The experience has been disastrous. They have us standing on the street waiting, fasting for more than 1 hour (why can't they make an appointment ???). When we walked in, more waiting time after being served by an unkind person. They tell us that the results will be on Monday but on Thursday they have not notified us yet and I have had to change the appointment with the doctor. I call on the phone repeatedly and no one answers until finally, in the afternoon, someone answers and tells me that they are late in one of the tests (could they not advise?). The results arrive late Thursday. Days later I discover that I have spent 14 euros calling 902 just to speak with an answering machine! I am not going back.
