Very nice products, but woefully let down due to no service. Kloeber is a manufacturer with a shiny showroom, but there is no service. It is not that they don't care, it is that there are no people who are employed to help. Despite paying for a survey the windows fitted upstairs were too small, leaving extensive repair work and replastering to be done. Trickle vents on my sliders are still not fitted several months later, screws are falling off, join on sliding doors falling off, scratch on installation not repaired. Find a different company who provide a service along with their products.
