I love Best Buy, I am into video games and electronics so this is one of my go to places. There staff has always been incredibly friendly when I visited here and very helpful. If you are in the market for a new tv, sound system, computer or videos games, I highly recommend you check this place out.

I found that the employees more knowledgeable about the product high questions about extremely helpful and polite.

No help from anyone inside. But order online they are ok... Takes allot longer then they say though.

I find that other than blank CD's and a few specials here and there, their prices are much higher than other stores. A while back I bought a 5mp Canon for $300, whereas I found the 8mp Canon elsewhere for $190. Feature-wise, the 8mp was far better, at far less cost. I've been shopping for TV's and they only carry mainstream models (meaning low-to-mid level quality/features) priced far more than they are worth.

Best Buy is good for minor supplies, DVD-R's, Music CD's (I've heard, though online stores are much better if you buy several at a time) and possibly ink, but be very wary of their prices in all other departments. EDIT: This is no longer true. they have stopped carrying quality DVDR and now only stock Memorex and Verbatim. Both brands have left me with roughly 30% failures to burn.

Computer Service at Best Buy has been a joke among the technically savvy for many years now, and they consistently succeed in justifying the laughs.

Because of the change in DVDR stock, I have lost all interest in ever stepping foot in this store again.

It's a Best Buy. It has everything I need (and want). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The new appliance center is a completely other story.

They have a lot of very incompetent people working at this store, unfortunately it seems most of them work in the Geek Squad department. Bad customer service countless times that I've had to deal with them. They're great when they're trying to sell you something, after that forget it. One guy at the Geek Squad actually said to me when I called asking about a product I just purchased and asked to talk to someone in sales that knows about the item, because he didn't, that "they are busy helping customers so unless it's important he can't transfer me." I told him that I was still within my 15 days and if I don't talk to someone I'll just RETURN it. Still didn't transfer me. Ridiculous.

They are very good people with a great attitude. Best buy has changed for the better. Customer service is great with a very positive attitude. Lancaster store

So, I went to best buy to buy a Google camera and ask about selective bandwidth for members in the family. They gave me the wrong info. I guess they didn't know who they were talking too.Humm? ? I know the answer. But, she wanted to talk as if she know what she was talking about. I let her talk.

Would give a 0 if i could. One employee was extremely rude and no idea what he was doing. Went in there with 2 problems i needed fixed and walked back out the same.

Decent selection of mid level and up laptops.
Try Staples for entry level laptops and lower priced accessories.

Staff are generally helpful and the in-stock inventory is generally good. Cables and adapters are grossly over-priced, and better to buy on-line, if you can afford the extra day or two for delivery. Good selection of in-stock mobile phones.

Bought my phone here. They had no problem exchanging my cracked phone with a new one. Located near the 222/422 interchange in Reading, PA.

Mostly well stocked and clean but the staff can keep you waiting.

Good competitive prices and the pickup instore works pretty well. Parking lot layout is a different story especially during rush hour. Hint...exit through back of store to avoid the main lot entrance chaos

Giving it 3 stars because the lack of knowledge some employees have with what they're selling as well as one particular rude employee who proceeded to give me rude/snarky answers when I asked questions. Step up your customer service skills Best Buy.

Great Geek Squad.
The microphone jack went out on my laptop so I took it to Best Buy. I dropped it off with Patrick who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Jacob took care of me when I picked the laptop up. He went over everything that was done and plugged earbuds in to show me that the mic was working. He also was very courteous. Now I am all fixed up again!! Thank you, Geek Squad!

A great place to check out electronics before buying them on Amazon. Seriously, I have had one occasion where an"expert" was actually good with the product. Every other time it feels like the tech expert is reading from a poorly written script with questions I could answer by reading the front of the box.

Had to return my new Samsung Galaxy 3, 3 times, the first time i got a new phone, 2nd time I got my phone shipped out and was replaced with a messed up phone..EX wouldn't charge or up date system, 3rd time I have been waiting 5 days for another phone. Just to do all this I had to wait in a messed up line for over 2 hours each time. Your service sucks and I pay for this bullshit. I will never shop here again after this. I will go back to H.HGregg for now on.

Came in to use Geek Squad because online it said I had to. Was told earliest appointment was 8pm tomorrow. Never told I needed appointment.

Best Buys are kinda depressing these days. Everything seems like it will be obsolete before you get it home. The staff gamely soldiers on, though.
Also, didn't Best Buys sell records for a minute? Couldn't find 'em this visit.

Best Buy in Wyomissing: Always a miserable shopping experience with its noisy atmosphere and highly-strung associates, Best Buy is a place to avoid. It s like a glorified Sears and we all know where that place is headed. Got porn on your computer? Call a Geek and he ll take a Peek.

The customer service here is phenomenal. They re really helpful when you need them & know when to give you your space!

You get to actually use computers (not like a home one) and I got a nice new iPad here no problem O.
