It took a while but with the help of Erika, Wydell, Jawon and Zakiyyah everything went fine. Excellent customer service.

Baited me in with a car that was "available" for a test drive the night before, didn't tell me that it was purchased until I was on site.

Dealership was clean, salesman was nice(?), and the coffee was good. However, I made my appointment at 9:00 pm on Friday night to test drive at 1:00 pm on Saturday for a specific listing. This was confirmed, and when I got there, the salesman I talked to (AJ) said "it was sold last night, anything else you're interested in?"

While that may have been the case, I don't appreciate being baited into the dealership with a car that isn't there. Oh well - I didn't make a purchase, and they didn't make a sale.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ISSUES. They are overpriced and do not fix the problem. I took my car there because I thought I was having break issues on 6/19/2019. I was told that my rotors needed to be turned and there were no issues with the front and back break pads. I PAID over $600 for the service (it included an oil change). Fast forward to 7/19/2019, I'm still having issues with the car jerking when I stopped. The mechanic tells me that I needed new break pads and new rotors...another $600 (Kia was going to charge over $1000 to fix). AGAIN DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here for service. There is nothing worse than people that do not fix your car correctly the 1st time. These people are shady and they only want money.

Plus, you have to wait a long time for service. If you schedule an appointment on line, they do not call back as advertised. Just bad management at this service department all around.

Omari was excellent and Jawon were both top notch. High level of professionalism in the vehicle was spotless app on picking it up they actually have somebody go over it with you before you accept it to make sure that everything's working. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends and even strangers reading this review you won't find a better deal in the Atlanta Georgia area.

I found ALM to be fair and reasonable in pricing their vehicle and also in the trade allowance... many dealers try to steal your trade but that was not my experience. Ask for Kelvin he was fun to work with and did everything he possibly could to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Kelvin Hutchinson was our salesperson. He met us on Sunday, one hour before closing. We got to test drive a 2020 Telluride. He was about to calculate the numbers for a white one when we saw the Dark Moss. It was love at first sight. Kelvin was awesome as a salesman. He walked us through the process in just a few hours when we went back in to purchase.
Jawon showed us how everything works on our new Telluride. Blew my mind! He was amazing and very patient. I will recommend ALM to anyone who wants a new vehicle and doesn't mind driving to Union City for excellent service.

First off if you need a sales rep at ALM Kia South, definitely ask for Marc Romage. In January 2020, I purchased my first car here. Now May of 2020, I would like to thank sales rep, Marc Romage for helping me pick out the best car to pursue my goal of financial freedom. As a student, paying for college out of pocket, working a full time job, and also Ubering 30+ hours a week, this was one of the biggest turning points in my life to achieving financial freedom. Don t go here if you need service! My car has been here for almost a month and they can t even give me a date to when the part needed will be SHIPPED. They have yet to give me a date when the car should be completed I ve been calling for a week and can t get in touch with anyone! I need a loaner vehicle and no one is there to help! I need my car back yes the 2013 Kia Optima that is covered under a recall!

I wish I could give zero stars. This dealership is the worst of the worst. We purchased a GMC Terrain from them and on the car ride home the check engine light came on. They fixed it, but this continued to happen for the next two weeks. A check engine light was coming on every day so we went back and they refused to return our money and said our only option was to pick another car. So we found another one in the same price range. We got a warranty on this one to be sure. They told us this warranty covered everything except wear and tear (brakes, oil changes) so we were satisfied. Well this new car has been to the shop to be fixed atleast 5 times in the last couple months and the warranty has not covered one thing. The icing on the cake, we take it to Carmax to get rid of it and just take the loss of a couple thousand dollars. Carmax tells us this car is from Canada and was not properly imported so they can not buy it. Mind Blown. Also that it had been in a wreck that ALM lied to us about, we had asked and they said it had not been in any. We have not had one person from this dealership be helpful or even show any empathy. Please do not waste your time and money there!!!

BEWARE. . Check your carfax; bet you see Michigan, Quebec, Alberta, Ontario. These cars have horrible rust due to salt on roads. Wish I could post pictures. LOOK UNDER YOUR TRUCK/CAR!. Distrust all ALM dealers

The worst service from ALM KIA
I took the car on July 2nd 2020, they gave me temporary registration until August 10th. Today Aug13th still my car permanent registration is not completed yet. And the amount is fully paid off for the car. I called more than 100 times to the store and title &tag department of ALM. Not that much responsibility they have once they sold the vehicle.

I was assisted by Greg, Stacey B., Janice, and Jawon (the delivery specialist). They were EXTREMELY helpful. I'm a first time buyer, so I was new to the whole process. Everyone was very patient and walked me through the strenuous process of purchasing a car. Very transparent and aimed to please. I am overly excited about my first car!

My experience was very smooth. The staff was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comforting. I enjoyed a hot dog off the grill and I'm leaving with the car of my choice and it's been a blessing coming to this place!!!!

To be honest my visit started off a little rocky, but after Stacy sent Shalom over to talk to us, we really felt at home. He made my mother and I feel comfortable with his knowledge of the inventory AND he worked out one hell of a deal for us and helped me pick the PERFECT car for my family. To put the icing on the cake, after the deal was done, Jawon went over every detail of my car to make sure I knew where all of my features were and he even took it to the back for some last minute touch ups. Almost impossible to get a response from their corporate office. Made several calls to the dealership and left voicemails and got no response. Called two numbers at their corporate office concerning titling information and still have yet to get a response. They have a very unprofessional, lazy approach to customer service. Is it that difficult to return a phone call?

I would like to thank the staff there at ALM for helping my husband get into his new vehicle. Rodney Wright and his manager Rod Williams were helpful throughout the entire step. It took a couple of days to get the deal done (on our part) but they both were very patient with us. Mr. Wright had the vehicle pulled up and ready when we got there. Once we drove the vehicle Rod Williams came right in with the numbers and he worked extra hard to get in our budget. Thanks ALM and I will definitely be back to get my Audi A7 from you guys soon.

Pricing not on cars, you must speak with sales to even start the process. A little different for me.
