Starting from check-in, of course during the stay, I was very satisfied with the great service from check-out.

Fantastic hotel, especially if you get chance to get harbour view room , friendly staffs, good location, next to MTR station

Pretty good, nice environment except the swimming pool floor area inside the health club is wet when kids are ussing the facilities. Hotel guests should be reminded more discipline with their kids. Club staffs cant look after the other jobs while they are busy to keep on dry up the wet floor.

Horizon Club:
Excellent service as usual except some horrible smell at the fruit counter.
Cafe at the 2nd floor:
Just wondering why a hot water with a piece of lemon was charged full lemon water price.

it was one of the best hotels i ve stayed. Not only the hotel itself but overall hospitality was excellent.

One of the best stay in HK. Didn't feel I'm away from home.
