the amenities were not. The off-menu restaurant picks and chooses when to serve a buffet and the boat tours are too busy and overcrowded - we did get on, however it was such a busy boat, it didn't feel enjoyable.

My stay was absolutely fabulous we had an awesome time on the lake the water felt great except the water was very high which isn't bad by any means. The rooms were really nice and view was gorgeous and the gift shop was really awesome to look at and be in the weather was fabulous as well it was definitely a very enjoyable stay and I will gladly do it again.

Nice room with the exception of a sewer smell in the bathroom that was really strong in the lobby. Be prepared if you take a boat tour there is a long steep walk down to the boat and back up the hill. Only when I got there did they say anything about a ride back up the hill.

The boat tours are amazing. Good people. Lots to see. National monuments. Beautiful. Tip your boat crew. it's worth the trip to see Rainbow bridge. Or any other little tour. They have breakfast and dinner cruise also. Lots of people to meet from around the world visit there too.

Nice location, get a room with a lake view.... But I've given it 2 stars because if you go out for the day and expect to get a drink at the bar, or even some food when you get back just after 21:00 then forget it. Seriously no bar service past nine p.m ?? The place is remote so you don't want to drive out again just because there's no room service facility. Hint: stock pile your Starbucks pods that you get in your room because they could be your only source of hot drinks for the rest of the evening !!!! WiFi appears to be run by mice power, don't expect to upload any amazing views quickly.

I sunk a $7000 deposit into a houseboat rental 9 months ago. At the last moment (the day before the trip), a household member tested positive for COVID-19. I sent an email to Aramark attempting cancel, and 7 days later (after the trip was over!) I got an email saying they would not refund the deposit or even credit the deposit for a later date. 7 days late for an important email like this is absolutely unacceptable. And not allowing a credit (or some credit) for a later date is not fair. Attempting to call Aramark is also painful, and requires being on hold for about an hour.

My sister was able to go on the houseboat anyway, and found that the Aramark organization at the lake to be very disorganized. Simply finding the location of the rental office is difficult and requires asking multiple people.

Filthy room, hair on floor, numerous carpet stains, patio door did not lock, AC barely cooled, given room with parking lot view all for $245 on a Sunday night! Food services was poor, short on people, cafe that served Starbucks was out of most drinks. WAY overpriced. Would not recommend and will never return.

We stayed for 4 nights at their RV park. Staff and service was friendly. RV facility clean, pads level, utilities in working order. We visited the lobby at main resort and found it to be comfortable and relaxing.

Very disappointing we spent one night, there cleanliness of the rooms is not the rendezvous, the fridge is also forgotten in the household, no access to Wi-Fi in the rooms or home, to avoid with teenagers! !! Too bad the setting is beautiful and the exteriors are your well maintained. The disappointment is total is the level is not at the rendezvous road books type smart bison 2018 .... we are in 2019!

Lake Powell resort's service team is the most difficult team to work with along all the resort we been spoke to. We bought their advanced packages online and we understood it is non-refundable. Because there are issue with our vehicles so we can't drive it to there on time. We asked them whether they can move the reservation to another day, and several of their agents give us different answers and manager also didn't make the call to us as promised and rudely refused to do anything for it even nothing on their website states the reservation can not be moved to another date.

We are still planning to go to lake Powell some other time but with this team definitely we won't stay with them and recommend it to any of our friends.

This place has so much potential but it just fell short. It should NOT be called a resort as it definitely didn t feel like one from my experiences at other resorts. Way overpriced for what you re actually getting.
Negatives: the room we stayed in was completely outdated. Walls are incredibly thin so you can definitely hear your neighbors. Not even a microwave in the room.
Positives: Great views. Grounds were well maintained. Good location.
I would definitely just get an AirBNB next time or stay at the Marriott up the street.

Rooms were cozy, wifi was horrible, views were outstanding. During our stay we had to move rooms due to cleaning and maintenance, which was a huge inconvenience, and were made aware of this upon check-in.

This is a must see on your trip to Northern Arizona on the shores of Lake Powell. The boating adventure tour was a lovely experience on a gorgeous spring day. House boat rentals are available, A massive gift shop has a wonderful variety of items for even the finikiest shopper.

Impeccable rooms, the hotel is idyllically situated on a hill directly on Lake Powell, even a beach can be found directly below the hotel, in summer the huge lake is very warm and absolutely suitable for bathing. The panorama is overwhelming, the large hotel complex is surrounded by impressive nature, which is why it is a good 15 minutes by car to the next town. However, there are also small restaurants right on the hotel grounds. A large restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, as well as a sports bar can also be found directly in the hotel.

Went on a river cruise, which had excellent views. It was comfortable enough, although the upper deck had little shade from the sun, and the lower deck was air-conditioned but still too warm. The audio guide was interesting, although there were issues with the equipment and it distracted from the views.

My wife and I stayed two nights as part of our tour. Although we did not have a lake view our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were excellent and we walked the path to the Arizona/Utah border. Two special callouts, 1. We had dinner both nights at the Rainbow Room. The food was excellent but more importantly the chefs made the extra effort to make sure my wife allergies were handled. She had great meals without the fear of getting sick. 2. The gift shop. We bought a ton of stuff here because the selection was huge and the pricing fair. We even had Navaho pottery shipped to our home in SC. Overall, would recommend.
