Buying windows is never easy with such a varied choice in the marketplace. Our criteria was for quality and we found that Kloeber matched our desire perfectly. The sales team were professional, without being 'hard-sell' and were very happy to answer any questions we had and to explain, in plain, simple English the whole process of choosing, ordering and then installation. Despite appalling weather (and less than ideal pre-preparation by the builders) the install went ahead with the Kloeber team working well. If you are looking for a quality product, backed by a good warranty then Kloeber HAVE to be in the mix for consideration in my opinion.
