I had to go get a pcr because I returned to my country the next day and they demanded it, I arrived at 6 in the morning, there was a fairly long queue, inside everything was very organized, the staff was very friendly at 8 was outside , something that is not so out of the ordinary, and the most important thing for me, the result was given to me that same afternoon, that is, very fast.

This place is very well equipped and medical staff is superb however the Customer Service, administration people are extremely RUDE and insensible with patients. If you need to go there PLEASE prepare your heart, mind and good manners to block whatever you see or experience. Get your results and do not bother to say "thank you".

I needed to do some allergy and other general tests and this laboratory was recommended to me. It was right in front where I was staying. Price was higher than the locals since I had no insurance but the service at the receiption was efficent. It was easy to check the results online but it took longer than promised. It would also be better if they include a doctor opinion on how to deal with certain results that are out of range.

We have had to wait .. but very friendly staff. Professionalism is appreciated in these difficult times for all.
