Great place to stay in Page. If you are planning Horshoebend visit then this hotel can be a good option

We had an amazing time at the hotel and would like to come back again.
There was a little disappointing details:
Toilet in the lobby is not cleaned well - stinks pretty bad, You can smell it at the souvenir store and at the front desk
Another thing - little cafe in the main lobby is understaffed, person leaves for "15 minutes" and You have to wait for the breakfast around 40 minutes.
Those little things are disappointing but still will not turn me away from the place.
Really bad thing happened in Drift Wood cafe or restaurant or what ever it is called.
We have two daughters 9 and 11 years old and were having a dinner all together on November 20th - Me my wife and kids. While waiting for the food kids went out and had some time outside - around the fireplace.
After 10 minutes they came back inside. On their way back they were "running'. Nothing crazy - no one of visitors of the restaurant noticed that.
I didn't see that, and I had been watching them. I might miss it, but if that happened - there was nothing crazy.
So minute after kids got to the table this gentleman came to us and told us that if he sees our kids running again - he'll ask us to leave. The way it was said was very rude, he was not talking to us - we were yelled at, he didn't introduce himself, just turned around and left.
I already got a bad taste in my mouth and did want to stay there any more, but after talking to my wife we've decided to stay and wait for our food. I asked our waiter person - who is that gentleman, and he said - that is the manager.
When I got the check I gave my CC to the waiter and asked him that I wanted to talk to the manager.
When he came he was acting as he was PERFECT and was not there to service us, We were there to service him. I told him that he made us feel very unwelcome and that was rude what he said. We had never had anyone making any comment about our kids before. Our kids always behave well on public. And even if they did somethig wrong there was more polite way to let us know. I wanted him to apologize at least.
But he kept talking down to us and told us that he does not care if we file the complaint with the place directory. His name was Yoonki Na.
I am at customer service myself and know what means - customer oriented management. Yoonki Na can not be called customer oriented.
There was no attempt from him to satisfy us at all. This is not the way to treat your customers!!!
Waiter Russel was great and got his tips regardless.
I think Mr. Yoonki Na haven't spent enough time in waiters shoes and can't manage place like that.

Still consider this resort as a place for our next family vacation.....

Nice ramp. I was surprised the price for an electrical hookup stall is over 50 dollars a night plus you have to pay to use their shower.

I went to Lake Powell for a family vacation. I have been vacationing in Lake Powell for 23 years. It's one of my favorite places in the world (I have traveled to many placed in the world)! We have boats and stay in tents on the beach and we frequent both the Wawheep Marina as well as the Antelope Point Marina. Lake Powell is a breathtaking place with lots to do. One can rent ski boats, house boats and other water craft at the marinas. If you have never been, I highly recommend making Lake Powell your next vacation spot!

Very nice and interesting the 1h30 boat tour. Coffee, water and lemonade are offered during the trip. Audio guide also in Italian.

Great restaurant. Starbucks brewed coffee on site. Lake tour was nice with plenty of open air seats and closed seating out of sun, if desired.

Just a beautiful place to be. The check in staff was great. We were upgraded to lake view and it was the best. Not a far drive to town and Horseshoe Bend. Thanks from Toronto!

The best place and good view, specially on the summer

It is also good for sightseeing on Lake Powell. However, the distance down the road is a little sloppy when you come back and it can be tough. There is also antelope marina, so you can choose between two places.

My daughter and I recently stayed here for 3 nights on their "stay 2 nights get the 3rd free.
We were assigned a room on the second floor, I will warn others there are no elevators at least not that I saw.
The refrigerator was cool but not cold, turned the temperature as cold as it would go but after 24hrs still not any colder.
Upon arriving in our room there was no toilet paper, I found someone from housekeeping and we were good to go.
We had the foresight to bring extra K- cups for the coffee maker and it was a wise decision to do so as their housekeeping services were limited due to the COVID-19.
Upon checking out we were astonished to receive the bill for $220 per night (with the 3rd night free) for a grand total of $510. Understandable that this place is a lovely resort on the lake but next time we will stay in Page where the rate will be cheaper.

Worst Resort I've ever seen. In our first room the toilet was dirty, dead flies sticking on the lamps, pillows were dirty and the cupboard was broken and could not be opened. We asked for a new room immediately. The second room was sort of okay, but we then cleaned it for ourselves and did not let in anyone from the housekeeping crew for our entire stay. The rooms and corridors look rank and old. There was also no Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby! When we left we realized that the doorlock to our balcony, which we had not used, was broken, so that anybody could have entered the room from outside! What a bad, horrible and disgusting experience! Avoid this at all costs!

What a great location to relax and unwind. The lake views are beautiful.

Spacious resort. Rooms in line with expectations. Fabulous Lake with a walk that starts from the resort and get one hand to the two marinas, at least I will have two views. From the other side of almost to the dam. A place to holiday for those who love peace, the lake and the boat tours or better given the size of the lake would rather ship.

