Overall great experience, but could improve on service and professionalism. Heard an associate made racial joke to another associate. It was not towards us, but definitely unprofessional when customers are a few feet away. On a note, 2 of the 3 key remotes did not work when I got home. Had to get it programmed at a different dealer. Finally, a follow up would have been nice. The only follow up was this email about writing a review for them which took 3 months. Customers spend thousands of dollars, the least you could do was follow up on their purchase.
