Nice view Central location. Room Pleasantly designed.

Great place to stay in Hong Kong with an amazing view and fabulous presidential suite!

Stay 3 nights 4 days.
It was room of city view 10th floor. There is no problem because there is a purpose to meet a friend and it takes a long time to go out.
Shangri-la has a pleasant smell in the hotel lobby and corridors, so it's comfortable. I just felt a little moldy smell when I entered the room.
Among the hotels in Hong Kong, the rooms are larger and we can request a room with a bath so we can relax.
The plug is also in the room.
Charging and WIFI environment is also in place.
Access is convenient and comfortable hotel.

rooms were extremely comfortable. 12 mid day checkout was wonderful. location was perfect. service was brilliant. Thanks for making our stay in Hong Kong wondeful.

I use it for business and sightseeing, but I am very happy with the location. I am satisfied with the service and amenities. Please keep that quality. I have used it on the island side, but I like Kowloon Shangria.

Lovely hotel, we seek out Shangri-La Hotels wherever we travel and
Kowloon is one of our favourites. The variety of restaurants available are fantastic and the service amazing, nothing is too much trouble.

The staff never missed greetings and smiles, and always acted in consideration of us. Thanks to that, there was nothing inconvenient and it was a very memorable stay.

The service was excellent and the food was spectacular from the in room dining. All staff were very attentive and took good care of us and our newborn, with all necessary amenities provided.

However the rooms do look quite old and the TV channels are very fuzzy. The desk charging area was quite inconvenient and couldn t fit big chargers such as the one for the Macbook or iPad.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10th year anniversary in a very special way, so we booked a night at Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was upgraded, we were given gorgeous flowers, and chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine were taken to our room soon after our arrival. The staff went above and beyond and treated us like king and queen.

Excellent hotel with very good restaurants, service at the height. Spacious rooms with views.

I enjoyed a week at Kowloon Shangri-La HK under the "Staycation offer" with HKD 1,000 hotel credit for food per night. It was a relaxing week and the service at the Horizon Club was excellent. Since we cannot travel overseas, we should then experience the good service of our own hotel.

Lovely hotel, but due to its location it loses a star. If you don't mind a short uber drive or a couple metro stops then this is the hotel for you.

A traditional lux hotel. Went there for wedding banquet, Chinese food there is good.

I had a nice stay at Kowloon Shangri-La.

One of the five-star hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui is magnificent and convenient. The environment in the dungeon restaurant is elegant and elegant, which is a good place for business appointments.

The hotel is a bit old, the decoration is outdated, and the bottom of the building is shorter.

I had a lovely stay, although the club benefits we're limited and not worth it. Afternoon tea and snacks were minimal and drinks only for 2 hours at night. Other hotels offer better variety and service in their clubs.

More food and wider range of beers and wine will be good at the Horizon Lounge

In summary, my family and I had a fantastic stay. A couple of staff deserve special mention - Cynthia Law (Guest Relations), Billy and Simon (Concierge). They went out of their way to ensure that my family had a wonderful and memorable stay at the hotel. The shuttle service to Harbour City was a huge plus too! Breakfast spread was excellent - although I had wished that the staff were more responsive to requests and smile more whilst going about their duties! Carpet in the room was slightly dirty (I could feel the grime if I walked barefoot on the carpet) and the bathroom fixtures were old and required more thorough cleaning. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, it is an excellent hotel and I will not hesitate staying at the hotel again during my next visit to HK! Well done KSL team!

I stayed 2 nights from 1st June. As it was trip with three people who served as wedding anniversary of one's couple's marriage mark and sister's anniversary, though it was a little expensive, I made it a room of harbor view, but it was a great answer. The view from the room was very nice. What's even more wonderful is the hospitality of the hotel guests. If I had told in advance that it was a memorial trip, it was treated with a lovely bouquet, champagne and cake celebration. There is a review of the old impression, but the room is clean and tidy, and it is a wonderful hotel because it corresponds to recent circumstances such as smartphone charging facilities and smartphones ready for tethering and can be used as mobile wi-fi. . Also, I would like to use it if I can come to Hong Kong.

One of the best hotels in Hong Kong. I personally like the Angelini restaurant in the hotel. It is one of the most standard Italian restaurants in Hong Kong. The restaurant has a spacious layout, high privacy, quiet atmosphere and reasonable price (I and my wife s 2999th anniversary are also in this restaurant). .