They charged me $100 for boat credit but didn't apply towards the boat tour. They didn't even tell me during check-in or check out.. it's easy to pocket $100 bucks and I don't expect these type of fraud in a resort... Also the rooms are average and the only value here is the location and view.

Lake Powell Hotel is a nice hotel on pictures but in real life it is vermin in the room, very unfriendly staff, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Going as the tour group.Having the boat tour and dinner here. you still have to pay the 100 dollars entrance fee !

World slowest wifi!!! Rooms are clean. Pool not so much. View is amazing.

Resort is inside Glen Canyon National Recreation Area therefore you need to pay a $30 entrance fee which is good for a week. Property consists of numerous 2 story buildings around Lake Powell. Unless you want to have a view of the parking lots, make sure to book a lake view room. There are 3 restaurants in the resort. All a tad pricey but expected. Our room was in the corner so our "lake view" wasn't as impressive as I had hoped. Still, it was clean and comfortable. You can book boat tours in the main lobby. The Canyon tour was worth the $75 price tag. For land tours and other activities, you can drive into town which takes about 20 minutes. My only complaint was there are too many lights around the property at night. They prevent you from proper viewing of the night sky.

Really nice interior and the staff let us check in early. The place has a nice pool, jacuzzi, and a gas fire pit.

The place is beautiful .. The boat trip a bit disappointing

I did my reservation on line and states that WiFi is free and available wish is only in the lobby, when I got there the front desk personnel was very rude , the rooms are very small for the price it suppose to be a 3 star hotel but it's really one start hotel , we call for a tooth brush and they could not provide one for us there's no customer service at all the restroom by the swimming pool it was extremely dirty and the door was super hard to open , you have to wrestle to open it, not very nice

Room was dirty, trash left behind from previous guests. Left garbage outside our room so it stunk for several hours. No coffee pods. We paid $240 for one night in a dirty stinky room. Will not be getting my business in the future. Complained and the front desk and they did nothing. Breakfast looked like processed eggs. Will not stay here again.

Boat ride up slot canyon. Too many people on tour boats, can't move around.

I signed up for the dinner cruise. Ordered steak beforehand but forgot to specify doneness. So I got a well done.

I am disabled and on a Dr, ordered special diet. I have to eat my own food. When making reservations, I made sure our room had a microwave. When we arrived today, I found this not to be the case. I reported this to the front desk. There was ZERO compassion, compensation.. nothing to fix the problem. I took a huge risk even coming, knowing I could bring my food was my reason for attempting this visit. There are no words to how mu husband and o feel right now.. Hundreds of dollars wasted..we'll HAVE to return home early.. What a shame..

Location had a great view. They don't offer room service. The restaurants close pretty early at 9pm. They do allow pets for a fee which is great. I found a big water bug and a spider lurking in our bathroom. Also there is a national park fee to get into Glen canyon rec area to reach the resort, which I never saw advertised on any of the resort literature or their website.

Excellent experience renting houseboats from Wahweap. They really know what they're doing and have always been very accommodating. That's why we keep coming back. That and Lake Powell is awesome!!!

Went on a boat tour, Canyon Adventure, which took 2:30 hours. It was amazing, the captain/guide was very good and the service was too notch!

I stayed in an RV lot and only went inside to check in. Even on labor day, the service was quick, and the whole place was cleanner than my house(which is saying a lot.).

It was a scenic and unusual place.
I like to stay here to get to Rainbow Bridge.

Wonderful! We spent the night in the hotel and the day on the lake. The employees are kind and considerate and the service is exactly as both needed and expected!

If you want to be near Lake Powell instead of Page, the city, this is the place. So scenic and near the boat tours (which we took). The manager was good enough to find us a long enough site for our 40' and a trailer which had a great view. Side by side parking with the other one going in the opposite direction on the driver's side then some grass and distance from the passenger side site so we got to know the close neighbors. We also had a lot of desert next to us for good dog walking. Nice walking and biking trails as well. Office and shop were extensive and service at the counters was prompt and efficient. Bathroom could have been a tad cleaner. WiFi was good. Book early, they fill up.

We'd booked for three nights and checked out after two, wishing we'd not stayed that long. To be charitable, it s only slightly above Day s Inn quality.

We had wanted a nice dinner and it appeared the best option in the area was the Rainbow Room at the hotel but we discovered it was a buffet! After checking out the Wahweap Grille grill, which is essentially fast food and Latitude 37 at the marina, which involved catching a golf cart shuttle, we settled on the&^%$# buffet.

Our waitress, Abby, was great but meal SUCKED. Choices were limited and food was bland and dried out. We chocked it down but did have a nice bottle of wine with which to drown our sorrows. The manager stopped by to ask about our meal and I described it as horrific . He didn t seem at all surprised and offered to comp the meal.

