They use school bus for blue mountain tour, also it doesnt has where to put your backpack. It s dirty and cold.

Very nice reception! When i went to buy the ticket for the Niagara falls' tour, they let me buy the ticket even though they had already closed. Also, they kindly explained me the details of the tour and they offered me free water. I wish all the tour companies were as friendly as TNT. I strongly recommend that you plan your tour with this company for its low prices, high performance, and for their kindness.

i enjoyed the trip but my tour guy got kind of mad easily and had a slightly short temper and gave one guy the middle finger which is very VERY offensive in Quebec, which is where we went. 10/10 would suivez moi again.

The tour was ok.
The bus was a disaster! We were sick for a week or had headaches for several days. 1 1/2 hrs draft because you could not close the windows properly. Who sat by the window, it got even worse. It was cold.

The TNT agency was in contact with my school on site and I was able to have many prizes for doing a large number of activities. The staff is really very welcoming and friendly they really try to help you if they can, the places I could have to go to see hockey or basketball games I would remember all my life so much the atmosphere there was great. At first I may have been afraid to go alone but a worker was there to help and everything went very well.

Bad customer service, terrible with problem solving and they do not ever care about customers only about making money.
