I give a rating of below expectations because I wasn't given all of the service that I was told I would get. Klein always offers a carwash with every service and I want get the car the car was not washed. yes I could have went back and I could have asked them to wash it but I was on a time constraint it did not have time to do that. it didn't build a lot of confidence in my mind that the work that was supposed to be completed was done either.
