Both products purchased Bi folds and window were poorly finished. The bi fold had swarf in the base channel that was created by drilling the drain holes. Was also present in the window sill on arrival. Furthermore the window sill drain hole was not de burred and presented a jagged edge that would have cut your finger. Clearly this does not represent the finer standards of engineering that the company professes. Also I was assured that the products would be independently quality checked at Huntingdon prior to dispatch.

My windows and door are absolutely perfect. They are even more beautiful than I thought they would be. The people who came to install them were true professional and did a very good job. Highly recommend. Harriet Collins Cricklewood

Good products and good fitters. Very pleased with our windows. Sales people very responsive and show room experience valuable in making choices. More set up for new builds so it is a shame that if you want to replace windows for theirs you have to sort out your own scaffolding, disposal of old windows and making good area around the windows. It appears in the t&c that in order to keep the warranty you have to perform three monthly checks using a list.

I'm so pleased with the quality of customer service and the products at Kloeber. No hard sell, knowledgeable and competent team, fantastic quality and flawless door. installation went smoothly, I can't praise them enough. I wanted a very specific glass and they arranged it for me . I'll be back for my other doors and windows.

unbelievably pleased with the Customfold bifold doors - we took ages to come up with the final decision , we are so glad we took the time and made the correct decision. Work beautifully and look great. We had powder coating to match the remainder of the windows & doors through the house - even tough the remainder are bespoke hardwood & hand painted these alluminum sliders blend so well. Both of the installers were absolutely amazing - so tidy and made several suggestions for minor modifications to the survey , all for the better - experience in installation so evident. Covid maintained throughout. We are so so pleased. Would definately recommend Kloeber, the showroom in Bicster is well worth a visit - thanks to Chris and Toby. Thanks to Aaron who installed (cant recall the name of his buddy sorry) I am just so impressed.

I guess ideally I should be doing this review after 3-5 years to really know the longevity of the door and the quality of fitting, but very happy thus far with service and product two weeks after fitting. Daniel in showroom very helpful with many small changes to door spec, installation dept very throrough pre-install and very friendly and professional (and prompt) on the day.

I found Kloeber very helpful when I needed to confirm cill details, all went well and order placed. Driver delivered perfectly to time and the doors are well packed and instructions enclosed. All we need to do is fit them now!

We spent a number of years deciding on type of door and door company to use and we are glad we chose Kloeber and one of their Aluminium Kustomslide plus doors. We had a number of chats at trade shows and there product really appealed to us, there was no pushy selling and were happy to listen to what we wanted, we even went to the showroom at Huntingdon just to make sure we had chosen the right product. The whole process from quotation to fitting was dealt with very efficiently. Even down to the fitters turning up with our door and there van on an AA truck (due to an engine management fault) they were determined to fit it on the agreed day.

Very pleased with the product and the installation crew could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Not so great pretend continental door and window supplier. Disappointing technical level compared to genuine continental suppliers and they were not listening properly to our requirements since they kept trying to convince us that the simple options they suggested would fulfill our needs.

The experience from start to finish was of a high standard. Advice was accurate and the final product, when fitted, was excellent.

We only used them once, and we'd never use them again. Their 'technical' people had no idea of what they were talking about and tried to convince us that their products were the same as the more expensive systems which we were actually looking for.

We ended up compromising and trusted them because they are more local but during the installation, it soon became clear that they had no idea what they were talking about and had sold us inferior doors and windows. They feel so cheap and leaked from the start. AVOID!

Our Kloeber experience was excellent throughout. We found the salesman (Adam) at Huntingdon easy to work with, he had great ideas, and was enthusiastic without any hard sell. The installation team led by Martin where a delight, good fun and professional. The end result is fantastic and all that we asked for.

The only reason that we have not given a 5 star rating is because whilst the firm is predominantly engaged in new build work it is clear that it is taking on more replacement work and as yet it does not offer and end to end service. As such it is for the client on a replacement contract to hire scaffolding towers, and find a builder to complete the internal making right at the end of the job as Kloeber do not offer this.

I was fully aware of the lack of an end to end service when we signed the contract and was happy to resolve these issues myself. However, other potential clients might not be so willing, and we would have been happy to pay Kloeber for an end to end service.

The product however is excellent hence we signed a contract that left the internal finishing for us to resolve.

Still a great company.

Great door, easy enough for us to install ourselves and it looks amazing. Very happy with the quality of all the locks and hardware and the door and windows are also top quality. Sales guy at the showroom was great and it was easy for us to make a decision after visiting.