I personally like the afternoon tea buffet at Lobby Lounge (Monday to Friday, Tea Set, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays buffet), from 13:00 to 17:00, this time is simply lunch and afternoon. A mixture of teas, it is difficult to find a place to enjoy the afternoon tea buffet in the city; in addition, the food, service and environment are cost-effective.
The afternoon tea buffet is different from the general hotel. There are no food such as fish, stew or frozen seafood. However, seasonal themed tea buffets will be introduced from time to time. For example, watermelon, white peach and honeydew melons have been introduced before. Themed buffets are quite special.
This is a good choice for those who want to meet and have a leisurely meeting, have plenty of time to talk about the land, and enjoy leisurely cuisine.

The restaurant we went to was great. Service was fantastic and loved the food.

Do not miss the seafood restaurant La Villa and the band that entertains the drinks ... piece of voice!

Check in is easy. Staff are excellent looking after every request to make your stay enjoyable. Horizon Club food is fabulous. A great stay once again in a Shangri-La Hotel. We always stay at Shangri-La hotels.

We had a wonderful experience by staying at the Shangri-La. From the moment we walked through the front door we were amazed by the opulence, and the immediate attention of the staff, from the door men to the check in desk staff, and to everyone who works at the Shangri-La. It such a beautiful hotel. Every one is attentive and friendly. WE will always stay at the Shangri-La whenever we are in Hong Kong.

The rooms are very comfortable, all the details are thought for a perfect stay.

Your hotel does not value your customers by not listening to their concerns. Multiple communication with your staff was not recorded and simply ignored.

The hotel near from malls, market, and offices building. Near here have science museum, star avenue in the seaside.

The quality and service are normal, not match the premium hotel standard.

good location, most of the service is good and staff all very helpful. room wasn't ready for 3 people when we arrived, and some of our calls took a while to be resolved. Billy (the concierge) and Ted (our room cleaner/service guy) were great!

The beautiful scenery of the hotel will lead me to stay here. The place is convenient for internet access. It is a free choice for seafood dinner with buffet dinner. The buffet is reasonably priced. You don t have to go out to eat at the hotel. The shop is very comfortable and the holiday choice!

Fantastic Hotel, a bit pricey but worth every cent. If you come to Hong Kong treat yourself to a stay at the Kowloon Shangri La.

One of the reasons for the appreciation is that it has an invincible view of the Victoria Harbour the momentum is still elegant, and the service is unforgettable and different.

1) I had 2 room and the hallway smells...
2) My room was at the end of the hall and didn't advise me when they gave me the key to the room.

Good service, clean and staffs are very polite. The waiters are too busy to deliver juices during buffet time, as juices not being set up for self service. They should be spared time to serve customers, not concentrated in juices delivery - to be improved ....

Comfortable environment, good food, drinks variety plentiful, but short-handed with staff.

We love staying at Shangri-La, Kowloon when in Hong Kong. The staff are always helpful, courteous and friendly and all amenities are excellent. We stay in a harbour view room as the views are so lovely. Over the past 2 decades we have stayed at this hotel numerous times for both business and pleasure and it is always a great pleasure to be here. The standard of excellence has been maintained over the years and it will continue to be our 1st choice hotel in Hong Kong.

1) Cafe Kool employee Alan is very friendly, patient with children, and a sense of belonging to the company. It is worth remembering the name and praise. The black-shirted colleagues also took the initiative to take pictures for us (but did not write down the name)
2) Understand that the hardware facilities cannot be changed, so after seeing the size of the swimming pool, I have to give up and return to the room to boil warm water for the children to soak in the bathtub.
3) The dinner buffet did not have oysters and long-legged crabs. I was very disappointed. Because there were oysters, long-legged crabs and frozen crabs in the same period last year, I strongly recommended it to my family. The children were disappointed when they saw no long-legged crabs.
4) The breakfast buffet is relatively good. Egg Benedict attracts.

The design of the room is unexpected and modern. Of course, it is large and comfortable, but it is also worthy of special mention at this hotel is the Chinese restaurant "Shang Palace (Champala)" with two Michelin stars. It is a very refined Chinese, taste and atmosphere are excellent. There is a course that you can enjoy alone, I'm glad when staying in business. It is a price that can be seen, but it is worth it.

What more can you want other than a great view onto the sea from your room, 24/7 room service, good location, nice restaurants, etc.

Everything was good but my room a little noisy during the wee hours. Possibly sound proofing of the window wasn't very good.
