Bought a zero turn from my local dealer...great experience with them, and the mower performs well. That's where the positive part ends, unless you pay for the mower in cash that is. Dealing with Kubota Credit has been a joke. Upon purchase, told that I'd be receiving my payment coupon book shortly....yeah, never happened and have received only late payment and repossess notifications. We already sent in the first payment, but today receive a letter in the mail with that payment notice with due date for July, with the letter dated in August, but received in October. Wow. If they spent a quarter of the time involved with sending the incorrect late notices, etc. as they could with printing the coupon book, that'd be great. Combine that with the rude responses you get when you actually get thru to a live person, and you get the point here. "Establish an online account", "Your responsibility to figure out how to pay", etc. Those are the responses you get...instead of "Thanks for your purchase, your coupon book is going to print, and we'll get it to you shortly - sorry for the inconvenience".... Great Job KCC!!!