Excellent product and finish, really happy with it all. However, it would have been easier on delivery, had they of not sent an arctic lorry (which only had our order on!) Cue traffic not being able to get past in the road, and our builders having to carry the 2 x 120kg panes of glass a long way! With me just thinking, please don't drop it, please don't drop it! Great product though ; )

Owing to the Corona crisis, the door could not be installed by the team and I had to find someone local to help. I was disappointed that a full door hanging kit wasn t provided - I had to go and find a hardware store that was open to buy More

Daniel Davidson was extremely helpful at the design stage through helping with the accurate measuring with Peter to the ordering stage where he ensured I was completely happy with everything, always available to offer advice throughout.
The fitting team were amazing Aaron, Aaron, Luke and Matthew all so helpful and in truly awful weather conditions maintained a smile constantly. Every scrap of rubbish was bagged and removed.
It was a real pleasure to work with such an impressive team, and I'm looking forward to many years of use of our beautiful doors and windows.

A surprising attitude for a management buy-out team.
My wife and I spent a few hours researching windows and doors for a three-storey house we ve just purchased by the sea. We selected Kloeber from the list we d drawn up, so I rang them to commence the process.
The salesperson I spoke to was completely disinterested in my enquiry and said that because the house was by the sea, he d have to establish with the company who carry out the aluminium powder coating whether there d be any warranty or not.
He spent a few minutes telling me why supplying us would be a problem which I found really disappointing, so I asked him if there was another member of staff with a less negative attitude who might be more interested in doing business with me and he said probably not and ended the call.
I contacted the accounts department because I thought the staff there might appreciate the need to generate income, the lady I spoke to did and was shocked at the way my enquiry had been handled as, she assured me, the company s managers would be. She took my details and said I would receive a call to get my enquiry back on track shortly. That was two weeks ago and I haven t heard a word since!
If this is what they re like before they ve got your money, can you imagine how they d behave once they ve got it?

It has taken longer than anticipated to get every thing completed but the wait has been worth it .

Buying windows is never easy with such a varied choice in the marketplace. Our criteria was for quality and we found that Kloeber matched our desire perfectly. The sales team were professional, without being 'hard-sell' and were very happy to answer any questions we had and to explain, in plain, simple English the whole process of choosing, ordering and then installation. Despite appalling weather (and less than ideal pre-preparation by the builders) the install went ahead with the Kloeber team working well. If you are looking for a quality product, backed by a good warranty then Kloeber HAVE to be in the mix for consideration in my opinion.

I bought an excellent door from klober in 2016. recently I had an issue with the handle and they replaced it under the warranty without hesitation. Furthermore they sent me some touch up paint because I had lost my kit that had come with the door. Nick at kloeber provided 5 star service.

Very good products and company culture of customer service and delivery

Beware the long term quality. They use low quality wood which just rots in a few years. We bought three bifold doors for an extension, paying extra for hardwood as they assured us it would last longer. They look good, but 7 years in and they gave started to rot from the middle. I spoke to them, and they were not interested ( they only guarantee the wood for 5 years). They do not care about their poor manufacturing.

Highly recommend Kloeber. As a one time only self builder (never again!) the sales team have an acute attention to detail to help with all aspects of the process from design, timescales and fitting. Our windows and doors look fab (I wish other parts of self building were as slick!)

Excellent customer service good communication throughout the process, great product

The finished product of Kloeber French doors and windows in our kitchen extension is high quality and looks very good. The locks and handles are robust and smart. The fitting went very smoothly and was completed well under the time allocated. The fitting staff were professional and competent, as was the Kloeber surveyor who measured up for us. However, the initial sales and product design process was not so efficient. It was lengthy and frustrating with some conflicting directions given and it took 64 emails to finalise our design. While we appreciate these endless questions and attention to detail ended up in a smooth fitting and good final product, it was very irritating.

Excellent service from Dan and the team, who kept me well informed throughout the entire process.

Recently had two Eurofold bifold doors installed, excellent products and fantastic service from beginning to end - really changed the look and feel of the house. Issues with a new opening meant a delay in the installation, but the team at Kloeber were very accommodating in working around this to ensure that everything was installed as soon as possible.

Great repair job on the broken window in my Kloeber front door. Punctual, tidy and quick.
Only reason for 4 stars is cost. Cost of the replacement window itself was fine but Kloeber charged us a full day labour for the job when the guys were only here a couple of hours and then went on to another job. This was pricey but i felt i had no other option if i wanted ensure a matching replacement window.

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!
Warning Kloeber will Misinform you, send out wrong sizes or damaged goods, they will not take responsibility for their own mistakes... but, they are great at calling you a liar and blaming others!

Long and short our customers are left with the following:

One customer has been left with one set of doors that will not open and his windows are hard to shut customer complained to no avail. Kloeber wanted extra money to fix so much for the warranty!
Another s front door arrived damaged, Kloeber blamed us, apparently, we should not have removed packaging strange we wouldn t have known it was damaged unless the packaging was removed! customer resulted in touching the door up herself!

Another s Bifold doors were delivered the wrong size, I had been advised (by Kloeber) to allow for the cill when making the opening size, the Kloeber representative in question point blank lied that he would not of said to allow for the cill and ended up saying he must of misunderstood me. I double checked this with him - there was absolutely no way he misunderstood me! needless to say Kloeber not excepting any responsibility again and playing a blame game. Our customers are left extremely frustrated and still have no bifold doors 4 months after paying for them! Will someone from Kloeber ever get back in touch to tell us what s going on terrible communication. CUSTOMERS LEFT FEELING ROBBED!

