The service of the people was just ok. They didn t really care we spent money with them. They didn t really look like they cared for their job. The room was ok. The floors were somewhat clean but they definitely could have been in better shape. The beds were hard as a rock. Need new mattresses. The bathroom was like 1/4 filled with their complimentary soaps. No body wash. No toilet paper. Wish the room had a microwave. Wifi in the rooms was very poor. Had to call for a plunger and it took them a half hour to show up. I had too actually go look for one. Expensive place to stay at for mediocre service. It s very beautiful place for scenery but you could probably stay at a nicer hotel up the road in Page, Az.

it is just not worth it. why stay here if you can stay somewhere else for two nights? I know lake Powell is awesome, but it is not owned by this property. just simply come anywhere nearby at day time, or have dinner here to enjoy the night view. it is cold outside and there is no jacuzzi here, so don't need to get the access to the pool area. BTW, I would recommend lake Tahoe rather than this one.

My husband and I couldn't sleep. The noise of the air conditioner is dizzying and unnerving, it feels like being on a ship, we tried to turn off the air conditioner but we died of heat and from our room we could hear the equally loud noise of the other rooms. Never slept so badly, I pay for a structure to sleep and I CAN'T shut my eyes because the resort doesn't spend any money to put decent conditioners? What a shame, I absolutely don't recommend it. Painful.

Room was clean and it faced marina. Rooms do not have microwave. Location of this resort is best in the whole town as it is in Glen nation park area. Swimming pool area in open gives amazing backdrop. Slightly expensive for its quality but worth the location!

Gorgeous view of the lake from our balcony. We had a wonderful dinner at the resturant which has panoramic views of the lake. Do note the $35 park entrance fee if you stay here, they do accept senior passes that get you in free to all national parks.

I thought the property was perfectly okay for a 3 star hotel, however charging $200/night while all other hotels in the area were $80/night made me thing there must be some amenities that are worth the extra $.
Hotel beds were so uncomfortable and the rooms in general extremely outdated. The people seem nice that work there but nothing else to write home about.

We stayed here and checked out early, the beds were horribly soft (cheap), the buildings make college dorms look like 5 star accommodations, and it's simply too aged for 2019. I'll never go back here to stay.

Little charming hotel
Of no interest
It is better to book a much cheaper and more comfortable hotel 10km from the lake with more choice of restaurants in the evening

This was a great place to stay! Loved the views of the lake. The restaurant was really good. Facilities were nice and clean. More staff would have been helpful and more pool areas for the resort would have been nice.

Unfortunately we only visited this place for one day on our trip to America because we were passing through. It was picturesquely beautiful and just great. We were not here for the last time.

There was a stunning view from our room and it was the perfect location in proximity to boating activities and the nearby town for dining. The breakfast was exceptional, and the waitress was very helpful and kind. They have a nice gift shop which is a little pricey, but nothing I wouldn't expect for a place like this.

Recently remodeled, beautiful views of Lake Powell and good restaurants. Wifi is only available in the lobby and is not available anywhere else. Cell service switches between towers in AZ and Utah so the time is often incorrect due to different time zones.

Nice place to stay as a base for Page's surroundings: Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Dam ... The rooms could be better cared for and the staff a little more friendly, but the biggest flaws are mainly 2: there is no decent shop or restaurant nearby and the property does not organize any excursions

Awful. Town of Page is lame. Unique views are it s saving grace. And to top it off they actually gave us room 666!! Should have gone to a beach resort somewhere. I can say I ve been to Lake Powell but I won t be back.

Pretty resort but some improvements in quality would be appreciated. Towels and toilet paper were like sandpaper and shower was made for a midget. We were declined service at the coffee bar at 410pm staying they closed at 4pm, even though the server had immediately just served the person in front of us...

Hot tub continues to be below the skimmer (not filtering anything off the top, so hot tub is dirty) even after 3 days of telling front desk. Very Dark at night and I have 4 girls, and the night lights around our bldg weren t on, and worker gave me weird excuse about the light rule, but the next night they were on. Lazy worker I guess....but not very safe as there are no parking lot light etc. one day our room lady left a note saying there were Persia l belonging so she couldn t make our bed. We only had a personal blankets and some pillows on them. Ha. Fitness center is a c- at best. Key cards do not work. Had to go get new keycards every time we came back to the hotel. Such a pain. Internet is absolutely the worst part about this place. Cell service doesn t work good so you have to rely on the Internet and it s very very slow and most of the time you can t get on the network. We live in the age of high speed internet and they get people from all over the world. You would think they could fix this issue. Overall, it was a place to lay your head and take a shower but that is it. I would never come back.

Pretty nice location if want to be near the marina and great views of the lake. Paid for top view Room and got one above mechanical equipment and a view of the restaurant roof. Manager resisted providing a 10% discount for our two rooms but eventually did. Most of the service personnel - waitresses, check-in clerks, had difficulty communicating in ENGLISH. Food orders were wrong, etc. Next time I would stay in Page and just visit the park.

