Our stay was outstanding. We were greeted at the door and escorted to the reception desk while our luggage was delivered to our room. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and offered assistance with dining and information and recommendations about what to do and see in the area. The property itself was very conveniently located to shopping, dining and local attractions. The public areas of the hotel were very elegantly decorated and spotless, as was our room. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We were very impressed with our stay and would happily visit this property or another of their locations again and would highly recommend it to others! Thanks!

Hotel as always very nice. I always like to come here because they have a smoking room for guests. Only one feedback, if you could provide more Halal Food choices for Muslims as the food for us is very limited.

My experience was better than ever during my last stay at Kowloon Shangri-La! I got my best upgrade ever as a Diamond member!! You guys really know how to spoil a guy! Next stay will be longer than just one night! Thanks to all of the staff at Shangri-La especially the Horizon Club!

The hotel position is perfect for visiting and business purposes in Hong Kong.

Thank you for taking 2 nights. When I told my daughter's birthday, I prepared cake, cards and presents. I was very happy. Even though I didn't ask for an extra bed ... I took care and it was a really great deal from what to what. I was very comfortable.
I was relieved that there were also Japanese-speakers.
The variety of breakfast was plentiful and the bread was very delicious.

This is the second oldest 5-star hotel on the Kowloon side, after the famous Peninsula. The design & decoration hasn't been changed for the past 4 decades, but well maintained nevertheless. Its Chinese restaurant is very good although pricy, but the other F&B outlets are less memorable.

It is excellent. the room is huge and the sea view of breakfast buffet is wonderful. I also like your service.
the only problem is the TV is too old. You do not get many channels and the quality of image is low. the bathtub is also quite narrow.

Stayed in other Shangri-La properties in the past, I would say this property is one of the worst in terms of service. The rooms are dated but still acceptable. Great size bedroom with a shower and a bathtub in a decent size bathroom.
However, this hotel loses points in terms of their service staff. How can you consider yourself a luxury 5 star property when your lobby staff fail to open the door for me all the while standing around and chatting right in front of the door. On one occasion, I opened the door myself and one of your lobby staff asked if I actually stayed in the hotel. NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!

Why bother having lobby staff when none of them greet you, they could've greeted me ENGLISH, CHINESE, CANTONESE or whatever other language they spoke, and instead the just blankly starred at me opening the door myself.

And the breakfast staff's service was mediocre at best, the first morning I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, your staff assigned me a table and poured my coffee so I continued to the buffet and came back only to find my table was given to another patron. This is a Five Star hotel, I expect your staff to at least communicate which tables are taken and which are not.

The first night I arrived I asked for a Foam Pillow, your staff informed me they were out of stock; not a big deal since I arrived quite late in the evening; however, does no one think to check on the 2nd day or 3rd day? Or do you expect your guest to ask you every single day until they get one. I have experienced much better at your other properties.

I would not recommend staying at this property to anyone who is looking for a 5 star luxury experience unless they take some lessons from other 5 star hotels!

Beautiful, clean, quiet and friendly hotel situated in a perfect location. Room was spacious and had a wonderful view. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Great Hotel! The Bed At My Room Was Very Comfortable. The Room Service Was Superb. The Buffet Breakfast Was Very Yummy And Has Lots Of Choices. It Was A Great Time Here. The Only Thing Is That The MTR Station Is Very Far (Not The Entrance, But Where The Trains Are Very Far), You Need To Walk In A Subway To Get To The Stations (East Tsim Sha Tsui And Tsim Sha Tsui), Especially Tsim Sha Tsui Station. This time I stayed in the sea view room, I would like to enjoy the beauty of the Victoria Harbour. I would like to thank the Shangri-La staff for being upgraded into a suite. In addition to the beautiful scenery, we also enjoy the extra space and the service is top-notch. Thank you for your unforgettable Shangri-La tour.

Buffet breakfast (approx $300): generally very good, although the breakfast cereal selection and the dim sum selection are quite limited.
Buffet dinner (approx $800): good variety of different cuisines. The pizza is disappointing. The fresh tuna & salmon are good quality. The sushi section could do with a little more variety, but the quality is good. The desserts are exquisite. The staff are friendly & attentive.

Amazing location, wonderful staff. Handy as the carpet in the lifts change for each week day!!! So while on holiday it was helpful to keep track of it all. Very polite staff and great rooms loved it!

Good location, excellent service but the room does look a little tired. The inflated extra bed wasn't comfortable as it is not as stable as the normal roll-away bed. My kid tends to slip off from the sides easily.

There are actually a number of borrowers who are sleeping and sleeping, preventing others from using their seats, and no hotel staff management, which has eclipsed the hotel.
The live music in the lobby is good, but too many outsiders can walk into the restaurant, come out, talk loudly, take pictures, and influence the guests who eat! It is recommended to add masts in the steps to keep the restaurant order!

No surprises which is a good things. Friendly staffs and 'huge' size room is a typical trademark of Shangri-La hotels. Furniture and fittings seems a bit dated now though. Overall a pleasant experience

I recently attended a wedding banquet in the Kowloon Room. I felt that the food and service were good. Only because I was sitting near the door, I could not see the podium, and the hotel did not arrange a live projection for the guests to watch. What you can do on the stage can't be seen all the way, which gives a discount on the perception.

Very disappointing. I have stayed with you before but this time, regrettably for you, S-La Kowloon was the fifth S-La in 4 weeks and the Horizon Club is the worse of the lot. I have now stayed in 14 S-La hotels and Kowloon is need of a serious re-vamp.
The Horizon club manger need to visit KL, Shanghai and / or Beijing to see how the club should be managed. The Island S-La next time.
