I chose this clinic because of the recommendations and the speed, but I am extremely unhappy with you.

3 days ago I had a PCR for having symptoms, you assured me that the next day I would have the results and you gave me an urgent request. 3 days later I am still without them, you even assured me that you work 7 days a week 24 hours a day, that I would not worry. I still haven't heard from you and you don't work on Sundays. It seems to me an absolute shame that after paying for a PCR that is not cheap at all, you play with people like that.

What do you give preference to people who traveled on the bridge? Because it's the first thing they asked me when they wanted to take the test. Nooo gentlemen, for having symptoms and giving a quick solution to avoid infecting more people. Opt for you not to wait for 3 days, pay for it and nobody knows anything. You send an email and they don't answer you either.