Beware of the Marina, we did a stay and Boat Rental package, the boat was at-least 25 years old and looks like it s never been cleaned. Then they tell you where it s safe to go and beach the boat but the boats have no depth finder so you have no idea how deep the water is. I went where they told us to go and beached the boat in soft sand, when we got back to the marina they said I damaged the prop and charged me $225. I ve owned a boat for 20 years and never bent a prop these things must be made of tin, and $225 to replace it?? The boat wasn t worth $225!! After we got back to the resort we talked to another couple and the same thing happened to them so this must be their business practice. DO NOT RENT A BOAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!

All the amenities that would make a marina great. The store is small but has a variety of options. The drawback is that it caters to tourist that want to see the area without really experiencing the desert. Real adventures will stop in to fill up their fuel and water at the beginning and end of their trip.

Very nice been a few years since I've been out that way. Like everything else it has doubled and tripled in size. More people, more noise.. but still very beautiful place worth staying the night.

This resort is the least accommodating hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the woman working the front desk played solitaire on her phone until she realized a party standing in front of her for longer than 10 seconds. She was polite and apologized; however, she failed to mention a reservation was needed for dinner in the restaurant. We show up to the restaurant as a party of two, and are told we are unable to be sat without a reservation. Understandable, but there were roughly 20 open tables which were visible to us. Would not be a real problem if the manager did not tell us there were no open tables two minutes prior. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it is a shame the manager was unwilling to accommodate us after we spent $60 on at the bar/grille in the early afternoon. They managed to give us a room with a great view of the parking lot, though the resort was empty and there were plenty of lake-view rooms available.

I would love to see this place in operation during peak season because if it resembles any of the service, or lack thereof, we received it will be out of business in no time at all.

For the price, the only notable aspect was the location. The room quality was equivalent to a motel with fly ridden rooms and cheap toiletries. The view and thr food at the restaurant, however, were quite nice.

We stopped here on the way to Vegas from the Grand Canyon. Nice little resort with comfortable rooms. The color contrast is just amazing between the red rocks and the sapphire blue water. Great Watersport activities and there is a nice live music restaurant just nearby

Booked a a "sightseeing tour" of Lake Mead at about 7PM. My wife unexpectedly woke up ill the next morning and I called to cancel as soon as their business office opened at 8am. Ginny gave me static about I cannot cancel tour unless greater than 24hrs. It was only about 11 hours since I had booked so why she would not cancel? Needless to say I have disputed the 78.00 with AMex and will not pay it.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are old. The mattresses are terrible. You have to scrunch down in the shower so as not to hit your head on the shower head. Could use a bulldozer and then a real hotel could be built for what they charge for the rooms. Overpriced for sure!

Clean rooms, spacious Jr Suite, no elevators, we were on second floor. 2 pools, my complaint would be with who we booked room with. We were told indoor heated and out door heated pools. No indoor pool. Little spendy week of April 15th. Short drive to Page, next to Lone Rock. Restaurants on premises. Didnt look to have greatest ratings so we opted to eat in Page. All in all not bad. Remodeled recently. Has mini fridge, coffeemaker, bring your cream and sugar. Hope this helps.

The view is absolutely stunning. However, the rooms are hardly cleaned. Our first room had hair covered in the tub and the bathroom sink was grimy and covered in dust. We went to the front desk to ask to see another room, the guy was kind but really didn t seem to care about the issue. The second room was better but still hardly cleaned. There was dust everywhere and all surfaces just felt weird. We went back AGAIN to find another room and finally we found a room that had actually been cleaned. I really enjoyed Lake Powell overall, but the rooms I mean common. You would think for a resort the rooms would at least be clean and the staff would at least act as though they cared.

It was pretty convenient if you're going to Lake Powell. Just disappointed that our coffee machine has a used coffee pod in it. And the mini fridge isn't working well. Our water didn't get too cold.

The hotel is resting a bit too much on the sensational location. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The rooms themselves are old and in need of renovation. The good location does not justify the exaggerated prices. In Germany and Austria you would get a good 5 star hotel with at least breakfast. No meals included here. Hotel just because of the location and the view still just recommendable ...

The views are amazing, the Antelope Canyon tour was gorgeous, the sun was setting. The shadows on the colored rocks and the reflection off the water was beautiful. They let us reschedule our tour after we went to the wrong marina and would not be able to make it to the tour before the boat left. The later tour had openings. It was a very pleasant experience.

It's run by Aramark, so everything is "cafeteria quality". Expect no frills, even with the higher price point. We had a lakeside room with a gorgeous view of Lake Powell so that's the trade off I suppose. Pic attached is the view from our first floor room.
