Take note of other reviews about your last payment...

Take note of other reviews about your last payment if you pay it off. I paid off my loan, the auto pay still took out another payment. I called 1 day after that auto pay. Not helpful have to wait till it clears. OK 3 more calls (too much BS to describe) over a few weeks with nothing but contradictions. Nearly a month I called to talk to a supervisor, guess what? They sent a check to a PO box I haven't had for three and a half years. They verified the address and personal information before they talk to you each time I called for ID (BTW not that old address). So why send it somewhere else? The supervisor is overnighting a check, where I live mail come via horseback (joking, a rural slow delivery area) so I will have to wait another 3-5 days. Very unprofessional Service!

If there was a 0 star I would give them that. My account was supposedly set up through automatic payment with the help of a customer service agent. I get a call 2 months later from a collections agent saying they have a payment due that has been turned over to them, that is my payment plus almost $900. Called this company and asked what happened, and supervisor told me that it somehow didn't get set up but they had all my billing info?? He told me it was my responsibility to check to make sure that it had been completed and not just assume it got done correctly and they are not going to do anything to correct it. Absolute joke and will make sure everyone I know will never buy a Kubota again. But I am glad this happened now before I bought a KX080 and another SVL95 and my dad bought a M7 and I can tell you that they for sure just lost those.

They have to be the worst Corp to deal with. It s the 21st century and they only take checks or money orders....what an ancient way of paying for things. I should have bought a Deere, the headache you deal with when trying to make a payment isn t worth the 0% they offered to finance with them. Absolutely the worst customer service and options available or the consumer.. had I known how hard they would be to deal with I would have passed or used other financing institutions. Pass on kabota and buy a Deere, way better service

My husband bought a zero turn last May of 2019. We were spent excited. After the first month every thing went downhill. We started receiving phone calls and letters saying we were late would we mind doing a payment over the phone. We did that time. He was very pushy and demanding. The harassment kept coming. I would mail a payment and they would say they never received it. It was and still is a very frustrating experience. At the first of this year I mailed a payment and they actually held it for 2 1/2 months before depositing it. Now I owe charges to the bank as well as Kubota. There aren't 2 people who work for this company that knows what is going on. They are a serious joke. I've been in Customer service for over 30 years and I've not ever encountered such disregard for the customer. Do not do business with this company. I'm going to John Deere.

HORRIBLE customer relations.... my husband & I have spent around $50 - $ 60,000 over the past number of years.... many business purchases.... !!! the book keeper for my new business missed setting up payments & dinged 4 hits on my credit..... after TYPING A LETTER, explaining what happened & asking for any possible type of credit reprieve I was denied
And my score took a major hit. She then set up a long series of auto drafts & it was never late again... Now, many months later & the debt is nearing payoff, she did not set up auto draft & I have a 30 day late report once again.... once again, unlike other companies I do business with, Kubota has not rewarded a long time client family name with a goodwill gesture. Moral of this story? Fire your book keeper for such a punishing oversight & pick a better company to do business with !!!
I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Bought a zero turn from my local dealer...great experience with them, and the mower performs well. That's where the positive part ends, unless you pay for the mower in cash that is. Dealing with Kubota Credit has been a joke. Upon purchase, told that I'd be receiving my payment coupon book shortly....yeah, never happened and have received only late payment and repossess notifications. We already sent in the first payment, but today receive a letter in the mail with that payment notice with due date for July, with the letter dated in August, but received in October. Wow. If they spent a quarter of the time involved with sending the incorrect late notices, etc. as they could with printing the coupon book, that'd be great. Combine that with the rude responses you get when you actually get thru to a live person, and you get the point here. "Establish an online account", "Your responsibility to figure out how to pay", etc. Those are the responses you get...instead of "Thanks for your purchase, your coupon book is going to print, and we'll get it to you shortly - sorry for the inconvenience".... Great Job KCC!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. they didn't send payment info for 10 weeks. then told me I missed my payment and there is a late charge. I didn't know payment date payment amount or where to send payment. they said they mailed it out but I could see the post mark dated 10 weeks late.

I then signed up for automatic withdrawal so I would never be late. on the paperwork it says keep making regular payments until they notify me it has been accepted. they cashed my check on the sept 29th for October payment. I had set the automatic withdraw on the 6th. they then took another payment out on oct 13th saying I didn't pay October. this is Fraud, they can not just take out payments whenever they want.

Careful on your last payment. If on auto pay, they send you a message stating you have to call in arrange the final payment. When you do, not only does that payment come out but the auto payment as well. Duplicate payment! It is then up to you to prove it took place. They will not show it processing twice. And they inform you it can take up to 30 days or more to get your money back!

