We went with my family to have the swab done because we had tickets to travel to Greece.
The laboratory has not met the stipulated deadlines, and worse still has not responded to any of the inquiries made by email and by phone.
When I finally receive the results of the tests (outside the agreed term) I look at them and the personal data was wrong, a total take on the hair.
It is important to clarify that they have a toll phone, for which you pay extra for every second of your call while the computer keeps you with music to repeat throughout the morning that all its lines are busy.
Thanks to the failure of this laboratory, we have lost our plane tickets and hotel reservations for more than 2,000 euros.