I will confess that the boat tour was nice but I'm sure we could have had an equal one anywhere else.

wi fi only in the lobby AND it's not safe, not password protected. If u are in ur room you better have ur data ,wi fi won't reach passed Lobby area.

Sheets were reused from the previous day. Trash on floor of our "clean room". When we arrived at 4 for check in we were told that no rooms were clean and to come back later. The room was dirty, the view was nice but was it worth $200? No, no it was not.

I had to give this place one star because it was the least I could give but if I could I would rate it a negative. The amounts of issues I had with this place was unbelievable. Their service is horrible! Of course, the scenery is beautiful though. My mother & I needed a shuttle. There was NEVER one available. Sometimes we would go ask and they would say after a certain time. Other times it would be we currently don't have one available. Others it would be that only after MDW. Nobody was on the same page. Another thing is they were supposed to upgrade us to another room. Of course we were super happy and grateful. Now once we got in the room it was the same one we had initially gotten. I didn't understand why even mention it. They DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS WELL. Notice the dust on top of the tv, on top of the counters, and on the tissue box. Ok, amongst MANY other disappointments, the moral of this story is THIS RESORT IS THE WORST. A guide told us that the locals know very well that this resort is horrible. Just the tourists aren't aware. Outside of the resort, our trip was AMAZING. Definitely visit Page and surrounding areas but be aware, you're better off renting a car than getting a taxi everywhere because everything is SUPER far.

Resort was very nice but if you eat there, don't order a pizza! Yuck!

Fantastic views, excellent food and very good wines. Rooms are also very nice with a view of the lake.

Rooms are nice, but there is no elevators to second floor. You have to carry all your luggage up stairs. Lobby is somewhat small and usually very crowded!

Terrible experience. Paid premium dollar for luxury houseboat. Our family of 8 waited for 6 HOURS on the pier waiting for our boat to be ready. No one did so much as to offer us a bottle of water for our wasted day. No money back, no extra day or authentic apology. We called management and..... nothing!!! The Lake is beautiful no doubt but don t waste your money or time enjoying it on a houseboat. Our luxury boat was in poor condition, cobwebs, leaking ceilings, refrigerator without shelves, batteries that didn t start. Thank goodness we brought tools and had handy men with us!

Went on the lake for a weekend. Very good time! Didn't stay at any resort but was a great place and an awesome time!

Ants in my bathroom, wifi signal working for 1 minute and then 5 minutes of no connection, room was not cleaned properly, found dirt and empty skittles bag, outdated room, no maintenance for years I suppose. Horrible experience

If you go, do not miss the views of the sunrise from the jetty. A normal resort, with high prices, but very correct in everything.

A wonderful place, a huge reserve to visit absolutely.
Above all, the sunset that can be observed outside Moab on the border between Arizona and Utah is very fascinating, an experience not to be missed.
The lake is huge and to think that it is an artificial lake, but everything seems to be outside that built by man.
Highly recommended

This place feels and looks old.
The furniture is outdated and there is a strong smell of cleaning products.
I didn't really like this place.

For anyone traveling on Lake Powell I strongly recommend this Marina with a beautiful view of the lake. Also from this place it is possible to go on numerous boat trips. The rooms are clean and well organized offering a magnificent view of the lake and large parking lots. The town also offers numerous possibilities and alternatives to the local restaurant. In particular, a place that mainly makes barbecues even takeaways. Unfortunately it is located about fifteen minutes from the Marina leaving the town. Not remembering the name, I can tell you that in front of the room there are two huge barbecues that look like steam trains. And that the outdoor tables were made under a canopy of an old gas station.

Basically dorm rooms, hard beds, very outdated amenities, restaurants are low quality at high price, to top it off we had ants in our room. You are paying for the view (which is beautiful). Just be aware of what you are paying for so your expectations are met.

The marina is quite nice.
Get you one of these sport boats and make a tour on the lake.
Dont forget to take a tube as it is quite entertaining wiht your kids and family. The water is always clear and warm and boating pretty relaxing. You should try as well one of these house boats. I could do it for weeks on the lake. By the way forget about reaching the other end excep taou have the sportboat for 2 days. enjoy it it a real nice place. my kids are still talking about even if it was 2013 when I was there. Quite hot that year with 48 celsius / 118 Fahrenheit.

Would be great for a destination getaway but not budget friendly for just over night. Beautiful resort!

Very beautifull!! Great service and fantastic scenery.

Room was nasty. Dirty sheets. Had boogers on them and left over eaten food under bed.

Hotel is kind of old. It has an over crowded lobby which can get jam packed at afternoon checkin. Restaurant is overpriced. I don't recall a resort fee on the bill which is a plus. They also have low priced rooms. Don't trust their website. Shows prices that that are not available. Ended up scrambling on drive to the place when realized room was not booked. Luckily got room, though had to change after first night, service included moving our stuff to new room. Will likely stay outside park w many new hotels. Park fee is good for 7 days so no in and out prices.

Not impressed with the quality of accommodations and there operation very poor.
