Unfortunate attention and organization, the worst ...
Unfortunate attention and organization, the worst I've seen, and they have no shame or shame when it comes to wasting your time.
It is clear that I will not return.
Short version:
Embarrassing, lack of manners, lousy organization, treatment of the unfortunate patient.
Argued version:
My specific case (in addition to what has been previously introduced) is that, in addition to having to wait for the usual (1 hour or more where the more than painful organization and poor management of resources can be seen), I called and they told me that it was not necessary appointment. When you arrive and take (among the crowd of people for the 2 or 3 receptionists there are) you take a number that you see will be your turn in 2021.
So watching the panorama I approach and ask a quick question, I tell him if it is possible and if he does not care. It turns out that I didn't have the clinic flyer for my test, I ask him if I better come with him at another time or I hope they can do it to me.
Your first question is: Previous appointment? DO NOT! Of course not ... you told me no ... The first one, on the forehead. Very "good" (sarcasm) telephone attention if ...
We continue for bingo ... What proof is it and blah blah blah ... Have you fasted? Yes, of course, everything you indicated in the mail .... Well, take an appointment number ... AH! perfect ... I'll wait 40 more minutes ... everything is for the test ... (and not lose another day).
After about 45 minutes waiting, it finally touches me. Another receptionist ... I explain the case and tells me that no, they can not do the test, do not even bother to contrast what they say between them and NOT A LOT an apology! (What is that about apologizing?) It seems that the girl (madam?) wants to find a way out and starts asking me: What if I know what it is. I say yes, I explain the proof it is. And he tells me that ... that they can't do it to me and that he doesn't know exactly what the test is (but without the doctor's wheel he put even less than I explained!) Total: that to get rid of me he tells me that without the steering wheel there is nothing to do, and that I can risk taking the test, if I think I know what it is ... that I do it but I pay it, and that if I want my money back, I have to go With the steering wheel another day. We'll see. So why don't I go straight to the wheel and do the test that day?
Embarrassing and that you go for mutual. You don't find this in social security.
