Also as regards the installers, very positive experience: fast and precise in the assembly, competitive prices, fast assistance. So good viessmann and good guys from the Biclima area assistance.

This is the second VIESSMANN condensing boiler that I install in my home and I have always been very happy with the product, but the technical assistance is different (at least the one recommended and to which I contacted IDROTEK in Via Coazze in Giaveno - TO)
Maybe they will be technically prepared but from the point of customer management it is not mentioned.
Contact us in person 15 days ago to extend the warranty on the Viessmann VITODENS 222F boiler, installed in June 2018 and to solve a technical problem with the boiler inherent to the outside temperature.
To date, after sending 2 emails, 1 PEC, making a phone call, I have not received any feedback.
I am amazed that a company like Viessmann uses a service network with this poor customer focus.
Given the non-seriousness of my problems, I did not ask for assistance in real time, but at least a sign of having understood my needs and instead "nothing".
I have already involved the Viessmann office in Turin and will continue with the parent company, with a duly translated letter.
Too bad !!!!!!!

We have been involved for two years and the boiler is still not working.
In holding a rubber wall.
No manager to contact, write here, call there and in the meantime we are cold and without hot water !!
A shame .. else than the mercedes of the boilers!
An old boiler of 30 years ago for the time in which we had it in replacement worked better .. then the same inconveniences still unresolved

In 2008 I purchased two Vitodens 300 boilers for the two-family house where we live. Starting from the third year, the boilers reported identical problems, a few weeks apart. Every year, in addition to normal maintenance (always done by Viessmann authorized assistance), we had to pay at least one intervention. We therefore had to pay for an intervention and its replacement every year, in addition to the inconvenience of staying a few days without heating and hot water. The last repair was carried out three months ago, cost 270. To date, the boiler is still blocked due to problems with the electronic board, repair cost 600. I therefore find myself forced to replace both boilers (installed in 2008 !!!) with boilers of another brand. Viessmann never replied to our reports.

I have not yet had the opportunity to verify the vitodence 100-w boiler but what I have well experienced is the total incompetence of the company in charge of sales and assembly in the area. If the criterion with which they choose their representatives equates to the quality of the machine, I am ruined. Hi my name is Nicola and I also have a problem with the Vitodens 100 boiler. It has always had a defect, it switches itself off showing the F4 error, but the authorized company has found a business in my house .. every time it was money that collected without repair. Written the email to viessmann after a few days they told me to contact another specialized center. I am sure that this defect in my boiler is a factory defect, but I will also write to the producers in Germany explaining what happened to me, to make our fellow citizens understand how professional they are.

Over 3 weeks to have an intervention on a heat pump boiler under warranty. It is true that it was the fault of the assistance center, but since Viessman publishes an unexpected decalogue on the site, it is evident that they do not oversee their assistance centers enough. However, Viessman's response to my report came quickly and they were quite helpful.

I have not received the mandatory technical documentation required with the installation of the condensing boiler. The return pump continues to lose water from the day of installation (12/2020). The parent company obviously downloads the barrel to the local installer in Rome who sent / reported me after contacting the national website. Viessmann Italia no longer replies to e-mails, on the contrary, it teases me with one and only reply e-mail, writing that the authorized installer would intervene the next day to solve all the problems encountered ..... I'm still waiting. Bad and good ... at singing stories. Avoid!

Outdoor boiler that never goes under pressure because I live on a high floor, and I cannot intervene with a throttle because it is not there. Programmer with the lithium battery that has run out and guess what! To replace I have to change the entire mask .. more than 400 euros ... Despite having sent a request for assistance via the website to 2 local installers in the square of Verona (12/09), I have not received any contact or proposal for assistance. I am not absolutely satisfied with a company that does not provide any kind of assistance from its installers / technicians. Luckily I was able to fix it through the assistance of another plumber but if I had to wait for them I would have been left for over a week without hot water. Totally unacceptable.