Zero stars are warranted for the process this companies employee's treat customers.
I purchased a tractor from local dealer which offered attractive financing via KCC. The KCC has been deliquent in providing information and payment booklet, which they blame on Covid. I made payment as prescribed ( early in fact) and then received multiple calls regarding overdue payment. When checked into, I got copies of the check deposited into KCC citibank account but apparently not credited to my account. When presenting copies to KCC to show payment, they said they "would look into it."
I have since received calls daily regarding overdue payment! Each time rehashing the above to which I am told we'll make a note on the account. But yet the calls persist.
I've since called KCC to speak with a supervisor to get this issue settled and guess what; I get the same " we'll look into it" response as well as a load of attitude that "we're doing what we can to look into it". Really?
Never once an " I'm sorry for your inconveince" or similar response.
It seems no one in the KCC organization is capable of providing valid customer service or crediting the proper account with payment they received without an internal investigation.
As my first experience with Kubota, it has not been a good one so far and I doubt I would ever do business with them again, nor recommend anyone one else do business either.
Shameful customer service!
Should have gone with John Deere.

After having paid off a Kubota tractor several months ago, I found several payments still going out from my bank to them.

I called Kubota and complained, and it turned out it was a bank mistake, NOT Kubota! I had entered a single star for the review above, and I have changed it to 5 stars.

This could very well be the worst experience I hav...

This could very well be the worst experience I have ever had with a credit company and I am 63 years old. In July I purchased a tractor, RTV, and zero turn mower from Lansdowne-Moody, the exclusive Kubota dealer in my area. Although I noted early on that the KCC website was at least 10 years behind the technology curve, everything was fine with the tractor and mower and I set them up for automatic payments. They even sent old-school payment coupon books for those two units even though I did not use them.
For whatever reason, the RTV was not listed in the KCC site and I could not add it manually. Additionally, no coupon book was provided. To be on the safe side, I made my first payment through my bank's billpay and assumed all would be well. 30 days later, I got a rather curt call from KCC collections that I was more than 30 days past due and subject to late charges if I did not make immediate payment. They demanded two payments. Upon protesting, the clerk pulled my records and noted that payment had been made by my bank electronically, but advised me that KCC had no way of crediting electronic bank payments to the account so the money was just sitting there in a "locked" state, whatever that is. I made two payments with the assurance that the "locked" payment would ultimately be accounted for. That was in August. It is now October and the payment is still "locked" and KCC is insisting on another payment.

Meanwhile Lansdowne-Moody called me to say that KCC informed them that I am delinquent and asked if I would bring a payment to them. When I explained what was going on, they got involved by calling KCC while I was there. KCC promised to credit the "locked" payment immediately and all seemed well. Unfortunately that call was in August and my money is still "locked". When KCC contacted me at the end of September to inform me that I was delinquent again, I called my Lansdowne-Moody rep and strongly complained. He promised to get the problem fixed immediately, but three weeks later, nothing has been done, payment is still "locked" and another payment has been demanded. The rep no longer replies to my requests for an update, so I'm assuming Lansdowne-Moody has decided it is my problem to fix. Live and learn.

Wow I've never experienced such irresponsible customer service. You better watch out otherwise they will ruin your credit. If you ever call customer service, make sure to call back multiple times and speak with multiple representatives to confirm whatever they tell you. 50% of the time they tell you incorrect info or don't actually complete whatever task is at hand and it will cost you dearly. Don't bother asking for a manager, they are equally incompetent. I will never finance anything with Kubota ever again. I dont understand how they have survived as a company. They are so dysfunctional.

I have personally dealt with 4 different representatives in relation to my Kubota skid steer and they have been fantastic. There was an issue with my account regarding my EIN number and it was resolved quickly. There has also never been a time when I couldn't get someone on the phone within 60 seconds. Very happy to use them.

The customer service representatives were extremely rude. Kubota's policy regarding direct payment is rigid and poorly tailored for customers. They will not process direct withdrawal payments from savings accounts. What difference does it make to Kubota what account they are pulling payments from?

Absolutely DO NOT finance anything with Kubota if ...

Absolutely DO NOT finance anything with Kubota if you can in any way avoid it. HUGE MISTAKE. They send your payment info out late and tack on a late charge and apply it against your credit. They "waived the late fee for me" when they sent out the payment info late. Then the next month (that they said they were going to push back because of it) they applied another late fee and said they only waive 1 fee per year for the customer. I told them that first time was NOT for the customer- it was their fault. Of course they blamed it on Covid. Refused to waive the $5 fee, which again was their mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I wish I would've read reviews before signing ANYTHING!

I have talked with two different individuals from the call center, I really am not impressed. I would go through and fire from the top down and make everyone go through mandatory customer service training. The two different folks I talked to, could not have had any type of customer service training or experience. The first one was a robot, he kept repeating the same line over and over again. Then the second one, well let's just say they really need to pull that recording and fire her!!!. She was rude and nasty.