We are a family run building company based in Cambridgeshire with over 20 years experience who have built up a very good reputation for high workmanship. We regularly use various companies for our doors and windows however, our experiences with Kloeber have not been good, we will no longer be recommending them to our customers.

Useful pre-sale discussions and advice on ordering our bifold doors. Ongoing communication was good and the doors were delivered as planned. Our carpenter is fitting today and he's just said the quality of the doors and furniture are great, as are the detailed instructions, so thank you.

Front door and frame fitted - good quality workmanship and high quality product .

We had sliding doors and windows installed on our new garden room. We came across Kloeber at a trade show and were impressed with the quality of their doors. We visited their showroom with our plans and they provided us with a quote. Ordering is quick and simple and despite COVID restrictions we had our doors and windows installed within 3 months. Installation team were terrific and gave us a demonstration on the equipment. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for quality and design

The product is faultless. I love the wooden windows. The finish and sturdy construction were beyond expectations. The price is not negotiable but I can now understand why it s the case.

The windows look great and the fitters were kind and easy to communicate with and got in touch with me when necessary. Another plus was the fact that when my builder had not prepared the site adequately, they were able to accommodate us with an extra fitting day pretty fast so that the builder had time to prepare the window area again. I understand that sometimes people have to wait 8 weeks for a fitting appointment. They were friendly, kind, efficient and although they are a large company, it felt as though I was dealing with a small one. I shall definitely be recommending Kloeber in future!

I am undertaking a self -build and Kloeber were recommended to me by my architect. Their service has been highly professional from the initial meeting to discuss my project through to the fitting service.

From initial enquiry, quote right through to installation the team were prompt, polite and professional.

Very nice products, but woefully let down due to no service. Kloeber is a manufacturer with a shiny showroom, but there is no service. It is not that they don't care, it is that there are no people who are employed to help. Despite paying for a survey the windows fitted upstairs were too small, leaving extensive repair work and replastering to be done. Trickle vents on my sliders are still not fitted several months later, screws are falling off, join on sliding doors falling off, scratch on installation not repaired. Find a different company who provide a service along with their products.

Very easy company to deal with and you actually get personal attention, their environmental credentials are quite sound too. Lovely guys with a bright future.

We selected Kloeber after considerable research for glazing for our new self build. We chose them principally for the patience which was afforded to us over many months of questions and visits to their Bucks showroom, exhibitions and telephone. We entered into the order with a high degree of confidence that Kloeber would deliver what we wanted, they sure did, from Nick in sales to Chris from the survey team and Martin Dom Dave and all the rest of the Installation team, absolutely superb customer service and interaction from all, plus all the other members of the Kloeber team we had contact with.
As for the product, superb we are delighted it looks and feels quality, we are not disappointed.
I can t speak highly enough of The Kloeber team or their products.

Perhaps not the cheapest flooding doors, but certainly far superior to previous ones I've had. A quality feel and look. Recommended.

Installation went very smoothly and our new window is stunning. Some problems with communications earlier in the process - eg sizing guides not sent despite request and multiple auto-generated emails asking for docs we d already supplied.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows that we had installed by Kloeber . Daniel was very helpful during the decision process as we refined the design, especially the custom window frame and door. Peter who carried out the survey spent a lot of time confirming the dimensions of the custom frame and this led to a straightforward fit for the installation team. The windows were manufactured and installed on the confirmed date. There was an issue with a loose door handle but this was resolved with a couple of phone calls.

I have had a bi-fold door, and an additional window from Kloeber, the bi-fold is fantastic installed brilliantly and they have been very accommodating due to delays in our build. I intend to get all the windows and doors replaced in time, but thus far i have been impressed, only reason it isn't 5 stars is the delivery charge is very steep on an already expensive product given we are less than 10 miles away.

Worth spending the time getting the details of the specification absolutely 100% before you proceed and we do not regret getting Kloeber to fully survey. Sales, survey and fitting team all very good.

I had Kloeber bi-folding doors fitted over 10 years ago and they have been superb, they haven't aged at all and have really stood the test of time. So why am I writing a review 10+ years later? I needed to replace one of the sliding locks (worn out after many years of daily use - no complaints there!) and the Technical Sales Advisor Callum helped me identify the part and order a replacement, despite me having lost all my paperwork. Great customer service so long after the original installation.

Very helpful staff gave us a great price and the delivery was so the day. Information flowed freely both ways and I always dealt with the same person.

4 Guys turned up to my project of installing a 2 section large sliding door and what a fantastic job they made, removed the existing, cut out all the door reveals, very clean, very tidy i would recommend Kloeber to anyone. Great team and what a credit they were to the company
