DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!
Warning Kloeber will Misinform you, send out wrong sizes or damaged goods, they will not take responsibility for their own mistakes... but, they are great at calling you a liar and blaming others!

Long and short our customers are left with the following:

One customer has been left with one set of doors that will not open and his windows are hard to shut customer complained to no avail. Kloeber wanted extra money to fix so much for the warranty!
Another s front door arrived damaged, Kloeber blamed us, apparently, we should not have removed packaging strange we wouldn t have known it was damaged unless the packaging was removed! customer resulted in touching the door up herself!

Another s Bifold doors were delivered the wrong size, I had been advised (by Kloeber) to allow for the cill when making the opening size, the Kloeber representative in question point blank lied that he would not of said to allow for the cill and ended up saying he must of misunderstood me. I double checked this with him - there was absolutely no way he misunderstood me! needless to say Kloeber not excepting any responsibility again and playing a blame game. Our customers are left extremely frustrated and still have no bifold doors 4 months after paying for them! Will someone from Kloeber ever get back in touch to tell us what s going on terrible communication. CUSTOMERS LEFT FEELING ROBBED!

We are a family run building company based in Cambridgeshire with over 20 years experience who have built up a very good reputation for high workmanship. We regularly use various companies for our doors and windows however, our experiences with Kloeber have not been good, we will no longer be recommending them to our customers.
