Slooooowwwwwwwwwww Service Center!!!! Got there at 7:45am and was the SECOND person there. I patiently waited...one hour passed (that's okay), two hours past (okay, it takes time), then three hours past (I'm like what's going on I was SECOND!) Eventually I had to ASK to get my car cause I had prior engagement and I didn't expect, when being SECOND in line, it takes over 3 hours. I asked and they said they were backed up, I'm like how when I been there since 7:45am to be there exactly at 8am.

Horrible dealership false advertising on car guru but blames car guru stated they created the misleading ad. SHAN is a horrible sales person she only cares about making a commission she does NOT keep her word on anything nor does she follow through. Service department is RUDE!
This place is huge and they have all kinds of vehicles. You name a car and it is there. They got good over 750 vehicle in their inventory. They buying process is very smooth and quick. Managers are also very cooperative and sales team are real professionals who are always willing to help you any time. I loved this place and found more than expectations.

I usually do not purchase a used car. Nor do I write reviews. I found this beautiful 2018 Rio Hatchback that I fell in love with. I found the picture on a website. I went right in to see Mr. Duncan. He had the most pleasant attitude and great character. He exemplifies what customer service really is. He has gone above and beyond the all of duty to make sure that I am a happy camper, and a happy camper, I certainly am. Great job Mr. Duncan.

I was upside down big time on my car but they got me done on a Brand new Kia Soul with 0 down - that was fantastic. They were patient and finally I got to leave in a brand new car. Prior to reading my review , it is pretty LENGTHY!! I was supposed to write this review when I purchase my car back in February of this year, but now that I am back for an oil change I can do so. When purchasing my FIRST car, I knew I wanted to have a decent if not well experience. I initially went to a dealership down the street, browsed around but the salesman wasn t much help. He just told me to look around and if I liked something then I should let him know. As I looked around, the cars were not clean & i didn t care to look any further. Although, it is their job to sell cars, I didn t get that interpersonal connection I wanted. (if you know this feeling then you know what I m talking about).
I decided to leave to go to ALM along the same street. I do not know where to start when describing my experience. Hands down... 5 stars. Let s begin with their staff ..... EVERY..... SINGLE.... staff member will greet you and If they didn t ... 9/10 they did! They treated you with respect and if we were all one big family. So they received a star because of their staff. I had two amazing salesmen (Damien & Benjamin) that assisted me in purchasing a 2019 Kia Forte. They had received two more stars ( a star for each person) for being informative and guiding me in what car was best suitable and cost efficient. Next, Rashaad (I THINK) then helped me understand my financial paperwork. He explained each page thoroughly and made sure I understood what I was signing. You receive a copy so if you forget then you can always refer back. Guess what that resulted in... a GOLD STAR !
Now that I m back for an oil change they received my last star due to the fact that I had to come back . Overall my experience was GREAT , they did an amazing job within their staff.....hospitality.. OFF THE CHARTS!

Will never step foot or advise anyone to step foot in this store. We are about an hour and a half away from this dealership. We had gone one weekend to look at a vehicle, we found one like we wanted but didn t like the color. The salesman told us they could get one from the store in Kennesaw, so around Wednesday I text the salesman and told him to go ahead and bring it to their store. I told him what we could give him for it and he said ok, come on in. On Friday morning, I text him and asked if he had gotten it in and he said yes! I also asked about the price and again was told to come on in. After the long drive, after we got there the salesman said they didn t have it and tried to sell me one that had more miles and didn t have all the options I wanted. When I got in it to test drive it, the power seat on drivers side wouldn t work! We told them they had piss poor business and left. We then drove all the way to kennesaw and got the car we wanted. We didn t get it for the price we offered but they did drop the price some. Most of all though they didn t lie to us!
Winston was great. Made the process easy, fast and never once made me feel it wasn't about me. ALM had to compete with carvana, to win my business, and Winston did that in spades!

I had an amazing day that started with a Morning Phone call from Ms Jessica. She responded to my email request. She was Very pleasant, she listened to my wants and needs. She asked if she could schedule an appointment For me to come by the dealership and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I explained to her of my transportation issues. She scheduled a pick up at my mothers home and that sounds associate called me to confirm the pick up time. That was Mr. Chris sales associate. In the driveway he showed my mother and I all the features the vehicle have to offer then he gave me the keys and and said to test drive the vehicle back to the dealership. Chris stayed with us from the time he picked us up until the time we sign off of the vehicle. I was most impressed with Chris who kept us in lightened with information of the various steps to purchasing our vehicle.In between that time he brought me to the financial office where I met Mr. Louis mr. Louis was very knowledgeable of all the documents on the financial that needed to be signed,And any additional questions that I had he answered. When Mr. Lewis was finished with all the documents he took us back out to the front and handed us back over to Chris. If anybody is looking for a car i suggest that you go to ALM Kia South and look for these 3 guys and they will leave you more than satisfied, when i day the patience is key with them IT IS ! Im pleased with my 2019 Kia Optima and I m loving every bit of it !
Scheduled to have oil change and new key fob programmed. Booked on line to get 10% discount. Dropped car off at 9:00am. Had to call several times after 3:00 to see if car was ready. Placed on hold and no one answered until third call. Asked on the phone if key fob was programmed, and they stated yes. Picked up car and key fob not programmed. I did not receive 10% discount. Person asked me to come back, they really did not care. Had to bring back car another time. When I did it took them 15 minutes to program key fob and they wanted to charge me $135 when the quote was $55. Manager approved $55. Place is dirty and the employees really do not want to be there. Customer waiting area very dirty and bathrooms were horrible. They need to take pride in their service area. I will never go back.
If you need a great deal on a car, ask for Peoples! I got a great deal on a Hyundai tuscon, cheaper than anything I saw anywhere else, newer and with fewer miles. Kedarius Peoples was my sales guy. He was amazing! Made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price. I was in and out in no time.
My customer service experience was horrible. I purchased a car in March, with a few hardware issues that needed to be addressed. The issues were placed on a we owe form as a contract that the dealership would fix the issue. I was told that the service representatives would give me a call to schedule an appointment. Two months went by and I never heard from anyone. When I tried calling, I was either hung up on by the front desk receptionist or the phone went straight to the answering machine. When I finally decided to drive back to the dealership, I was told that my car salesmen was no longer employed there and they don t have any evidence of the we owe form. Thankfully, I always take pictures of important documents as such. I finally made an appointment, but I waited 3 hours w/o any resolution. They completed an unwanted inspection and told me the car part needed to be ordered. So now, I have to come back for them to fix the issue. I will never purchase another car from this dealership.
Update: It s been 3 weeks and I still haven t heard from anyone.I was told the part was ordered. However, I just called and they have no record of it. This is very unprofessional. I guess I ll have to take off work again and go up there physically.

.......Follow up STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ...My loan never got funded and I was charged a $200.00 RESTOCKING FEE as per finance guy Mr , Macaddo who asked that I remove my 1st review of the horrible and unethical business practices. He cited he will speak to his boss because I made $1000 deposit. The I was told to return the car because my income was not factual ...(1099 ). Then I was charged a restocking fee of $200.00. Mr Macadoo cited its in the documentation which didst exit.
Patrick, Jesse & Armani were great. Absolutely professional, helpful and well versed. They did everything they could to get me in a new car, however the only reason I didn't complete the purchase was not being able to obtain complete service records through Audi on the VIN. Regardless these guys went above and beyond to provide, pictures videos, any request I had. They were prompt with answers, calls and emails. Patrick Moore is the guy to go to, an absolutely rare kind of customer service exhibited.
