I should have seen all the previous comments. I understand the actual situation, but they make you wait for hours in a row with no information/organization at all.

I stayed more than 1h30 just to deliver samples that should be in refrigerator.
And the reception lady's attendance was terrible.

On top of that, a person with 5 or more relatives started a scene and they passed in front of all people in line.
If there is a waiting policy, no matter what the reason, everyone should follow it. Or is this how it works in this lab? Who makes a scene has priority?

I felt disappointed. This place is a totally mess.
