I came to Hong Kong twice to choose this, very comfortable and convenient accommodation. From the Airport Express Kowloon Station, take the K3 to the hotel. The semi-portal room is comfortable, even if the furnishings are not very novel, but not warm. Close to the exit of the East Station.

A wonderful hotel perfectly located to the ferry to Hong Kong Island and local shops and bars and parks. Staff were courteous and helpful and the food and drinks were amazing. This was my 5th stay and I look forward to many more in the future. Highly recommended.

Guest room in general is a bit old, TV should be replaced with bigger screen 4K or 8K TV. I had to wait for more than 10 mins to have the breakfast, breaking the record of breakfast waiting time at any five star hotels I had ever stayed. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and polite at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent (especially the Laksa!). The room was clean and a comfortable bed. Views of Victoria Harbour from our room were amazing. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Hong Kong.

The Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel (Kowloon Shangri-La) is located at No. 64 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is a five-star hotel and opened on June 17, 1981. The name of the restaurant is called the New Palace of Causeway Bay. The store is mastered by Master Rong Kun. It was managed by the Westin Hotel. The hotel has 15 floors (the rooms are located on the 7th to 21st floors, there are no 13th floors, but the 7th floor is on the first floor of the attic, so there are actually only 15 floors, not 21 floors), and was renovated in 2002. There are 725 rooms. The Shangri-La Hotel, Kowloon was selected as the best business hotel in the world at the beginning of its opening.

wonderful staff. Also very attentive and helpful. Love the premier harbour view suite. We had access to the Horizon lounge. Excellent breakfast there, but very minimal food items during the course of the day compared to the club floor at a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Surprised that we had to request a portable heater for the room as my wife was ill and there was only A/C, no heat at this time of year.

Arrived on time at 12 , paid for the rooms and then asked to wait till 2:30 pm for the availability as the room was not vacated . The receptionist probably has some issues with Indian folk.Asked us to pay an additional incidental fee( happens at most 5-stras hotels I agree) of 1000 HKD but deducted 2500 instead without informing and had no aplologetic behavior.5 Start attitude at it's best.Maybe it's just happening because I am an Indian lol.

I had a bitter experience transacting with your Reception staff. When I handed over my multicurrency card for the transaction amount, the staff who was handling my check-in procedure had swiped the card twice and as such I was debited the amount involved twice. Despite showing the SMS messages debiting the amount twice I have not received the credit till now. I had checked out on 14th October 2018 and I am yet to receive the credit. I was put in to lot of inconvenience and mental torture as I was running out of sufficient funds. The staff should own the responsibility and they should be extremely careful when handling money transactions. I am still making correspondence/contacting the card issuer for the reversal of duplicate debit transactions. The Duty manager should have acknowledged my genuine concern and taken appropriate action to refund the money debited. How can you expect a visitor to manage the expenses if multiple debits are made and are insensitive to customer's problems. The concerned authority is answerable and should take immediate action to reverse the debit amount of HKD 3410.
Even though the check-in time was 2PM, we had arrived the hotel at 12 Noon after a 5-1/2 hours flight we were made to wait till 2PM. The room was ready in all respects and they were only waiting for the clock to turn to 2PM which is not fair. However, due to the transaction mix up which has happened the duty Manager was kind enough to give us the room key much earlier than 2PM. Thanks for her understanding.

It s all started with the pick-up service, the driver Kelvin called in advance to let you know that he was his way, then he arrived on time and stood by my doorstep and waited for us with his Mercedes S-Class.
After a luxury ride, the hotel receptionist Grace was waiting by the hotel door and took us straight to our room and did our very effective in-room check-in without queuing up at the lobby (although I would do my check-in at the executive lounge anyway).
Grace also helped us to double confirmed our dinner and massage bookings so we could just go straight to the Horizon Club to join the tea session.
We took a short visit to the gym and it was packed with all kinds of equipment and we noticed that the so-called swimming pool is quite small in size which should classify as a playing pool.
Then we went back up to the Horizon Club for the Happy Hour Cocktail session, the atmosphere was good and there was a wide selection of wine and alcohol to choose from. The wine-pairing dinner at Angelini was good and which made our day, we enjoyed it very much.
Breakfast at the Horizon Club by the window seat was a wonderful experience. Both the view and the food are good. Since we could not make our reservation to the hotel s Chinese restaurant, we grabbed ourselves some take-away from K11-Musea and enjoyed our sea view lunch in the room. Lastly, we had a relaxing massage at the Health Center and return home comfortably by the drop-off service in the S-Class which finished our trip in a faultless way.

Great lobby service, but the dinner buffet was a huge disappointment. The soup was way too salty and the rice was undercooked. Need more variety of main courses, especially seafood and vegetables. Definitely not worth the price.

I booked a very expensive pre paid room for one night at the Shangri-la Hong Kong. Due to unfortunate circumstances my trip was postponed by a month. The Shangri-la refused to change my reservation. After several emails, long distance phone calls (they don't have a toll free number) and speaking to many different people I was FINALLY passed through to a manager. It was like speaking to a robot. He kept repeating the terms and conditions of my booking and kept saying my excuse (of not being in the country on that date) wasn't a good enough excuse to change the date and that he will charge me the full price. The Four Points Sheraton in Shenzhen had no problem changing my booking and same with my hotel at my Four Points Sheraton in Toronto.
This experience has shown me all I need to know about the Shangri-La. That they don't care about their customers and they won't try to help them out. All they care about is your money and they will try to nickel and dime you at every corner.
BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK AND IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE BOOK AT THE W NEXT DOOR (they know how to treat customers).
Now their is a free room at the Shangri-la, my money was flushed down the SHANGRI-LA TOILET, and when I will never book at the Shangri-la ever again.

We arrived early and tired and asked if there was a chance of checking in early but was rebuffed on at least two occasions with the words 'you can't check in before 2pm' and yet when I enquired again at approximately 13.45 I got the impression that our room had been ready for occupancy for some time. Good hotel but some of your front desk staff are too dogmatic and lack customer relation skills, sorry to say. Consequently on our return trip to HK we cancelled our booking with you and stayed elsewhere where we felt more appreciated.
